It was already reported a deadline to get an answer. So pressure is completely useless (also we are talking about a site with a very good reputation!)... and I don't think they need to scam 1.3 eth  It would be nice @alipro update topic title as "solved" since you have solved this issue. Well, investigating for more than 6 months does seem like quite a long time. But I have seen such cases before. It probably depends on the type of investigation and who is conducting it. It may be a third party security provider so it is out of the casino's control. It does sound a bit on the longer side, though. A month or two should be the maximum in my opinion. As I wrote earlier, but it seems it was moderated out (?) - this is incorrect. My withdrawal request is pending for a WEEK now, and nothing happened with it, and no communication from your end whatsoever.
What is happening here ? Why are these people complaining about withdrawal? Vave is a relatively new gambling site having their ANN on bitcointalk and these things won't do any good to them. Either they need to fix these people's issue quickly or make sure no such withdrawals are wrongly held by the site. Majority of conversations between us and players are being kept private as we believe in privacy.
I fully understand and respect this but those people who are complaining here, you should bring all the evidence here to proof either you are right or resolve their issues if they are right.
