where is the dev?
Im here. Bob is an extortionist and him and his loser friend Gekko were part of the project, they were kicked off and then they threw a giant shitfit. They kept threatening everyone for coins. And i just was tired of it and finally explained it. They were threatening to "ruin my reputation" and in reality it only makes them look like total fools. They are also thieves too and they sent fake bills to the person who hired me. They threatened him and he gave them Bay in response which they dumped and laughed about it. When I finally got them to leave, i wanted to focus on developement this is the only reason i was late with the wallet. Because the working conditions were absurdly stupid. It certainly was not my coin but i was hired and didnt know who on earth these guys were before going on the project. I thought i was only going to have to clone Halo and do pegging. I didnt think that they would go to such great lengths to use my name. And it only shows what absolute fools they are. Just to be clear, was bob part of the team behind bay originally? who is now overseeing the project? I understand your the dev, but who else is officially behind this project.
His name was already made public, his name is Steven Dai from China. Hes a really good guy in my opinon.I didnt know who Bob and Gekko were before this. I learned quick that they are just a couple of sleazy extortionists. After they were asked to leave for extorting they acted like a bunch of pussies and started making threats. If anything this has proven to only be entertaining. It doesnt stop me from developing either so in effect the only ones they are incriminating is themselves. Although they do seem to like abusing fake accounts.
Even David Zimbeck Say patrick/Steven Dai is a Good Guy.. what you guys are arguing? Also in China.. everyone know Patrick is not a Scammer.. on the contrary.. he is smart and nice. what your guys are accusing ? you are accusing satoshi never told you his real name?  please attack Qtum's design rather than individual aggression. This is prett funny. Yeah I read Zinbeck has said Mr. Dia is a good person. I agree this is 100% a fail/scam and funds should be returned!! But then there is the issue that really the ICO investors should receive the £££ and many have sold for a 50-95% loss!!!! anyway thats very unlikely to happen as scammers dont return ££$$!!
while im calling them scammers i still do believe that the original intention was not one of outright theft, even though that is what has happened!
Ive seen it happen only once (TXTcoinsnow, on the NXT AE), a few years ago. It was necassary due to legal issues with an existing bricks n mortar company. Was a nightmare for Bas Wisselink to sort out. I rarely use the word scammer/scam to describe people. I believe it lets the incompetents off the hook. |

If he is, he has partnered with Star Xu. Funny ole game, huh. I laughed my ass off when I first saw that, holding off on sharing till I conjured up the right words [and best time to relay]. Created the image in my mind, of Marc Karpeles and Peter Vessenes sitting at the old Bitcoin Foundation table, and at the same time, suing the arse off each other! Oh, how far we have come. |

Hi Seektree, all the info available to me has already been released through the post of Scifi.rem (Rise co-founder) earlier this week, see below. Since then there hasn't been anything new to announce yet. The team is busy finding a new developer to replace Justin/Richard/Nathan (Don't Panic Consulting). This has the highest priority. Only after we have a new developer/dev team saddled up a new roadmap can be devised. As soon as more info comes available it will be posted here. Thanks.
So you are effectively sitting there, twiddling your thumbs, with no idea what to do, putting the onus on an unknown person coming in to tell you what to do, hoping that some bits of code might be useful, so you can continue living off money you received for an abandoned project. Crazy to think any good whatsoever will rise from this, so far down the scraping barrel. With as much respect as i can muster, for someone who tried but failed like you/Rise......consider giving back the funds that you have failed to use anywhere near effectively (and will continue to), and concentrate on an employed position somewhere that doesn't involve you taking any meaningful decisions. Abject fail. |

Almost a MONTH now.
I have been customer of Kraken for almost 3 years! I never exceeded my limits, always provided all information asked for.
And now they stole my money and prefer to not talk about this with me.
Meanwhile I could become customer of other exchanges - who needs kraken? - but my money is gone!
Anybody knows how and where to file an accusation of theft against Kraken?
Sad situation!

Wow! If that was me, id be copying every single email of complaint, to every single head, of every single regulatory body, Kraken has to answer to. Actually, i was thinking of doing myself, after yet another stop order didnt get executed, and site unresponsive for the whole of this mornings dump. Bitstamp should be trading margin soon. |

So a new and fresh looking website pops up - https://www.glbcoin.com/ - for an old shitcoin (GLC). Apparently its traded here..... https://yobit.net/en/trade/GLC/BTCScroll down and you will see a link to ' TheBitBay (New subsidiaries)'. This opens http://thebitbay.org/So, you initially might think along the lines of -- "nice site", "great initiative to merge", "better possibilities for BitBay" etc. etc. Trouble is, the original Dev of Bitbay (David Zimbeck), has absolutely no idea who these people are, and certainly did not enter into any deal involving Global Holdings. David still works on Bitbay, and has done, alone, and without enough funds to do so. But despite all that, Bitbay is about to be pushed/marketed out, with some innovative tech. Whats Global Holdings up to? Is this the new way to clone projects? Is it sabotage? Although the site looks mildly slick, notice the grammar mistakes. But most of all, notice the lack of links on the Bitbay page. They also claim to have set up an entity in the UK. Cant find any details. In fact, there are no verifiable details that i can find anywhere, considering the broad offerings on the Global site. There's nothing wrong with a pump-n-dump scheme. Bitcoin has been used as a p-n-d many times. I've made a lot of money manipulating stupid people into paying more for something than it's worth (I used to work in real estate where it's a normal practice). Bob/Patrick/Steven or whatever took advantage of stupid people, so what? That's a normal day at Century 21 or CB Richard Ellis. People are supposed to be noble and honest because it's cryptocurrency? Oh, please. What screws most people is their own greed. A fool and his money are soon parted is the name of the game. Was that supposed to be an analogy, or did you mean you have manipulated stupid people in crypto? |

If the 25BTC coin is not sold before BTC hits $1000......the holo gets it!  Nearly Actually, i thought about it for less than a minute, mid-moon, and was also thankful for the 8 hour trip needed, to have it in my hands! LOL saved by the dump! Current BTC price action says, i cant be saved anymore!  |
