Our company is small. We will not lie and say we have dozens of staff, we don't. We have a handful of dedicated helpers who manage the tickets and emails.

We are 1 year old. Yes, we started on June 14th, 2015 (Check who.is to verify that) from when we got done with XeonHosting.net (We later found out someone from 2008 spammed the domain with scam my services) and SelectNode.com (We did well on that aspect but when we started offering VPS hosting we failed).

We are working on the website. This is true, we are still working on the site. Mostly everything is done, except two pages we can recall. This will not affect your service quality, our web designer had to take a medical leave for his family for a few days.

We have been working on this for months. Yes, we have been in the planning process for a few months now. Right now, your probably saying, wait, why isn't your site finished? Well, we had a few demos given to us and we chose a different style a few weeks ago but upon our relaunch date, we decided to use this other one we thought would drive more customers.

We use OVH. Yes, we use OVH in Montreal, Canada for our hosting. No, not So You Start or Kinsufi, we went directly to OVH because of their quality as the upstream provider.
