You are supposed to receive blackbytes according to the bytes you receive depending on bitcoins on your linked BTC address and/or bytes on your linked Byteball address.

Did you have positive balances on your linked BTC address(es) and/or you Byteball linked address(es)?

On a side note, there has been cases where Tony had to re-send blackbytes to some addresses that didn't receive them during the distribution, before you contact him, let's make sure that everything was set up as it should have.

Is this a permanent error? Sometimes (especially on Android for me), I get this error when there seems to be connection/syncing problems, however it disappears once the device seems synced ... My advice would be to just retry ...

Your linked addresses stay linked forever, your bytes from previous rounds entitle you to bytes from the next rounds and if they are on linked addresses, you also get blackbytes.

The reason behind bytes not being listed, being that the dev holds the majority of the coins, is just a hypothesis, No one really knows why exchanges do what they do

Yes they are possible, you can find the full backup option under the device's settings. He may have told you that when it wasn't available, this feature is available since version 1.4.0 which is a-bit-more-than-a-month old.

C'est quoi ton client BTC ? Comment fais-tu pour accéder à toutes tes addresses BTC ? Envoie aussi l'adresse BTC que voit le bot si ça ne te dérange pas (et le solde que le bot affiche pour cette adresse).

Je demande ça, car la majorité des cas qui ressemblent un peu au tien sont liés à la change address, le reste des fonds est transféré à une autre addresse dans ton portefeuille et généralement le bot affiche 0 BTC comme solde de l'adresse qu'il vient de lier.

. Blackbytes are exchanged Over-The-Counter (there is no centralized or decentralized exchange for them). You can find a seller either in this thread, in #trading_blackbyte in byteball.slack.com or in #gbb_btc in ydx.slack.com.
