I've been in this situation. Best thing to do is put the miner or miners away from the window. I have 2 s7's and I used to place them right next to the window with a fan blowing air directly out of the room. I noticed that it was really loud when I would listen to it from outside. Put the miners at the far end of the room, next to the door and you will notice that the noise will be a lot less than before if hearing from outside. good luck
you can also try putting the frequency to 525-600 with fan at 70-80% you gotta play with it a little.

Is it going down so it can get an accurate view of my real N Avg?
Also, how will changing from 150 TH/s to 70 TH/s affect my current "N Avg" of ~289 Th/s? How long (days or hours) until my "N Avg" goes down a noticeable amount? Thanks
