Great Job Team.
Transparency is key in crypto...especially when it comes to a product claiming full anonymity. With Monero in the shits lately, this is Cloak's time to rise above them all and prove that it deserves to play with the big boys.

I think they will put a roadmap of funds when they release they will be adding a dev fund. I know on the cloak chat one of the big things they have mentioned with a dev fund is 2 things, Marketing and full time staff. There is a large emphasis on marketing because that is arguably where we lack the most. What we will be doing with a full time staff is most likely 2 things: full time marketing staff and Code staff.
Deepend and all the rest of the devs are all doing this on their spare time. As far as I know none of them are full time (at least not officially).
I hope this answered a few of your questions but I can promise you the Devs will release a more rigid and detailed roadmap once they are ready.

Cloak is in the application phase of being listed on Binance. This is a huge step forward for Cloak. Being a small and self funded crypto, Cloak hasn't had the big cash to just give exchanges bitcoin to be listed. Cloak is now being listed (possibly) on merit. If the Binance listing is approved I believe this will open the doors towards other top exchanges giving Cloak a shot at being listed. However, just being listed on Binance alone will bring much larger amounts of Cash flow into Cloak like it has never seen before.
If Cloak gets accepted by Binance expect it to be announced in about 1-2 weeks from now judging on the length of time it took with other coins to be listed after the application phase.
This is arguably the biggest news for Cloak, even more so than the Audit and OS.

Dear Cloak Community,
We're proud to present the long awaited Audit Report!
The Audit done by Cognosec a NASDAQ-listed cybersecurity company has been beneficial to Cloak goals and we certainly appreciate their work. The Security Audit shows also good public recognition of our work because this opens new doors and shows that we are a trustworthy project. Stepping through the issues found in the Audit, 40% have already been corrected and implemented in preparation for our live release coming in the near future.
Here are the solutions from Cloak Development Team:
#1 Compromise of Anonymity is the largest issue where the sender could be determined, has been resolved. By analyzing the transactions on the blockchain provided for by Cloak, Cognosec found it was possible to determine the amount sent by summing transactions searching for equal amounts through a method called possibility analysis. Once the amount sent was solved for, it could be determined what the sender addresses were. Based off Cognosec suggestions, we have implemented the following solution. Instead of an equally split Enigma fee, Cloaker participants receive incentives from Enigma fees which are randomly split, 80%-120%, of an equally split Enigma fee. Additionally, the transaction amount is repackaged and is then resplit 2-4 times in a way to prevent any equivalent transaction summations. This prevents using possibility analysis to determine the amount sent. Without the ability to determine the amount sent, it is not possible to determine who sent the coins. Additionally, included in this solution is resolved Problem #9 – Flawed Splitting Randomizer.
#2 Insufficient Wallet Encryption is currently under development. Cognosec also found that even should the wallet be stolen, the coins could not be used. The current risk is that the transaction history would be known.
#3 Random generator used without Seed is resolved.
#4, #5, #6, #7 & #8 are all based on the use of the “outdated” bitcoin release and the system libraries used for the project. Detected DLL preloading vulnerabilities are actually OS dependent and will be mitigated by placing the needed DLLs in the protected system directories (e.g. system32 folder on Windows) when the production/release installer is created as a part of our new wallet package. Eventually, Cloak will be incorporated into source of the latest LiteCoin project, also resolving many similar issues such as this that may arise.
#9 Flawed Splitting Randomizer is resolved as discussed in the initial paragraph and shown in Figure 1.
#10 Weak Backup Methods is under consideration for future releases.
#11 Incorrect Number of Cloakers used is, as Cognosec determined, informational. Cognosec failed to recognize the sender as a participant of the Enigma transaction. When looking through their analysis, which provides code, it can be seen that the number of participants in the software is reduced by 1, specifically. The highlighted line in Figure 9.13, of the audit, uses the Function CreateForBroadcast with the first parameter, numParticipants – 1. This is also described in Figure 1 where 4 Cloakers are used. On live net, the current number of Cloakers is set to minimum of 5 and can be set by the user. This enhances the difficulty of analyzing the transactions even further.
Feel free to read the complete Audit Report!

Thanks Cognosec!
Peace and Love

There is no Max Supply at the moment. But at 5.2 million coins today it would take a very long time to grow to any substantial amount. This is all under the impression that all 5.2 million coins are being staked at 6% per year. And judging by the amount it has grown over the years it is far fewer than the total amount that is staking.

Hm. I am happy that I have sold my cloacks with little lost. I was new to the cryptocurrency. When I look back I was stupid. Too many motivation vides to buy cloak to be a milionare. One team member left the team before so long waited promised source code release. Another important member did the same after "missed dedline". I am working in IT. This is toooo long time to release source code to my taste. For how long you are you promising it ? But thanks for the lesson. I bought IOTA for 80 cents pre Mi. And.... I think I have invested into much more better technology, team, team transparency, team PR. Have a nice day cloack holders the idea (fiction) is nice.
Cool Story Bro

This is a screenshot from our testnet RocketChat page from Deepend, the techlead Dev who is finalizing the code.
"i will do my best. hunkering down. the code is complex. I have the test platform running; but raizor did it on windows in a linux virtual machine. First issue is to get Testnet 4 to recognize localhost. My wife is out of town this week. I will put as much time as possible to get her done this week. Will update daily this week. Hoping to be able to reproduce the bugs -- and have an idea what might be causing at least one. There are only 3 as far as i can tell. Raizor has done some very impressive work. Let me assure you. also, raizor has offered to answer questions i may have
so i believe odds are damn good to be done this week be well"
Join the chat and get the daily updates this week.
Seems to be the code is finished this week and off the to auditor boys.
FILL YOUR BAGS, shit is about to get real.

Hello guys referring to Open Source. I mentioned a few days ago about the progress and I will try to keep it close and to the point. First things first, JOIN THE CLOAK CHAT!!! https://chat.cloakcoin.com/channel/general(or join the telegram chat but you will get the most up to date information on the rocketchat) The code is 99% finished. We are doing a testnet among rocket members sending each other ENIGMA transactions to find all the little bugs. The Devs have found a few but small bugs that they are fixing thanks to the testnet. (join the chat and become part of the testnet, the more the better) The Auditor has been selected and is awaiting the Devs to send the code. If you refer to the roadmap it says they plan on audit/release in Q4 (from now to Dec 31st). I can't confirm but it seems this estimate is on track. IMHO expect earlier. Judging by the chat I reckon before December they will be sending the code to the Auditor. Be advised a main dev said its highly unlikely they will be finished before the BTC Fork...FYI Overall the Devs seem positive if not ecstatic atm and things should be very interesting in the near future. Interesting times ahead for Cloak. Very close people. Fill your bags. Hope that helped.

Still very active, they're focusing fully on finalizing the code for the Audit and OpenSource which should be completed somewhere in Q4 (right now to the end of the year). Come join us on the Rocket Chat https://chat.cloakcoin.com/channel/generalAt the moment we are also doing a testnet group for ENIGMA transactions. As much as I like to see comments on this thread, it seems the Devs are putting more effort in keeping the community updated through the Rocket Chat or through their telegram chat. In short, they have said that they already have an Auditing company ready to go and they are extremely close in finalizing the code to hand over to them. It will take up to a month for the Audit to be completed and then once it's completed they will Open Source the code immediately afterwards. Patience is key, frustrating yes but just be patient. Cloak is so close to becoming exactly what the Devs have been working on for 3 years. Buy up now.

It's just a preset when you start up your wallet. If you unlock it and then close it...it is staking with your wallet off. Anytime there after, just make sure you unlock it first thing when you open it so you don't make a mistake and close the wallet with it locked. I personally think this should be removed, if you're unlocked you're unlocked until you command it otherwise. It's a tad annoying. Come join us on the Chat group to get much faster replies. https://chat.cloakcoin.com/channel/general
