I'm confused. What exactly did users lose if all their satoshi, miners, updates and lottery tickets were not dated back???

I'm not seeing anything missing from my account?
2  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: VirtualPub.io - Run your own pub/bar, serve drinks, earn bitcoin! on: January 08, 2018, 06:07:11 PM
I'm not 100%, but I don't think you lose them, you just can't withdrawal them.
3  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: ★ BITCLIX ★ Next Generation Bitcoin PTC ★ CPC From 11 satoshis on: January 07, 2018, 06:52:18 PM
None of the ads I'm viewing are crediting to my account :\
Thanks for reporting the bug. We did an update to the UI last week which was causing a bug so the captcha modal was not being shown!
Fixed, happy earnings!  Smiley

Looks to be fixed, thanks so much! Smiley

Had this too Shocked

Also I will be implementing huge changes in Simplysato system very soon, stay tuned!

I'm always afraid of changes, lol

6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need help with Kucoin on: January 06, 2018, 01:51:26 PM
There are two ways(see step 2):
1) Scan bar code using your authenticator
2) Input code manually(should look like random digits and letters)

After you do that, enter 6 numbers from authenticator in blank field(step 3) without using space(example: 365412)

Press submit button. It works fine.

Thanks, I'll see if I can figure it out then.

The account name does mean MY account, not kucoin's right?
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Need help with Kucoin on: January 06, 2018, 12:56:40 PM
How do you do the 2-step Google authorization on this site? What's the account name that I put into the authorization app? I thought it would be my email, but it's not working for me.

The app is giving me six digits with a space in the middle of them, where kukoin seems to want no spaces. I tried entering the numbers many ways, but it just won't activate! Says it's invalid code!

Doesn't seem to be a way around this process, sadly.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What am I Doing Wrong After Two Months of Crypto Investing on: January 06, 2018, 04:23:47 AM
Use Coinbase usd wallet? Sells/Buys are practically instant then.

As long as you're profiting, you're not doing too bad Smiley

Better than I would after two months, for sure.
9  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [TOP] FaucetHub BTC and 8 Altcoins Faucets + Bitcoin PTC + Convertor + Games on: January 05, 2018, 07:42:42 PM
How to access the ptc part? All I see are faucet lists.

The 1 ticket non miner works for me, but how does the 20 work? Just takes me to linkrex page but there is no way to skip/redirect back to simplysato

Tested just now and works for me pretty well.
This site gives 20 tickets because it has an insane load of ads (and big revenue), first you need to solve a ReCaptcha there, and then after the page refreshes you need to wait 5 seconds to unlock the button to move on to Simplysato.

This one works for me! Thanks for adding it Smiley
11  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Simplysato - Satoshi clicker game, Tons of upgrades, Offline earnings on: January 05, 2018, 04:39:12 PM
No idea, works for me all the time. Maybe you have some sort of software that blocks it?

Could be, but I'm not so sure, I'm using my phone, so it has to be a built in blocker maybe (there's no settings for such a thing, so I doubt it has one). It appears there's an issue with one specific site (and it doesn't want to link me to a different shortener), so I'll wait it out until it 'refreshes'. Smiley

I actually am not a huge gambler, but I know it helps the sites incredibly; in the end, the house always wins. So that's why I suggest them.

Thanks! I will also set up some non-miner links for people with less effective hardware.
Also I'm experimenting with various types of advertisements, using the ones that people suggest me. Tell me if it works without flaws, and if it's not too annoying! Smiley

You might want to host a separate lottery for that (or give more tickets to the mining links), the shorteners will be more favorable to players, and even those who can mine will probably just do the shorteners.

I've been noticing a pop up with the shorteners when I click "continue", and after that, I have to go through the whole process again before it'll lead me back to the main page to collect satoshi. Sometimes I have to shut down the browser completely when this happens. Seems to get stuck in a loop.

I've increased Miner Ticket rewards and added a Non-miner ones.
And I don't really know why it loops for you, I've tried it several times on many devices and it was all fine. Undecided

That sounds awesome! Smiley

And no problem then, if it works for everyone else just fine. I adapt :p

Edit:

Tried to get a ticket three separate times with non-miner link, none of them were credited. Hopefully this is not like that with other members.

Hello guys. How should I interpret these numbers?
(284.1743 satoshi) is 284,000 or 284?
Converted to USD?

284; about $0.04 usd (with current btc price). The decimals with the credit confuse me too. Should be commas.

Yes, I was very confused about it. I've been playing virtual pub for 15 months, but I have not played in recent times. Before it was cheaper. MellowAds pays to the manager 3,000 satoshi every 500 clicks. Months ago, you could also earn $ 1 a day. now if you get 0.15 usd for 8 hours of play, it's not worth it anymore.

Yeah, I used to play it then too, but I like the game, so I don't mind the tiny amounts that you earn. Especially since btc went up a lot :\

I'm not sure how much I pull per day. Not much, for sure. Smiley

Definitely something to cash out on when btc is low.

I missed that post, sorry.

I just tried to get a lottery ticket, the wait is not short for me at all. Any idea how long one link is supposed to take (one ticket)?

I like the idea. Hope it benefits the site.
18  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Simplysato - Satoshi clicker game, Tons of upgrades, Offline earnings on: January 03, 2018, 09:41:45 PM
I like the idea of a lottery, the problem with them is the users that have been there longer dominate it because they can easily afford more tickets, it will be unbalanced, you see it on freebitco.in all the time.

This is true. So maybe a limit then, one ticket every hour OR maybe you can give out random tickets when claiming.

Another thing you can do instead of someone buying with satoshi is offer a ticket for every link shortener the do (similar to the cool down reduction that the site already has). You'll want to limit it there too, but every user could have the same fair chances to them.
How much of a nerf are we talking? Right now I can see it being a long time until 25k, if it gets nerfed I'm honestly doubting it will be worth it.

The possible nerf is SPC = SPC upgrade level, so instead of getting +1, +1.5, +2 after each upgrade, it would just rise by +1. And I understand that it can take much longer but hey, you'll be able to payout from 100 Satoshi. I'm still waiting for opinions and suggestions, maybe you guys have some cool ideas for Simplysato, I offer small bounties for helping out Smiley

I'm thinking you could impliment little games to keep people at your site. Most sites add a coin gambling game (you flip a coin), but I like the idea of a paper, rock, scissors game. If you win (33% chance), you could win time reductions, lottery tickets (if this is implimented), small temporary upgrades (maybe 1min mining nachines?) or tiny amounts of satoshi-- maybe limit this game to once every 3-5 minutes.

I once played a game where you paid a little something to select one out of 10 boxes. In the boxes (that the player didn't know what was in them until they made their pick) 2 boxes gave you less than you gambled(10% less), 2 made you broke even, 2 gave you very little profit(10% more), 2 gave you some profit(30%), 1 gave you decent profit (40%) and 1 gave you a grand amount(150%).

Idk what you want to do, but any of those boxes could contain whatever you wish (doesn't have to be Satoshi).  A break from popups for the next ten claims would even be pretty cool (if you knew how to code it).

--

I've been playing your site for the day, and I already got the Dirtminer. I was thinking it might be beneficial for you to add a limit on how many satoshi it can collect before you have to come back and claim. Like others have said here, when people upgrade, they tend to earn (the entire player base) more than the site does, and these generators are not providing any sort satoshi to the site (other than purchase price, but if it profits players how will it profit site?).

I LOVE the generators, but very few have been able to pull it off for years. Most of the ones that do start off giving you satoshi very fast, and then the amount tapers off until you come back and claim, resetting the 'program' (such as moon.bit).

The goal is first to profit the site, because then site can give to its users.
19  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Simplysato - Satoshi clicker game, Tons of upgrades, Offline earnings on: January 03, 2018, 01:02:26 PM
Why not impliment some sort of daily lottery where the site keeps 5% of the pot and winner gets the rest? People love gambling.

Don't make tickets too much though; it has to be worth it.

Or instead of a satoshi prize you can offer a temporary free upgrade to the winner (this way the site can keep the entire pot!)
20  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Taxes USA on: January 03, 2018, 03:22:07 AM
I was told that what you invest is a cost to your 'business'. So if you invest, say 1,000 (buying btc with it), you 'lost' that money until you make that back.

I don't believe you owe any taxes on actually btc. Government considers it virtual property, and it's only worth something once you sell it to fiat (you're not yet taxed by just having it like you are with personal property such as your house and car).

I'm no tax expert, but if I'm sure even when you reinvest all your profits back, it still counts as a cost (loss) if you did not come out ahead at all (and electronically, it wouldn't look like you did).

It was suggested to me to buy bitcoin with all profits and original principal income at the end of the year. This will show no cash profit, then sell after the year turn. I'm not sure if this could be legit though.

But yeah, I think you just pay taxes on the fiat you 'earned'. I read the link that coinbase gave. That's what I made out of the law.

I think that in bitcoin wallet sites like coinsbase was already imposing bigger taxes due to the tax of the website, as its originated in the US. The government virtual property as legit and the protections of its privacy is a great advantages for every people who've been doing legit transactions of the website wallet. Paying taxes from earned fiat isn't a problem, as long as there's a reliable source of income through the trading sites and bitcoin jobs or any mining operations.

I'm with you there, but most people who have made a decent income cringe when tax time comes around, because if you have very little expenses, the dollar amount t that you have to pay will quiver your bum cheeks.
