Just amazed about the situation of bitcoin nowadays, despite of the decreasing price of cryptocurrencies still more countries are now ready to adopt bitcoin. As if, it seems that bitcoin leading the way of the world into blockchain, trading and selling cryptocurrencies. Could it be really possibly eliminate the middlemen? Please share your opinions.
Well bitcoin are created for this. For almost 10 years, bitcoin has been trying to get out of the shadows. I don't know is it possible to remove the middlemen, but I hope it is, and this happens in the near future.

Why Mastercard? It's better to create a new payment system that would use bitcoin with all its advantages. And to make so that it is possible to make payment of all basic services through this system.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we make people accept bitcoins as a currency?
|
on: September 01, 2018, 07:33:50 PM

A lot of scams have caused the fear of theft among people and they are regarding bitcoin and its trading a scam. People seem to be reluctant towards investing in bitcoins. How do we ensure them that bitcoins are not scam but the people are. I already wrote somewhere that as soon as large companies begin to accept the crypto as a currency for their services, then immediately the whole world in a very short period of time will pass to the crypto currency. Google, Facebook, Amazon, Visa Mastercard etc.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will keep people from getting into cryptocurrency?
|
on: September 01, 2018, 07:01:44 PM
|
I thought about the unpredictability of bitcoin and its current status and it made me realized that this might drive people away from getting into cryptocurrency. What do you think are the other reasons that will keep people from using bitcoin?
I think first of all this is the ambiguous reaction of the governments of different countries and ambiguous news and forecasts. All this inspires fear in people.

Bitcoin was developed as a technology that would allow all payments to be made anonymously and transparently. Technology that should not have hosts, be decentralized. But as we know, the anonymity of bitcoin under a big question. Decentralization is also in question. As a result, I think bitcoin has not achieved its goals.
But bitcoin brought the technology of blockchain into the world and now we have altcoins which in some aspects more advanced than bitcoin and this can be the future

Bitcoin is trying to eliminate US Dollar, Euro (world currencies), banks, gold, silver, anti-government, debit cards and credit cards, anti-tax
How will Bitcoin survive the many enemies it has created by declaring itself a revolution in payment system and decentralization??
All these "enemies" didn't make anything serious in almost 10 years, and now it's rather difficult to fight with bitcoin. Bitcoin is widely heard, many already understand what it is and how it works. The longer the "war" goes the higher the chance that bitcoin will win. In any case, we can only wait.

If bitcoin once can supersede Fiat, it will not be in the near future, the world is not at that technological level of development. Yes, there are countries where this is partially possible, but most are not ready for this.

I don't think banks will ever disappear. It's a "gold mine". Banks will be transformed into something else.
Blockchain - a new kind of database without a single center in which all the movements within the system are recorded. And this technology allows you to greatly reduce the time for major transactions (issuing loans, stock trading, etc.), as well as cut investor costs. Accordingly, someone will receive less money, and this one doesn't want to introduce technology.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hacking Bitcoin,How Possible?

on: August 26, 2018, 11:34:40 PM

I see the loss of bitcoins due to hacking only in such cases - Your exchange platform was hacked
- You gave access to your wallet to someone (social engineering, or stupidity)
In the entire history of Bitcoin's existence, there has not been a single serious security and burglary incident that has led to fatal consequences. Less possible options to lose your Bitcoins - An error in the system code that leads to vulnerability.
- Hacking of private keys.
- Capture control of the blockchain ("51% attack").

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin uses too much energy?

Bitcoin works according to the PoW (proof-of-work) algorithm, to increase the number of miners, it is necessary to spend more and more power to obtain new blocks. So in the future, the maintenance of the bitcoin network will be consumed at times more energy than now and I'm not sure how it will be solved. Will build individual nuclear power plants for mining? In my opinion this is a rather serious problem for bitcoin

Almost any activity is dangerous if you don't have experience in this matter, especially something related with money. Elementary to change the light bulb is dangerous! Everything rests on knowledge and experience.
And in order to grow and develop, one must take responsibility for one's actions, and not blame the crypto

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin?
|
on: August 26, 2018, 12:06:06 AM
|
In fact, bitcoin has many shortcomings because of that, he was the first and his technology is not ideal. - Bitcoin is not regulated by any state. It's good. But it's bad too
- Bitcoin has very sharp fluctuations
- Bitcoin is very similar to the "bubble"
- The waste of huge energy for mining and maintaining the network
- Bitcoin is far from ideal, there are altcoins that technically have advantages over bitcoin

Until the course stabilizes, is very difficult to stop calling bitcoin an investment, since it really looks like an investment. I understand that Bitcoin was created for more important purposes, but so far these goals are very difficult to achieve for now

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency?

In the near future, paper money will be replaced. It will quickly supplant them as a means of payment. Possible candidate for this place is bitcoin or another crypto currency. While digital currencies still have many shortcomings, they can disappear with the advent of high-speed payment networks (such as the Lightning Network of bitcoin) and other scaling solutions.
