WTF?! Is this shit still running?
Can we finally agree to just run a poll and close the thread for gods sake?!
Some people like to play with this nonsense. Can't you just block the thread so you don't have to even realize that it is going? No. We need to put an end to this right now. Babies are dying because of this ongoing nonsense drama FFS!!! Maybe you don't care but *I* do... I can't look the other way anymore, so let's just do it: Options: [ 0 ] Earth exists [ 1 ] Earth is flat [ 2 ] Earth is NON-flat [ 3 ] Notbatman is retarded, but earth is indeed flat [ 4 ] All of the above. [ 5 ] $9K (Vegeta time!!) [ 6 ] weee weeeeeeeeeeeee [ 7 ] I am NOT Batman [ 8 ] Earth is spheric with squared corners [ 9 ] I am notbatman (*) From now on, choices [ 0 ] to [ 8 ] also include the statement that "Notbatman is retarded". Please vote accordingly.

That's exactly what I was thinking. But then, what he should do is use his BTC to leverage a BSV position in an exchange. Way cheaper and simpler...
As an American citizen like me, what market would you use right now to short BSV? It's not all that easy.. "master plan" of trying to leave behind the collateral and stiff the deal in the improbable case that BSV happens to surge (10%+).
Lender was betting in therms of BTC so keeps the collateral and the lender wins even if the borrower also wins and scams at the same time? Redtags for scamming and not returning the BSV which is now worth more than the BTC collateral? Broken contract.. So that's why 110% collateral is inaceptable in this case.
I'm not exactly expecting BSV to surge, it would basically be instantaneous liquidation considering the buffer zone.. I was thinking about Kraken but afterwards I realised it doesn't support BSV anymore (or it had plans to stop). Maybe there are others available, maybe not, that would explain the OP request. We won't really know what the OP is thinking about unless he explains it himself. Would really like to know even if just to learn something. And maybe it is not as fishy as it sounds (I can't blame someone for *trying* to get amazing terms on a loan). Most suspicious things are that it is a completely new account and the specific BSV loan, which is weird to say the least... buy if he can agree to terms that result in a win-win situation for everybody then it's all fine.

I say UP. $7.5-$8K
The poll is outdated btw... we already went to visit $6.5K after the poll.

re Monaco, unless someone is already a decamillionaire and has yearly millionare income AT MINIMUM, it's probably not easy nor justified to live there.
Maybe Andorra might be a better place for reasonable tax/cost of living ratio but...
The moral of the story is that everything comes at a price and it all balances out in the end.
Just live where you want (and can afford) to live... you will probably be taxed accordingly.

^ LOL at... everything.
Wright's wife demanding around $100K to testify is probably the single most funny thing in all that shit.
Everything is so ridiculous that one could argue the guy is really a genius and has a master plan we can't even fathom. or he is the most retarded and reckless person in the world (most probable).
When all this ends, I hope someone make a movie out of it. Jim Carrey would be perfect for the role. He would need to put up some weight though. For the screenplay I think the ones behind "Pain & Gain" would also make a perfect job for this story. The title is easy: "I am Satoshi".

Maybe my terms don't sound too good, but yours are even more ridiculous and my offer is probably the best you are gonna get.
Yes, your offer is really ridiculous. I do believe it is not the best. OK, I do not need one person with 100 BSV, there might be a group of people. And to be honest I can borrow 100 but also 10 or 200 BSVs. And the loan period might be a month but can be even shorter, let's say 3-7 days. So, if you have 5-10 BSV and want to hold it for at least a week (no matter what will happen with the price), then why not to lend them to me? My only condition is that the loan price can not exceed 10-20% per year. The main problem is that you are a completely new account asking for a loan. 10-20% per year might be reasonable for a trusted member IF it really were for a year, but you want to extrapolate that interest to a few days? If we consider fees and all that you are basically asking for a free loan. And then there is the collateral that might not account for extreme valuation changes of BSV. What do you want the BSV for if it is not too much to ask? I mean, if you already have 110% the amount in BTC... Can't you just leverage your BTC or convert it and do "your thing" then convert back? Anyway, eddie13 offer above seems to be very reasonable and maybe closer to what you are looking for.

Oh my... 41 new messages? I suddenly got very popular it would appear. Awww, nope, its just korner (Bitcoin SV) clearing out all my posts from his thread! BSV - is Original Bitcoin.
In this topic, complete freedom of speech and anarchy
Well, so much for that ethos. Same here, just got two posts removed from that thread. It has been ages since I don't have a single post deleted forum wide... but to be honest they weren't strictly on topic... I was asking "when moon" though. Meh, who cares. This is fine. A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by the starter of a self-moderated topic. There are no rules of self-moderation, so this deletion cannot be appealed. Do not continue posting in this topic if the topic-starter has requested that you leave.
You can create a new topic if you are unsatisfied with this one. If the topic-starter is scamming, post about it in Scam Accusations.
Quote nuthlida? jberher? I see you guys are having a nice party here eh?
When moon btw?
P.S.: Oh, and I would like a clone too... May I suggest bitsevre? Maybe bitsewer? Whatever it fits will be fine, I just want to be part of it.

Italy 0% because regulator still didn’t figure out how to tax bitcoins or other cryptos. As soon they discover how to tax it: 23%.
It's easy, capital gains such as any other asset/stock/currency/PM/wood or whatever that result in a... yes, capital gain at the moment of selling. Or have they specifically made an exception for crypto?

I am thinking that the cost are the same after the halvening.
Only the new supply that comes out of that is reduced in half.
If costs are the same, and you get half BTC on average because the "new supply" is reduced in half, the mining cost per BTC effectively doubles. * All other factors remaining equal, as stated before. I would not characterize the end sum of the amount of reward as "cost," but instead profits per BTC that is reduced by half because of costs that remain the same and reward that is half. Otherwise, I have already made my points regarding the matter. Semantics, perhaps? No. If we are talking about MINING COST PER BTC and after the halving you obtain HALF the BTC for the same total cost, the MINING COST *PER BTC* is effectively doubled. What kind of really wicked semantics are you talking about? lol
