Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain 3.0 Cryptocurrency- The next evolution

I have been following Moac since their launch about a year ago and although adoption might be slow it's been pretty impressive to hear of their most recent partnership with China Mobile. It has to say something that such a large enterrpise is involved in this platform in particular. Will be intersting to see what other partnerships are down the line

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Will Happen Now for ETH?

I think we are about to see the rise of other blockchain platforms the more Ethereum falls behind. Moac's dual layer technology seriously has me wondering why in the world more people haven't heard about it and are usuing it. But I think they will know about it sooner than later, especially since it's being adopted quite rapidly in China

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we not abusing decentralization?
|
on: February 26, 2019, 02:50:38 AM

I think about this all the time especially with all the new projects that are coming out. We are forgetting the true goal of cryptocurrency and instead making it closer to the current state of fiat money. The only project that I know about and am truly looking forward to that doesn't sacrifice decentralization and is the truest form of crypto imo will be Ampleforth. Currently in testnet but they will be someone to watch closely.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: predictions of 2019
|
on: February 12, 2019, 09:14:41 PM

1. Surprise - Life goes on 2. Much more projects will die 3. New projects will start 4. It will be a year of crypto education 5. It will be a year of maturation 6. Delays of fully POS in Ethereum 7. Improvements in User Experience - Keep an eye out for (Elrond - work on exquisite user experience is being done) 8. Facebook in crypto? 9. ..... - You write your predictions I think all of the above have or will happen. We will see more projects launched this year and more enterprise level businesses involve themselves too. There's always room for UX no matter the industry. Other predictions I think will be this ongoing debate about what 'independent money' is in the world and the true definition. Esp if we want something that will be used as a means to transact daily it will have to be both that and a storage of wealth. Ampleforth ignited this idea of 'independent money' into my mind and I haven't been able to let it go.

I would like to hear your thoughts on John Mcafee. Do you respect him and do you believe he has done more harm or good for the crypto world?

Other / Serious discussion / Re: What if? Satoshi Nakamoto's identity was public information
|
on: January 24, 2019, 09:39:28 PM

I am starting to believe that Satoshi Nakamoto it is not a person it is a group of engineers and economist and brokers that came up with the idea of a digital currency and they need it a face for this
that's kind of what I have always thought too. my curiosity makes me think differently but in reality I imagine its more than just one person's doing

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can now buy Apple products with crypto!!!

is this accurate news? I think if this is really accurate can make this as one of the benefits of a good cryptocurrency to serve as a good purchase. but very unfortunate if the purchase of this apple product can not be used by all crypto coins, so I think it would be nice if all the crypto coins can be used to make this purchase. yea Havven made headlines with their estore. Love their concept and dual token system. They have lots going for them IMO

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Do you believe in stablecoins??
|
on: May 25, 2018, 07:49:06 PM

I'm really curious to see if everyone believes in stablecoins. To name some, there is Tether, Havven, Basis, and Makerdao. Which one is your favorite? Mine is personally Havven.
Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one rooting for stablecoins. I think they're truly the way to mass adoption.
