Someone needs to replace his doing.... it's about damn time. Show us what true data protection is and honor humanity not money
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto legend creates 'The Next Bitcoin' on: March 23, 2019, 12:19:40 AM
750,000 tps is pretty insane. It sounds like it's almost two separate applications. Messaging functionality and payements. How would this platform deploy dapps?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins have software that is actually being used? on: March 09, 2019, 07:12:22 PM
Have you looked into MOAC? Their microchain smart contract and cross-chain interoperability specs make it pretty impressive and it's actually being used on a large scale in China
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain 3.0 Cryptocurrency- The next evolution on: March 09, 2019, 06:27:06 PM
I have been following Moac since their launch about a year ago and although adoption might be slow it's been pretty impressive to hear of their most recent partnership with China Mobile. It has to say something that such a large enterrpise is involved in this platform in particular. Will be intersting to see what other partnerships are down the line
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What made you fall in love with crypto? on: March 09, 2019, 06:00:27 PM
The more I learn the more I realize what I don't know. I am passionate about crypto because it's so foreign and new. I want people to feel the excitement as much as I have and I want to do business on a global scale.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Will Happen Now for ETH? on: February 26, 2019, 03:13:36 AM
I think we are about to see the rise of other blockchain platforms the more Ethereum falls behind. Moac's dual layer technology seriously has me wondering why in the world more people haven't heard about it and are usuing it. But I think they will know about it sooner than later, especially since it's being adopted quite rapidly in China
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we not abusing decentralization? on: February 26, 2019, 02:50:38 AM
I think about this all the time especially with all the new projects that are coming out. We are forgetting the true goal of cryptocurrency and instead making it closer to the current state of fiat money. The only project that I know about and am truly looking forward to that doesn't sacrifice decentralization and is the truest form of crypto imo will be Ampleforth. Currently in testnet but they will be someone to watch closely.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An ERC 20 Stable Coin on: February 12, 2019, 09:29:06 PM
The only one I know of is Ampleforth which is currently on testnet so definitely a project to watch soon. They can explain it better than me here:
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: predictions of 2019 on: February 12, 2019, 09:14:41 PM
1. Surprise - Life goes on Smiley

2. Much more projects will die

3. New projects will start

4. It will be a year of crypto education

5. It will be a year of maturation

6. Delays of fully POS in Ethereum

7. Improvements in User Experience - Keep an eye out for (Elrond - work on exquisite user experience is being done)

8. Facebook in crypto?

9. ..... - You write your predictions

I think all of the above have or will happen. We will see more projects launched this year and more enterprise level businesses involve themselves too. There's always room for UX no matter the industry. Other predictions I think will be this ongoing debate about what 'independent money' is in the world and the true definition. Esp if we want something that will be used as a means to transact daily it will have to be both that and a storage of wealth. Ampleforth ignited this idea of 'independent money' into my mind and I haven't been able to let it go.

11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John Mcafee on: January 24, 2019, 09:43:59 PM
I would like to hear your thoughts on John Mcafee.  Do you respect him and do you believe he has done more harm or good for the crypto world?

he's a freak for sure but an entertaining one at that
12  Other / Serious discussion / Re: What if? Satoshi Nakamoto's identity was public information on: January 24, 2019, 09:39:28 PM
I am starting to believe that Satoshi Nakamoto it is not a person it is a group of engineers and economist and brokers that came up with the idea of a digital currency and they need it a face for this

that's kind of what I have always thought too. my curiosity makes me think differently but in reality I imagine its more than just one person's doing
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins That Do Not Depend on BTC Price? on: January 24, 2019, 09:35:35 PM
yep, check out ampleforth. it's a elastic supply policy that holds the price still
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Cryotocurrency gives you excitement? on: January 24, 2019, 09:33:25 PM

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can now buy Apple products with crypto!!! on: June 27, 2018, 08:36:21 PM
Saw this article on The Merkle:

Guys it's happening. With all of the recent news, it looks like everyone is starting to embrace crypto. I think doing this through stablecoins is the way. What do you guys think?
is this accurate news? I think if this is really accurate can make this as one of the benefits of a good cryptocurrency to serve as a good purchase. but very unfortunate if the purchase of this apple product can not be used by all crypto coins, so I think it would be nice if all the crypto coins can be used to make this purchase.

yea Havven made headlines with their estore. Love their concept and dual token system. They have lots going for them IMO
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in stablecoins?? on: June 27, 2018, 08:33:50 PM
Wow what a discussion! I'm personally a huge fan of Havven. Love everything about their dual token system. What about everyone else?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Havven extended their airdrop 3 days!!! on: June 27, 2018, 07:48:32 PM
didn't they extend their airdrop? Luckily I had enough HAV to sign up easily. Great airdrop though and the referral bonus is awesome  Grin
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] HAVVEN Decentralised and asset-backed STABLECOIN on: June 27, 2018, 07:47:30 PM
Such plan are becoming useful. Classy approach, cognitive results.

well said, well said. When does the airdrop end again? I know you guys extended it
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Defining decentralization on: June 27, 2018, 07:46:24 PM
One of the best reads about decentralization by the CEO of Havven, Kain Warwick:

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Do you believe in stablecoins?? on: May 25, 2018, 07:49:06 PM
I'm really curious to see if everyone believes in stablecoins. To name some, there is Tether, Havven, Basis, and Makerdao. Which one is your favorite? Mine is personally Havven.

Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one rooting for stablecoins. I think they're truly the way to mass adoption.
