3  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 27, 2017, 08:04:44 AM
Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not the core of the currency itself, but the bitcoin agreement. Bitcoin ecosystem contains many possibilities, which is the biggest difference between gold and it, because the former belongs to the future.

It's actually a though question.. Bitcoin is good for now because we are using the technology and we have access to it, and Bitcoin cannot be confiscated by governments like gold was in many countries worldwide.. But if one of the Internet structure fails, Bitcoin would be over. I was taught to split my risks so if one fails, I will still have the others. Sure, the investment is way smaller in each then but I would not have to risk losing all at once.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Going Mainstream Banks Are Disappearing on: February 19, 2017, 10:22:48 PM
Not in our lifetimes, I guess. People would still willingly embrace the fact that they are being fucked by the banks and they would do nothing about it, well that's the case for over a few hundreds of years now. Also, as long as there are governments backing up banks, they wouldn't simply disappear, not in their watch since they are also making money out of these banks and they couldn't get something out of bitcoins.

Banks are evil... Not many people agree with this idea until they're going to find out what the real reason is for them being here. They're not here to help us, they actually exist to rip the money off us. Cheesy

Too many people are falling in their scam.. It sounds nice until you get into it. Nobody from there will ever give you money for without profiting off you, this is what I have learned.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Can You recover my BIP38 Password? on: February 19, 2017, 10:18:05 PM

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: individual Transaction sizes have been big today! on: February 19, 2017, 09:45:01 PM
I was a bit confused when I saw the total TX number for the last 24 hours on blockchain earlier which was around 300k and that does seem extremely low.  Perhaps it's the middle of the weekend and that's why.

Never really thought about this thing.......... How will we be able to use Bitcoin if there will be like 50 million Bitcoin users? It'd be a shame if Bitcoin won't be able to sustain so many peoples' transactions.... It's growing fast!! Hope we will be able to use it just like we are right now!
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to the Bitcoin Network if a World war Starts? on: February 19, 2017, 09:02:11 PM
We most likely won't have access to electricity and Internet. I don't think the companies will continue working for us Cheesy we also won't have cellular signal, nothing. So Bitcoin could be worthless until the Internet is back... I think the price would rise (>100x) substantially and those who could still use it would be able to survive..
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of people that treat Bitcoin solely as an investment? on: February 19, 2017, 06:43:05 PM
They can do whatever they want. Investors won't hurt us, so will traders or anybody else. Investments actually help: the demand goes higher for a smaller amount of Bitcoin in circulation. The price will only keep going up until most of the investors will start selling their BTC. This will be a bubble that will burst one day.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do you share affiliate links? on: February 19, 2017, 06:17:41 PM
The best thing you can do is sharing them with as many friends as you can, or with people who are interested in the type of service you're offering the link for. Never spam the link, it might get you even banned in the end for being a spammer desperately trying to gather some affiliates.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In future people will say i want to earn 1 Bitcoin instead of 1 Million on: February 19, 2017, 11:27:15 AM
It sounds great, many of us here would then be millionaires Cheesy

I see this happening, the chances are probably around 50-50.. The price always went up if you look at every years' result, except only one single year in which the price fell a little bit. Bitcoins are becoming more and more rare..
12  Other / Meta / Re: Is bitcointalk preparing for 100 million users as bitcoin grows? on: February 18, 2017, 06:41:36 PM
When Bitcointalk will reach 100 million ACTIVE users, we will know already that we're ready for it to go big. Both the price, popularity and everything else. Bitcoin itself doesn't have 100 million users.. BTCTalk doing so would mean most people around the world are already using it in their lives.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Paying with the cryptocurrency on: February 18, 2017, 03:21:20 PM
So? People are using USD and EUR to buy drugs and illegal guns. People are using USD and EUR for crimes, assassinations and so on. Why is Bitcoin so different? It's not, it's just the same thing but the difference is that it's anonymous and of course the governors will NEVER agree with it.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: February 18, 2017, 02:41:57 PM
My worst gambling mistake tonight is i just wanted to sleep and for my last bet i all in my bitcoin in dice game and the result makes me alive and awake i just lost everything after playing that long in the end i will lose lmao when you feel sleepy just sleep and don't mind to make a last bet Sad
That is a very wrong move my friend , next time you play gambling games when you are feeling sleep just try to leave you account first . You account balance will not get lost, You dona very risky move that id playing all in . Now you have learned your lesson.

You have to leave gambling at all of you can't control yourself. It isn't meant to destroy your life. Cheesy now you might have lost just a small bet, be happy you didn't lose more and be careful next time, or just stop. Any addiction can become dangerous.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: February 18, 2017, 02:30:58 PM
All invesrments are risky, but I consider investing in casino bank rolls are riskier than many other options that you might have. This because gambling is very risky and the bank rolls can always go down pretty fast. You can be lucky to multiply your investment, or you can be unlucky and get less than what you've put in it.. I will probably never invest in gambling bank rolls.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 18, 2017, 02:05:44 PM
I am earning bitcoin by doing signature campaign and this provides me some support financially because everyone in forum are running for the same.

I'm not part of these campaigns just for money. I am earning a lot of things here, and new ideas that got a big potential. I always liked helping people and helping these companies or altcoins while making some pocket money and getting new information regarding different things is awesome.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Everywhere? Not yet... on: February 18, 2017, 12:51:45 PM
My new job gave me recently a card for buying everyday lunch.
It also has an app, so you can pay with the "credit" card or with the app.
But I found most of the restaurant prefer the use of the card instead of the app.
What made me think how hard it will be to convert to bitcoin. If it's so hard for them to accept money virtually from an app, it will be even harder when it comes to bitcoin.

It isn't hard. There are ATMs that can do that, exchanged can accept Bitcoin and so on. It's not hard at all but it's rather unpopular, so not many people are able to use it. And because it's hard to be used for now, many don't want to include it in their businesses.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pros and Cons Of A Country Doing "Bitcoinization" on: February 18, 2017, 08:39:41 AM
I don`t think that any country will adopt bitcoin because it will loose the independence of the central bank  of that country.Every goverment needs a central bank to print money and create inflation, which sometimes might help the economy.
In my country the national currency is fixed to the  euro and sooner or later we will adopt the euro.
The idea of bitcoinization is too exotic.

It would mean that we would be our own banks. Since when does any politician agree that? Nah, Bitcoin should remain as it is at this moment, it shouldn't become a currency replacement. It's a commodity, an anonymous one, and that's nice. Just the fact that it is worth more than 1g of Gold and almost as much as 1oz of Gold is great, so Bitcoin has a big value too..
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China? on: February 17, 2017, 11:03:51 PM
I do not know, it may look like it, but it was impossible bitcoin which has international functions, controlled by one country. maybe they can control it with a 70% bitcoin who have been scattered. but, thinking about it alone is impossible. maybe they just want to have a lot of bitcoin.

I can't compare China to my country. I cannot compare 1 BILLION people to a few dozens of millions.. It's basically 100x, more or less the effects that we see but as there are many, many people talking to each other the Bitcoin word is being spread around and more people find out about it there. They control most mining part though, especially because there they can get dirt cheap rigs.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If the states interfere with the bitcoin developer team? on: February 17, 2017, 08:58:08 PM
That has a very small chance to happen because the Bitcoin developer team is unknown to anyone except.. Them. As soon as they're anonymous nobody can do anything. The only thing that can happen is them revealing their own identities.. Which I highly doubt it will happen.
