161  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crypto fund on: November 26, 2017, 09:47:03 PM
Your friend maybe was thinking about https://www.iconomi.net/ which is definitely NOT a scam. Their so called Digital Asset Arrays (DAA) work as funds in that sense. You buy 100 USD worth of fund (BLX fort example) and you let the professional portofolio manager invest for you and he takes a fee for the work. You can get our (sell the DAA) anytime you want and get money.

Easy, good product, diversified risk, very good returns. I am more than satisfied.

This website is complete crap and you know it. It is a scam, and anyone who reads this please don't join that site because yo will simply lose your money. There are tons of sites that claim to be managed by "professionals" in reality all they do is make a Ponzi scheme where the first adopters make the most money and then they walk away with all of the Bitcoin whenever they want to.
162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which knowledge is important for crypto trading? on: November 25, 2017, 11:48:02 PM
You need knowledge of financial markets. How does stock market trading work?

If you are good at the stock market, crypto markets are basically the same only much more scammy so you should stay away from lesser-known coins/tokens and also more volatile so you can expect to gain/lose 5-10% on a daily basis.

What can I say? Amazing stuff and it is great that people like you are trying to help others learn how to trade and not just steal their/our money, because I am sure you could if that is what you only wanted to do. Smiley
164  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cheapest Way to Convert BTC to USD on: November 25, 2017, 11:45:51 PM
I personally use LocalBitcoins and guess what? Not only is it cheap, but you will get an additional bonus because others will pay 1-10% extra on top of the market price for your Bitcoin, therefore it is a win-win. Smiley
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ETHERDELTA on: November 25, 2017, 11:45:04 PM
MY experience with Etherdelta is great simply because it is a decentralized exchange which means no individual person or company has control and that therefore we can't get scammed by the creator.
166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: November 25, 2017, 11:44:13 PM
You can hold them in 1 week, if they dont recover, you should sell them and invest in others.

One week is too short mate and maybe price will be more fluctuating for few days. Its suggested that holding can take longer time of patience so that won't regreat that decisions of early selling. Wait for that moment of price to surge back to higher value so that you will benefit the good price and earn good profit.

One week only? Cheesy

You need to hold Bitcoin for a lot longer than one week. Try one year, at least. And only then you might get a big ROI, but you should ways more like ONE DECADE if you want to get rich. Wink
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Where do you find your news? on: November 24, 2017, 10:23:08 PM
I usually go to Reddit to get my news. https://www.reddit.com/r/worldnews to be exact, and also https://www.reddit.com/r/news. Both of these offer relatively up-to-the-minute news that is going on in the world which often times the mainstream media doesn't report on.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins on: November 24, 2017, 10:21:55 PM
Has anyone else here heard of altcoin.io? Apparently it is a new exchange launching soon to trade altcoins. Seems like it will be amazing, but who knows? Guess we will have to wait and see... I am excited. Smiley
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confido turned into a scam on: November 24, 2017, 10:20:19 PM
Indeed, Confido turned out to be a scam and they ran away with over $300,000 and stole everyone's investment practically, not to mention they did not pay anyone in their signature campaign. Shame on them!
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest in ICOs without working products. on: November 24, 2017, 10:19:40 PM
I learned this the hard way with Confodo. I invested in the and it turned out to be a scam, and they sold all their premine and ran away with over $300,000. :/
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoKingdom Uncensored on: November 24, 2017, 10:18:32 PM
Where can I find a word salad generator? It looks like that is what most posters are using nowadays Tongue

I know right? Why aren't the mods automatically banning anyone, or at least neg tagging those who are obviously using auto spin posters or posts that are literally completely off topic and clearly bot-generated? Is this what the forum has come to?
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dash — currency of the future? on: November 24, 2017, 09:40:37 PM
I think it is too hard to predict what will transpire with DASH in the long-term future. That coin, while technologically superior in many ways to most other altcoins, is simply not likely to become "The One" because most coins end up dying from a lack of interest or pump-and-dump even if they are good coins.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: November 24, 2017, 09:39:19 PM
I have sold my BTG just few hours ago on $410 and I already regret that decision, I guess I've got too exciting.
Should I buy it back till the price is aroung $400, or maybe wait a day or two?
What would you do if you were me? I don't wanna miss a great chance here!

Why do you already regret selling it at $410? As far as I can see it is still under $400 therefore if you got more than that for it, you should be happy. Stop complaining, lol.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would any of you guys buy Bitcoin Gold or Bitcoin Cash? on: November 24, 2017, 09:37:39 PM
I would not risk buying these coins simply because I believe that it is too hard to guess what will happen with them since the market cap is lower than Bitcoin and therefore there markets are more volatile and unpredictable.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: November 24, 2017, 09:36:26 PM
Whatever happened to all of those scammy eBTC clones that came up after that one took off? Too bad eBTC is a failed experiment because many people were creating new such coins and now is stopped because eBTC failed. hahaha
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of my portfolio? on: November 24, 2017, 09:35:09 PM
Just make sure you stay diversified above everything else. All your money should not be in one coin only - not even Bitcoin. At the very least, your holding should comprise of BTC and Ethereum (ETH). Consider adding Monero, DASH and Litecoin (LTC) to that after, and then do research into which alts you think are going to succeed from there.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $1k investment. which cheap $0-$10 Alts should I invest in for long-term? on: November 19, 2017, 01:03:41 AM
My recommendations are the following:

1 - Angel Token

Click my signature for more information. These guys are a legitimate company and they are running a big signature campaign on this forum to promote their ICO. You really should check it out and invest, because it is going to be HUGE!

2 - Vertcoin

Vertcoin is one of, if not the best techologically developed altcoins out there right now. It has comparable levels of technology in every aspect to any other coin except it doesn't quite meet the level of privacy that Monero offers, but they are working on that too.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommend Me a Bounty Signature Campaign Please on: November 19, 2017, 01:00:48 AM
I highly recommend to participate in the Angel Token signature campaign. If you do some research you will realize that they are 100% professional and legitimate and they are currently the best signature campaign of the whole forum. Seriously, click my signature and you will be able to read about their project. Their website is https://www.AngelInvestors.io. Go there now and you will see what I mean about them being real. You can find their signature campaign on this forum and apply there and they might accept you after a few days if your posting quality is good. Smiley

How to convert ETH to BTC?

I am totally new to the crypto and have no idea about how to convert ETH to BTC.
Help me guys,I want to buy bitcoins with my ethereum so give suggestions.

You could use almost all of the exchanges to sell your Eth to BTC such as poloniex, Bittrex or HitBTC but there are also some site who can instantly convert your Eth to BTC and it is Shapeshift.io . I just recently learned how to use it and it is very convenient to use.

A couple years ago I would've suggested ShapeShift but I despise Erik Voorhees as he was a huge part of the Segwit2X hardfork and so I'll never look at him the same again. I still use his example explaining BTC to people for the first time, letting them know BTC is a currency and a network. But people change when they get greedy and that's exactly what happened to him. I recommend Changelly.com now
