Basically 5 reasons why folks are starting to sell:
1) Platform still beta... (weren't suppose to become public last December?)
2) Change of terms... (from a much anticipated dividends repayment to a non profitable buyback program)
3) Change of direction... (still very unclear why half the board has left for a new venture, and how wefund.it will benefit ICONOMI)
4) Lack of exchanges... (perhaps because big exchanges are getting uninterested for the aforementioned reasons)
5) The team will soon have access the ICO funds (the infamous 13M 🔒...)
Not trying to FUD but the reality is that many start doubting the seriousness of this project... Perhaps ICONOMI should release a serious and frank update instead of being so vague...

Announcement:Through many months of collaboration between the devteams at both Ethereum and Lisk, The Ethereum network core devteam has finally decided that the upcoming Casper release will be a slightly modified Lisk core powering the Main Ethereum chain algorithm. Furthermore, the Lisk team wishes to extend a huge welcome to Vitalik and several key members of the Devteam as they will work together to not only strengthen both core chains, but will also implementing x-11 privacy algorithms upon the Lisk core network, and have a Lisk sidechain that hosts all Ethereum erc-20 tokens on a single Lisk sidechain with total backward compatibility with the current Ethereum core. This will allow Ethereum to drop the problematic issues involved with the mainchain load of sidechains stacked upon it. ... april fools! Eth will continue confuse devs and dazzle investors for years to come by continuing making great PR and bad coding decisions with gobs of money. 😂😂😂😂😂 well done!

I don't like the sound of this cofound.it spinoff... Why are they leaving ICONOMI? Conflict of interest? Disagreement on business plan or something else ICONOMI should urgently clarify? Who's left on board?Another curiosity about cofund.it core team:Romina @ STELLAR ( https://www.stellar.org/about): Romina @ COFUN.IT: Nice copy-paste We are creating a new entity because ICONOMI founders and Cofound.it team decided that this is the best way to reach maximum growth for both projects. Everybody from ICONOMI team is still with ICONOMI except Daniel, who will still work on evaluations that ICONOMI has access to. And me, Jan. We have built the rest of the team independently. As you can see, Romina is much better at design than at writing various descriptions of herself. And yes, she worked with Stellar - we loved her work there, and are happy that she now works with Cofound.it. Do you know how hard it is to find a designer that understands blockchain? Well thanks for clarifying. As for Romina yes I know how hard it is to find a good designer that understands blockchain and that is why Jared took her under his wings in the first place. I wish her all the best in this new venture 👍

Advisors do NOT leave ICONOMI, only Jan. But it's good they are making 2 projects with 2 different teams which helps both projects to grow together. Imagine they help new ICO project on cofound.it from other country, ICONOMI would know first (insider info) that this ICO is great and the project is great, they would invest in it. Then they would make nice profit from it, which results in ICONOMI growth. Genius right? I would rather prefer to see a public launch of the platform before witnessing a split of team... Just my personal opinion
