Due to BTC mooning, Lisk ICO fund rise to $ 12 Million, and ICO token value also rised. Now LSK is on ICO bottom line. Marketcap = Fund. |

Means Lisk has changed hands to others ?? During the start forging was used Lisks which belonged Max, Oliver and adviser Lisk fund for voting delegates. It was not fair. Now there is no abuse and the Lisk network is more decentralized. I decided to return in Lisk and make a reBuy Lisk soon. This is your misunderstanding. First Lisk blockchain is run by genesis delegates. When community forging start ( or starting decentralized), genesis delegates is replaced by community delegates one by one by using these premine fund to network stable. This pool approval is capped at 8% ( approximately 8 millions lisk) to get voters high return on their weight. No more voters will get reward after communitypool get 8% approval from community. Current Lisk DPOS system allowed every top 101 delegates to get reward equally. So there is no matter how much delegate rank is. And 8% is enough to stay in top 101 atm. In the future, capped approval can change to 9% 10%. This is depend on how much approval get rank_101 delegate. Minimum vote weight also capped up to 5000 LSK. Don't count for < 5000 LSK vote weight.
