Expanse is now available cross chain on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Ubiq and 0xPolygon (formerly Matic) - big news for Expanse and it's Uniswap fork called Eggswap.

Here's another thought.

With EIP-1559 which basically begins the process of ending Ethereum mining opposed by all major mining pools, miners will look for other ethash coins to mine. With Expanse's pivot to DeFi with EggSwap, a fork of Uniswap this would make Expanse the most logical coin for all Ethereum miners to mine if there is a revolt similar to after the DAO in 2016 because though they oppose the hard fork which would include EIP=1559 they do not want to keep mining the old chain as was the case where Ethereum Classic was born. No other ethash based chains are as popular as Expanse so naturally it would be the one that miners gravitate towards.

Expanse could take advantage of this with some imagery of asteroid mining.

It seems like the sub-Reddit has been taken over by fans of the show The Expanse. Having just watched the end of the 5th season I think this is a good thing which perhaps we ought to lean into.

Every crypto needs its memes and so many could come from the show, for example, naming a future release after a character or food from the show ie: "Amos", "Naomi", "Red Kibble" or something integral to it like the Protomolecule being used for a major release. Having someone hold up a physicalized Expanse coin in a photo with the words "Fer da tru belta loda!" written on it, etc! The possibilities are ENDLESSS!!! Like Space itself.

Considering space is hot again with the landing of the new NASA Mars rover Perseverance, probes from India, the U.A.E and China now also circling the
red planet with China due to land its first rover on the planet in a couple months, the universe of The Expanse seems to come closer to reality every day.

I am not sure if you were a fan of the Expanse books when you created the coin but I remember way back then when going to expanse.tech there was a beautiful image of the Earth in space. Might not be the worst idea to like I said, lean into that and all the possible memes. Forget "To the moon!", we're going to Mars and the belt!

With new layer-2 Ethereum scaling solutions recently deployed something like Opus could really start to shine on higher speed/lower fee childchains/sidechains like OMG Network and Matic or go the zkRollups route with Loopring.

I have an old Vertcoin paper wallet from 2016. But when i scan the QR code for my private key I get an error. Can anyone help me out? I'd like to move my VTC to my Ledger now.

A few quick questions. I've been following this project since 2016 and acquired my NXS then.

1) Is Nexus still a SHA-3 based quantum resistant coin/blockchain? If so, why doesn't the new site emphasize that?
2) Is Nexus ASIC resistant? I saw a mining pool for Blackminer's ASIC had Nexus listed as mineable. So is the hash channel now dominated by ASIC hardware?
3) Related to #2, is this why GPU miner development hasn't been updated in years?

I still want to believe in this project but I need some clear answers going forward.

I think the crowdsale is over. If you want coins then buy them on Crypto Bridge. It's not hard if you pay the price people are offering them at. If you are waiting around for price drops then yes, you have to be patient but if you want another masternode as you do then just buy the coins at the asking prices.

Ok, if you have been active in the Pokercoin Discord you will see that someone from Project Merge has reached out to us as an abandoned crypto community. They offer an interesting proposal, one which will give each and every one of us who still hold POKER a way out. I have thoroughly researched their project and find it a promising endeavor.

I personally think this is a great idea in that it gives people a way out which will not require the months it would take my team to successfully reboot POKER.
