4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No exchange? No Value! on: November 06, 2020, 11:24:39 PM

What do you think I should do now?

If the token or coin has no price then nothing can be done. Because the token is valuable if there is a price. Exchange is the most important thing, if the token you have does not have an exchange, it is useless. We can only wait until the developer signs up for another exchange.

If the team is still active, They maybe Sign up for another exchange. But most of shitcoins were abandoned by the team after listing in the first exchanger. So it's impossible to sign up in another exchange. It Will become trash in your wallet.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My suggestion for new projects team who want to promote their projects on: November 06, 2020, 10:57:51 PM
I suggest every new projects team should do this if they want to introduce bounty campaigns for their project, doing this will limit the risk for tokens losing huge value because bounty hunters sell their shares.

1. Find good bounty manager
2. Give up only few decent allocation
3. Go for strong exchanges with no fake volume
4. Accept limited participants in your bounty campaigns
5. Introduce phase distributions
For the rest except no3 is easy to do, because that decision in their hands, but for no3 is not easy to choose strong exchanges. Every new project wants their coin listing in great exchanges but needs many requirements and if they come with low funds, he cants do it. That's why select low exchanges is only the a solution

If they can't list their token in some good and strong exchanges because of their funds is low, that means the projects is bad.
I'm sure the good projects will reach the target for the funds from their sale. Then they must have funds allocation for listing in some strong exchanges.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN WE STILL GET THE 2017 BULL IN THIS 2020? on: November 05, 2020, 11:07:58 PM
We have seen series of predictions in the last three months when bitcoin had its last halving. The prices kept rising until two weeks ago.
Now that the prices are falling again, when will the time like 2017 be experienced again in the cryptocurrencies community.

May be may be not.  But to be frank with ourselves, I don't think it is possible with the current market situation.  What we are just expecting now is the coming year, if bull run will come.  But the possibility of it happening this year is 0.5

You can see the bitcoin market now, it keeps growing slowly. Hopefully it can reach its ATH again in two or three months. It's better to hold your btc and other coins a little longer. The bull run usually happen in the last month of the year, or in the early new years.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: November 04, 2020, 11:18:37 PM
Actually it will be nice but I just started thinking, that how can a project that do not know if it will succeed in achieving softcap pay hunters in stablecoins, we all know the crypto space is unpredictable where some will easily get their funds and others struggles hence only few projects can do that. Some projects did that and from studying the project it was clear it is a good one and in order to protect their token price paid in USDT, and it was not delayed unnecessarily. However, on the other hand, we have many projects whose team are after their own satisfaction and hence paying with stablecoins can never be in their agenda. Also, there are few good projects which can still pay with their token and it will be worth it.
but also, they can interest some investors by paying bounty hunters with stablecoins. i'm sure some investors must think that the project will be legit in the end because they don't have any hesitation to pay with stablecoins even the don't know they reach the softcap or not. and yeah some projects still pay with their token and it will be worth it, but it hard to find it. its percentage maybe just 10% in a year, and the rest will give you worthless token.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 04, 2020, 11:03:24 PM
Indeed, escrow should be used for all bounty campaigns, So the project team does not harm bounty hunters by delaying payments or
not even paying tokens to bounty hunters. The problem is not the bounty managers don't want to use escrow, sometimes the projects
team rejects it. So it's very rare that I find a bounty campaign that uses Escrow, even though escrow is very important to ensure bounty
hunters get paid.
using escrow doesn't mean that the project won't fail or not become a scam project. i ever joined the bounty that paid me with their token and using escrow. but from the day after the  distribution until now, they don't hit any single market. it almost a year. they listed their token in DEX but doesn't have any liquidity. so escrow doesn't guarantee you with a good and legit bounties.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your fears in new cryptocurrency? on: November 04, 2020, 10:49:52 PM
in my opinion what everyone is most afraid of in new crypto are coins that suddenly die because of a less professional team performance or the team just leaves the project
that's what we call as "Scam". all of scam projects don't have any team members that have so many real experiences. they really don't know what they will create. they just copycat others project that being hype, create the token, make the fake team members, plagiarism whitepaper then rob the investors money.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hidden team members or not make any difference? on: November 04, 2020, 10:39:24 PM
There are various kind of old crypto projects that has no team but still they are among the best projects today, I believe this happened because many old projects followed the footstep of Bitcoin, bitcoin would have been in tougher situations if the team or ceo is public I believe but today it's a complete different story or should I say experience? Since the birth of ICO we've seen tons of scam projects that aren't scared of revealing their faces even when they knew they are going to exit scam on investors fund, so for me hidden team members or not still doesn't make a difference..

a few years ago, old coins need to mine to get it. we don't really concern about the team member. so yes, they follow the bitcoin footstep. you just simply invest your money on mining hardware, then you can mine various coins with that to get ROI and profits. but these days there are so many ICO, you risk all of your money on that. so you need to know that the team is not fake and the companies location is real so that you won't get scam.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous teams on: November 01, 2020, 06:01:43 PM
Team is the heart of a project. The success of a project depends on the team. If the team is anonymous, then investors and participants will lost hope with that project. In fact, the projects has anonymous team is more likely to be a scam project. Also many scam project use fake profile, picture of team members. So I think it is better to stay away from anonymous team.
absolutely right, when some people make a projects, it means that the project must create products. if we see the projects with the anonymous team member, we don't know the team capabilities, histories and experiences. are they capable to create the products or not ? if they're not, i'm sure the projects will be abandoned, then turn become a scam project.

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: October 30, 2020, 11:46:24 PM
Believe me my friend, anywhere in the world, it is not easy to make money. If you see any airdrop that promises 100$, 200$, 300$, 500$ and above just for referring peeps, or sharing post online, then it is atmost 99% fraudulent.

Likewise, if you see trade signals that promises certainty, or bounties that promises you a fixed price for your token, be wary. It is not that easy nor realistic.
Really? There are many Airdrops that have paid good amount of money years back and even this 2020, it's about how good you are at analysing projects, it's same answer for bounties too, atleast I've seen bounties that pays Bounty Hunters thousands of dollars this year, it's all about how good you are at choosing these projects mate.

is that Real ? you still can find it in 2020 ? i can't find any bounties that will pay me thousands of dollars in a single bounty. even after i did some research about the projects carefully and triple checked about their projects. i just know about UNI airdrop that give you more than $100. maybe there are some bounties that pay you hundreds of bucks, but the chance are low.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty or Airdrop kill project? on: October 30, 2020, 11:37:25 PM
I dont know what you think guys but i think airdrop and bounty kill the project let say after the project finish the ico all the bounty and airdrop hnter sell their coin/token , this make te price go low.
I am not agree with you. I believe bounty and airdrop hunter is not responsible for price dumping. The whales, team or exchange itself is responsible for price dumping. We often see bounty tokens being dumped on or before the day the token is distributed. The price is being dumped before the bounty hunters sell their tokens. So how do bounty and airdrop hunters dump prices?
we can see the token distribution in some projects. for bounties, there is only 1% - 10% of total token to distribute. and the rest go to the team and ICO/IEO sale. so yeah, i think bounties won't hurt the price so much. but maybe the team itself dump their token after the token sale ended.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your fears in new cryptocurrency? on: October 29, 2020, 11:24:15 PM
I fear the dumping of token price.
If someone invest on this project and if the price dump day by day I think the investor will goes crazy day by day.
The volatility of crypto is the main fear of mine.

i think the price dumping is a common sight in crypto investment. don't fear with that, you should ready for it. i'm sure before you decide to invest your money in crypto, you know the risk, right ? dump is one of the risk. there are so many experts that will give you some methods and tips to avoid a big loss when the price is dumped. you should learn about that.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: October 29, 2020, 11:12:05 PM

Let me start with the red flags:
1. Do not invest in an ICO if the team is not active on social media, especially on Twitter and LinkedIn.
2. If the project does not have an active telegram group or does not respond to questions, please avoid that project.
3. Check members out on professionals media like LinkedIn .
4. If the soft and hard targets set for the projects to meet during ICO is high, avoid it. That is a danger sign.

What I look out for to know if a coin is worth throwing money at or not is the use the token wil serve in th market. Apart from that no token is worth throwing money at.

some scam or legit projects usually have an active socal media in the beginning, but they just disappeared after the ICO end. you can check the legit ones that created in 2017-2018. some of them are inactive now. the same case also goes to telegram group. i agree that we should be careful with the projects that they said their softcap have been reached in the beginning. maybe they just want to interest some investore with the fake softcap.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get scammed with shitcoin investing _ step guide! on: October 29, 2020, 10:49:58 PM
Before paying attention to the 10 guidelines that the OP calls, I first look at the Innovation of the project, use cases, products, and how important the project is in the future. Scam projects can be identified with fake teams, plagiarism whitepapers, or content that copied previous projects. Scammers usually promote their projects by promising multiple returns on investment or does not make sense. and only gullible people become victims.

i'm sure most of the projects these days is hard to be identifiy just by the team members, contents or whitepapers. a non-plagiarism or good whitepaper doesn't mean it will guarantee you with the legit projects. the projects that have a real team members also can become an abandoned or scam projects in the end. that's why OP shared some other ways to identify the scam projects.
