21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: October 08, 2016, 05:26:19 PM
For those of you that are losing confidence you will regret it. I remember when monero was .62 cents and everyone was giving up. Time will increase value naturally. Don't give up!!!

Stratis will pump like a rocket to the galaxy. We need to believe and hold this coin, for long term, we will shine eventually, ultimate top 5 coin.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform ❘|❘ ICO CLOSED on: October 06, 2016, 06:35:21 PM

...Let's assume in the first year iconomi.performance invests 7000 BTC into icos, with an average <annual> return of 4x.  That's 21000 BTC profit.  ~20% of this profit will be sent to ICN token holders as dividends.  21000 BTC × 0.20 = 4200 BTC dividends...

<other analysis>

.... I have to say that I like the methodology. Ur pushing good content here MoveCrypto. Thx!

Let's examine this good example a little more to help me (and everybody else) understand just how this is gonna work.

Assume next week at launch that ICONOMI puts 7K BTC into ICNP and then gets 4X on the investment during Year One for a total of 28,000BTC as described above.  Subtract out the original 7K investment and you get the 21K profit mentioned above.  So far so good.

Say ICNP makes equal profit every week in Year One.  Then the weekly ICNP profit is 21K / 52 weeks = 403.85 BTC profit per week, right?

20% of the weekly profit is distributed as dividends to all ICN token holders.  So 403.85 BTC * 0.2 = 80.77 BTC would be distributed per week as dividends, right?

We've currently got 85M ICN tokens spread among roughly 3500 ICO investors so the average stake is 85,000,000/3500 = 24.3K ICN (round number).   Investors paid the ICO price of 0.13 USD per ICN or 0.00021228 BTC per ICN for each of their tokens.  Total ICO costs for an average 24.3K ICN stake is thus $3159 or 5.15 BTC.  This assumes 1 BTC = $613.40.

Each of these average 24.3K ICN stakes would get an equal amount of the weekly profit, or 80.77 / 3500 = 0.023 BTC per week, right?  Worth a weekly 0.023 * 613.40 = $14.10, or an annual $14.10 * 52 = $733.20.

Bottom line: IF ICNP hits the example 4X per year profit, the "average" ICN investor stands to make $733 per year in dividends on his $3159 ICO investment JUST FROM THE ICNP FUND.

@ ICONOMI, a question - in this example, ICONOMI has to come up with 80.77 BTC = $49.5K (approx.) per week of cash to distribute as dividends.   ICONOMI gets this cash by trading that amount of ICNP coin holdings into ETH and distributing the ETH - Is this correct?

I have few remarks on your comments:

We've currently got 85M ICN tokens... - there are 100M ICN tokens, not 85M. For dividends distribution it is irrelevant how the tokens were acquired (ICO, bounties or reserved). So you need to divide it by 100M

We've currently got 85M ICN tokens spread among roughly 3500 ICO investors... - again, totla number of investors is irrelevant. Only how much dividends a single ICN token yields

Investors paid the ICO price of... - price is not fix for each investor..

I would do:
ICNP profit is 21K / 52 weeks = 403.85 BTC profit per week, and then divide that by the total amount of ICN tokens - that is the weekly profit for a single token. From here everyone can multiply it by the total amount of ICN tokens he/she posses.
Roughly I would say it will take around 50 weeks for 100% ROI - Just from that fund.
Sweeet
Will say that again - anyone who sells even a single token before the platform goes live is a weak hand and will cry later on

Holders will be very wealthy if the fund can be so profitable, we can get profit and price increase, this is the best situation.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPO of MaidSafe:  Entering the Future of the Decentralized Internet on: October 06, 2016, 09:03:21 AM
I just have a question.  How many nodes are there on the MAIDSAFE blockchain? I mean, how many people are keeping the network up?
Also, is there a way to "ping" blockchains to see how many "nods" or active users / wallets they have?

Don't you guys think it would be good to be able to hav a list somewhere of how many nodes all the blockchains have? Can't someone do that, or tell me how?
I would gladly host a website regarding that data. I think its very interesting to  be able to see how many users all the blockchains actually have, or I mean, active constituents, in a comparative chart, as it could shed some light on actual scope of magnitude of the crypto community as a "whole".

SAFE doesn't use a blockchain, that's the big difference with other crypto projects. Think of it as nodes that connect just like BitTorrent but with messages and a cryptocoin implemented. SAFE solves a lot of things at once. So you can share data just like BitTorrent but in this case it's encrypted. You can register a domain just like on the normal internet, but in this case decentralized. You can update data that's stored on the system. At the moment the nodes run locally on a datacentre  Grin but we've had several testnets where we ran nodes from home. This thing scales to 100K users at ease. To a million as well. With Bitcoin you need to have some dedicated hardware to mine coins. On SAFE you just use your computer to deliver data to the network. That's called "Farming" and I think we'll reach a million users quite fast when the network goes to BETA. But first we'll see Alpha 2 and maybe 3. Not really sure.

Any whitepaper to tell the details about the transactions without blochchain? I can't imagine this, cuz this is revolutionary to the blockchain technology. If this is officially launched, the marketcap will be larger than Eth?
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Inchain - insurance for the crypto economy on: October 06, 2016, 08:58:36 AM

What will happen to signature campaign, if the Inchain ICO too was sold out in a matter of minutes which is becoming a trend now especially Ethereum based token Firstblood and Singularity. I'm expecting Inchain to attract alot of investors to me the fundamentals is stronger than that of Firstblood and Singularity if the developers do walk the talk

No, the ico structure is different, inchain has 1 month fixed duration, not like singulardtv or firstblood have a fixed fiat pool. Inchain ico will be like waves, they can raise no limit amount in 1 month.
25  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is fair payment for a thread translation? on: October 05, 2016, 03:40:02 PM
So long? I will charge 0.2-0.4 btc for your OP. Any price below 0.2 btc is not deserved to have professional translation. The rate in fiat is 30-60 usd in 1k words in developed country. So you estimate by yourself.

They had 3 more Days to check this. Prob ICONOMI team will check some abuses.

They are doing the best anti spam job i have seen, remove about 100 sig spammers, many more twitter and facebook spammers. Other projects should learn something from ico team.

28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] VOXELS (VOX) | The Official Coin of Virtual Reality and Voxelus Platform on: October 04, 2016, 07:14:20 PM
Hello everyone, I'm only guessing here but I assume those 3.5 million VOX came from an investor at Uphold.
I personally never had 1/3 of that amount coins to begin with.

I stated this before, but I received .005% of all VOX, in other words I got 1 million coins for my services to create the crypto VOX for Voxelus.
Of my million coins I shared and/or gave away over 100,000 of those coins to my core team members and supporters.
I kindly ask to stop with the claims that "the dev got rich quick" because that's not the case guys. I still work everyday on Crypto projects and I still hold VOX.
As many of you know already, I make cryptos for companies. I don't run these companies by any means. I'm simply subcontracted to make their crypto for them.
I recently created eBoost for mockit.gg and I have other clients waiting for their cryptos after that. I've never hid anything from you guys and I never will.

I'm sure no matter what I do or say, there will always be some people who will personally attack me here and ignore every bit of transparency that I can provide.
I apologize to everyone else for these people who wish to see me fail, and or make me look bad, and use that to create fear, uncertainty, and doubt on a project.

I enjoy interacting with the crypto community, especially in person. I'm only human so I do get tired of false accusations and like I said before, I don't respond to trolling directly but I felt I needed to explain again exactly how many Voxels I was given because the "dev dumped and got rich quick" is not even close to accurate.

Thanks everyone,
Jim

Why cureent price is only 5% of ico price? Who is responsible for this fiasco project? Who do apologize to ico investors?

30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Incent: The first universal, merchant-backed loyalty platform on: October 04, 2016, 06:51:14 PM
How many incent will be used for signature campaign?
If I enroll for 3 weeks and a couple days, what will it be, 3 or 4 weeks?

0.4% of the amount of sold insent, it is tiny actually.

second question: 3 weeks.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Incent: The first universal, merchant-backed loyalty platform on: October 03, 2016, 12:17:43 AM
Your previous project, the android app bitscan has 15 users on android market.

That's a FAIL, no?

So if you could not attract users there...

Why do you think you will attract businesses?

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bitscan.app

They didn't update the app since 2014, but they have lots of web users, I think it is not a fail.

35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO 5% BONUS] deCLOUDs - Precious Metals-Backed Crypto-Platform on BlockChain on: September 29, 2016, 01:31:31 PM
Here is his site with his picture.  http://www.investrank.eu/sample-page  E-cash.org is also his website (look to the left, there's an article about e-cash.org), so he holds 2 of the 3 keys to release the funds.  Considering he hasn't taken the money and run yet means he knows he can get in trouble and we know who he is.

BitcoinExpert, by any chance did you talk to him on the phone?  Does he sound like an older guy, someone like in the picture?

This old scammer will see Lucifer soon, God will punish his ass and penis.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO 5% BONUS] deCLOUDs - Precious Metals-Backed Crypto-Platform on BlockChain on: September 28, 2016, 03:24:40 PM
happy witch hunt boys, I invested dust-ish amounts, but did translate a page which I would like payment for.  Seems the scam isnt of 300btc imo

https://blockchain.info/address/3Do7YvJFrBkNufPCuoKQjBqnFNXjna6fWq?offset=0&filter=0

300-100-50-37= a bit over 100 btc I suppose, since I dont believe those initial deposits are real.  hopefully arent real, but the scammers own funds to get the thing going.  watch those coins.

When i asked him about those 300 btc, he told me that only 28 BTC are from bitcoin community and the other 272 are from his personal contacts.

Maybe he self deposited 272 btc? If this is true, he is a big scammer who must have previous scam icos therefore he could self deposit 272 btc.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO 5% BONUS] deCLOUDs - Precious Metals-Backed Crypto-Platform on BlockChain on: September 28, 2016, 03:21:02 PM
Do you think this scam is somehow linked to Opair?  Look at the 2 summaries of these profiles, it's almost word for word.  I doubt anyone would want to copy these profiles.  I just think the dumbass scammer slipped and left similar summaries by mistake.

https://www.linkedin.com/in/frankhrettig

https://www.linkedin.com/in/stas-nikolaev

Very possible, but there are some differences, wasserman is trying everything to hide identity, not an interview or video to clarify the thing. But decloud showed the video when ann was published, they the yhe total opposite thing, could be in same scam group, but not the same scammer.
