Hi NinjaBitcoiner,
I wanted to come on BT to discuss the particulars of your case and to explain why our team overlooked some key factors when arriving at a decision about your account. I'm also going to clarify our position and explain publicly why in a practical sense we have a policy to charge fees for non active withdrawals.
In your case, you explained clearly to our team both here on BT and via ticketing that you moved your deposit into the system, and while waiting for a confirmation, tried to bet on a tennis event, but by the time it had confirmed, the line was already down. This should have been something our team cross-referenced when you brought your case to us. That didn't happen and we apologize. With proper hindsight we should have corroborated your story with what we knew about your activity. For this reason, we are crediting back the full amount that was charged to you initially for having a non-action withdrawal request.
In cases when an account has very little history with us, it can be difficult to assess user intent when they want to withdraw a non-action balance. I want to clarify that we still do have a fee policy for non-action withdrawals as outlined in Rule 19:
"Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to apply extra processing fees to any withdrawal of funds if an account is not in compliance with our rules, fair play or valid action requirements."
... but that decisions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and if we can determine to our satisfaction that there was no malicious intent, we will try to avoid charging this fee. The fee is not something that we enjoy charging, but it's a necessary tool in order to cover ourselves for a variety of reasons; both internal and external.
Again, we apologize for the time you spent trying to defend yourself, and we'll be available to you or to anyone else who may have questions regarding this policy.

UPDATENitogen Sports just cancelled my withdraw request because i did not placed any bet. WOW I deposited bitcoin into my wallet to obviously place a bet but it took long to get confirmed and match was already started and NitrogenSports doesn't offer live in play in tennis so i placed the request for withdraw and this is the message i get from the support We regret to inform that your latest withdrawal request was not authorized hence the funds were returned to your account's balance.
After carefully reviewing your account we noticed no action since your last deposit.
We would like to remind you that Nitrogen Sports offers a gambling service hence players are expected to enjoy their balance in our site. Users are not allowed to make use of our website as a wallet service as per our rules:
10. Transfers, Deposits and Withdrawals
"You agree that you are not using any of our services with funds that originate from criminal or illegal activities. Furthermore you agree that you will not use your account in connection with such activities and that you shall not allow other persons to use the services provided by us and your account for any such activities including, but not limited to, money laundering."
To process future withdrawal requests in your account we require minimum action (one-time rollover on your funds). As soon as you have met this requirement please send us a support ticket so we can proceed to review your account.

Apparently, they left this line available for several minutes even after Denver took a 94-90 lead, several possessions after that. They cancel the entire wager, ignoring that my wager placed at 91-90 was perfectly valid and reasonable. I'm done here. These guys think they can fuck over legitimate bets because they're idiots and left it up while Denver took a multiple possession lead with 1 minute left. I'm done. Do not bet here. Is there no way we can bet on the preseason games for NBA as well? Or the exhibition matches they usually do in other nations with smaller teams etc etc.
I know the season is where the real money will be and many people do not care about the preseason because its basically just NBA teams taking turns beating each other and the ones they do in other countries are literally a joke because its always too easy to win, however if we could at least have some options like not money line but some +27 or whatever you see fit on handicap then we may actually have a chance to play.
The first game is on October 23rd and that is a looooong way down the road, I want to start betting on NBA already, it feels like ages since there was any NBA games to bet on so preseason would be great to start small.
