I see Benson may be quite busy past 3 or 4 days , But there is no Issue on CS that i can assure cause i withdraw almost regularly without any problem . They just having overload as per their staff amount to handle the huge amounts of requests and all , Its over 3 days now and i am still waiting for a btc payment to get credited on my CS Wallet . Strangely that transaction has over 400 confirm in blockchain now but still not credited to my CS Wallet . I did mail to CS support but as usual no reply yet . Benson may shade some light about the situation here .

I don't doubt them as I know they are trusted but here time is also important. When my bank also delays the account opening and verification process, I complain to their customer service and get a response within 24 hours. Here I don't even get a response.

It's surprising that they are delaying deposits also. They need to fasten their services else many users would shift to other exchanges. I use unocoin too and they are so fast. My verification took 24 hours and every withdrawal is done within 24-48 hours.

i was too unocoin customer before .. But yes i also agree CS Support need to be active more . Lets wait for Benson at least , i am sure once he come online he will fix this .

484  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2017-02-06] Firstpost: RBI cautions users against use of virtual currencies on: February 07, 2017, 07:50:22 PM
What RBI is trying to convey, we are already aware of the same. There is no way to report any crime that takes place in any virtual currency and the same way, there is no protection for users who deal in INR too. If a person receives fraudulent funds, there is nothing that the RBI can do and the scammer just escapes. Atleast in bitcoins, the money is irreversible and stays with the buyer.

This author of this article promotes Unocoin at the end LOL

So true lol haha :v
485  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Where the orders of 300+ BTC came from in Coinsecure.com? on: February 07, 2017, 07:47:56 PM
Coinsecure exchange is waste exchange , last month i created the account and even submitted my documents but from last week i am not able to login through my desktop computer and even their is no news regarding my documents got cleared or not.

So i think the transaction done on this exchange are also very suspicious

Same here. I submitted my documents on 19th January and then received no notification from their website. Their selling price too is below other exchange websites. The only good thing is that they have a minimum withdrawal amount set as Rs. 100.

@OP: There is no coinsecure.com but it's coinsecure.in. Only INR/BTC orders can be traded on the website and it's obvious to say that they are all Indian bitcoin market orders.

Kindly check with them up. Call them and check what do they say regarding the your new account creation. Are all the required documents submitted and they may also be verifying it so that is the reason it is taking longer time. Also there may be many new users created the account due to which they do not have enough manpower to handle so many request at one point.

They don't have a toll free number and only a form. I sent them a message via the form but don't know how long will they take to reply.

Its understandable the frustration of delay but CS is still best btc exchange why ?
They are fastest in withdrawal which is most important thing . They may has low staff to handle such huge amount of customer but hey they has Lowest fees than any other official BTC Exchange in India . I like CS cause they are the fastest for both deposit and withdraw . There is big queue for verification and that's why it taking long time now . 3 Months before i got verified within 24 hours when i entered to CS .

It really pains me to see how the government doesn't support bitcoin.

The current fiat system must change.
IMO if there can be a way to tax bitcoin, only then will the government even look at officially legalizing it.

Please read the article carefully before you start panicking . Govt. never mentioned they not supporting or accepting bitcoin , they just mentioned that its the person's own risk to use virtual currencies not only BTC but other too .. On the whole this is the news for the article posted by OP . No where its mentioned that INDIANS CANNOT USE BITCOINS , so just don't make that false news or panic to public .
488  Local / India / Re: BTC Purchase Directly now possible :D on: February 07, 2017, 07:28:07 PM
Any reviews so far on using bitstamp from india.

I just got that mail yesterday evening , i am not yet address verified . They ask way too much info to complete that so when i do then i can provide info about it usage .. :/
It is a mandatory in Europe to follow these steps to avoid further confusions and legal struggle that they are collecting every possible details for the verification. It is a good thing but the issue will be the processing fees and the conversion fees which makes selecting Indian exchanges to purchase coins more profitable for the end user as the Indian exchanges usually charge higher fees than the international market.

Well its difficult to address verify in Bitstamp cause as per UK law they do not allow credit card statement as address proof . Instead they ask Physical bank seal marked Bank statement lol .. most of Indian bank just provide e-statements now and most other banks has passbook facility .

RBI cautions users against use of virtual currencies, including Bitcoin and Dogecoin

http://tech.firstpost.com/news-analysis/rbi-cautions-users-against-use-of-virtual-currencies-including-bitcoin-and-dogecoin-361053.html

Promotion of virtual transactions, and a shift towards a less cash economy is a key part in the Government’s efforts for cleaning up the system and weed out corruption and black money.

The JAM trinity, which is made up of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, the Aadhaar card and the spread for mobile connectivity were important precursors to the demonetisation. A question was raised in the Rajya Sabha over the status of virtual currencies in the country, including cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not controlled by any central authority, and as such is seen as a hedge in times of financial instability. Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, in a written reply to the Rajya Sabha pointed out that the RBI had cautioned citizens against the use of virtual currencies, including Bitcoin, and that as such Bitcoin has not been authorised in India. The creation of, trading in virtual currencies enjoy no legal protection mechanisms. The users are potentially exposed to financial, legal and operational risks.

As the website update mentioned

" The virtual currencies are stored in digital wallets, that can be compromised in various ways including hacks, malware, and loss of password. Once lost, the virtual currencies are permanently lost as there are no legal mechanisms to address the loss. Virtual currencies can also be stored on physical media, such as USB drives and hard drives. These drives can be physically stolen, or damaged, or lost, which would lead to permanent loss of the virtual currency stored in the physical storage medium.

There is no way to report problems, settle disputes or charge banks. The transactions for virtual currencies takes place using a peer-to-peer system, with no regulation from an authorised central agency. Without these support systems in place, users are particularly vulnerable to spam, phishing and social engineering approaches to manipulate users into giving up their cash. "

I hope this rule worked for Gaypal aka PayPal . Cheesy

493  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: U.S Stealth Paypal - Fully Verified - No Limits $135 on: February 07, 2017, 05:29:48 AM
What the heck.

Wouldn't the rdp need to be the same if you want to continue after it expires?
If you know a way to keep it alive longer than just month to month let me know.

Yes RDP need to be same which was used to Make this stealth PP , otherwise quite fast limitation by PayPal security check Smiley ; Quite frankly OP's price is way too high .

The RDP you get is the same used to create the account. I'll lower the price a bit but i've already gotten sales @ $135 so i don't think it's too much.

I guess as you are newbie here , please search around and you will know why price is high Smiley
also its not hard to get Verified Stealth US Paypal in 15$ - 30$ Smiley

495  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Taxes on Bitcoin on: February 07, 2017, 05:14:40 AM
The mining fees paid during transactions are the bitcoin taxes or there are other taxes ??

no that is the "taxes" that go to miners, your government have nothign to do with it, you need pay an additional tax when you dump for fiat

but if the amount is not that big, i would avoid declaring, it also depend on where you live

Ya you are right, only the selling of bitcoin to fiat currency and buying to fiat currency is to be shown in the tax. i am from india and their is limit of below 10lakhs to not to show the trades in tax but even if you want you can show as short term income through trading.
So below 10 Lakh of trade and earning via BTC in India we don't need to show that in tax ?

497  Local / India / Re: People pay your Taxes on: February 06, 2017, 01:34:47 PM
Though bitcoins can't be regulated by the government, and after reading this thread i conclude that people are required to pay taxes on rupees which they get after exchanging bitcoins.
But what about when people start using bitcoin debit cards on shopping, there would be no exchange to rupess, just online transactions.

I also wonder same thing .. , Also one more thing i keep wondering about that  if someone hold Bitcoin Debit card / any VISA / Mastercard of USD provided by company outside India, so when he/she withdraw USD via Local ATM to INR how the tracing process can happen by IT dept . regarding this if they want to track to that person .
