Ok, but if you have seen the support chat screenshots, you will see that they are happy with that and don't bother that some wanttobe-customer lost his 10$ for a service that he haven't not received. Manuel did not even check his backend for my payment, but just said 'he didn't receive the money'. Ok, but who is a person I have sent money to then?? Perhaps to Santa with an invoice addressed to their company? Such a disgrace, but not a company... I didn't say that you were lying, I do believe you because your screenshots show sufficient proof that you sent payment to an address they provided. If they're unwilling to help resolve the issue then yes, this can be considered a scam and very poor customer service. |

I find it very hard to believe that an established hosting company would risk their reputation over ~0.04 BTC. There must be some misunderstanding here. Most likely an issue on their end, perhaps for whatever reason they didn't see or receive the payment on their end.

If the transaction doesn't go through for whatever reason I'll be sure to resend it when the time comes but unfortunately it does not seem like I have much (or any) control over this. We'll just have to wait until it confirms or not at this point.
It should confirm soon. I just rebroadcast it via my node, and took one additional step to make sure this tx gets confirmed very soon (I am receiving part of this tx) edit: it looks like the issue was that there is quite a large backlog of transactions right now with over 6 blocks worth of tx backlog (this may have been the 2+ hours of no found blocks earlier today, or something else). Out of curiosity did blockchain.info give you any kind of warning about the tx fee being too small when you tried broadcasting it? If not then there was probably some issue with their node. No warning about tx fee. I did have to broadcast the tx using https://blockchain.info/pushtxI was having some issues with Armory the past few days so I had to use that to help push transactions through since my client wasn't doing it on it's own. It's better now though, had to downgrade my bitcoin core to 11.0 from 11.1. |

My online hours have been changed slightly, it is now 2PM - 1AM EST

I would advise you to file a detailed report and include any screenshots and trading history on steam on steamrep forums. I would do this but unfortunately this is your case and you must submit it. This person has scammed others before and somehow got away with it and still is not banned on steamrep. By default the forum does not show post count but activity count. You can enable to see post counts in your "Forum Profile Information" settings by selecting "Show post count by posts:".
