Введение
Qchain это новая платформа цифровой рекламы и аналитики, децентрализованное

Релиз DSP-функционала в приложении Qchain будет напоминать традиционные DSP-платформы по структуре, с возможностью закупки рекламных площадок у производителей качественного контента, интегрированных в экосистему Qchain. Приложение предоставит возможность пользователям токенизировать и разрешать доступ к своим данным в интернете, по сути, трансформируя концепцию владения цифровыми данными и позволяя выступать в качестве брокера собственных данных. Пользователи смогут продавать данные, которыми они хотят поделиться, через мгновенные аукционы, различным маркетинговым и рекламным фирмам. В свою очередь, маркетинговые и рекламные компании получат выгоду от этичности такого подхода в виде открытого доступа к данным, которые им нужны. У обеих сторон снизится потребность в использовании блокировщиков рекламы и разработки различных видов трекинга пользователей. Кроме того, рекламодатели и маркетологи смогут снизить затраты на использование платформ-посредников для хранения данных (Data Management Platform) и их возможностей по сбору вторичных и сторонних данных с интернет-пользователей. Функциональность PDMM будет интегрирована в приложение Qchain и его DSP/Survey модули, обеспечив конкретную взаимную выгоду пользователям, рекламодателям и издателям.

- Для участия в ICO потребуется верификация по паспорту (согласно требованиям

верификация не потребуется. - В течение первых 3 дней инвесторы получат +15% токенов, в течение следующих
7 дней – +7.5%. - Для покупки EQC-токена принимается только ETH, для XQC – XEM. Используйте
только личные кошельки для покупки токенов, иначе мы не сможем произвести
начисление монет. Токены будут перечислены на кошельки покупателей сразу же
после завершения ICO и они будут доступны для проведения транзакций.
  - Инвестиции будут распределены между двумя мультисигнатурными кошельками
(5 из 6 подписей независимых аудиторов требуется для перевода средств с них). - Потолок средств, которые мы можем привлечь, будет получен при продаже
225,000,000 XQC и 225,000,000 EQC. Следовательно, общий максимум средств –
$26,000,000 по текущему курсу на данный момент (27 сентября 2017 года). - ICO продлится 30 дней или до момента, пока все токены будут раскуплены.
Токены, не проданные на распродаже, будут уничтожены. Всего будет распродано
не более 60% от максимального количества токенов (750,000,000). - Минимальный порог средств которые нам нужно привлечь для дальнейшей работы
– 2000 ETH и 100,000 XEM (Минимальная капитализация средств полученных с пресейла и ICO должна быть больше 2 млн $). Если собрано меньше – будет проведен возврат. - Обменный курс ETH к EQC и XEM к XQC установлен и останется постоянным в
течение всего ICO. 1 XEM = 4 XQC, 1 ETH = 4000 EQC. - Наш код пройдет аудит независимых сторон перед запуском ICO, чтобы

Где и как я могу купить ваши токены?
Директория основного веб-сайта будет создана на qchain.co/crowdsale с инструкциями для участия в покупке токенов после того, как будут объявлены даты. Кроме того, будет проведена предварительная продажа токенов, которая завершится 20 октября. Смотрите подробности в нашей группе телеграмм.
Участники будут направлены на два мульти-подписных кошелька: один для покупок за ETH и один для покупок за XEM.
