Almost everyday new announcements of ICOs & crowdsales pop up like mushrooms after the rain and among all the funny shit, very fast you see that QTUM looks very promising, of course no one gives guarantee but at least you have a ground to think about, you have papers to read and option track the progress. Marketing campaigns are organized very well and payment is stable. So good luck team and hopefully at the end we all gain from this project.

Hello @Patriarch, I would like to raise the question as a lot of members from the Russian thread are wondering how the bounty campaigns will be calculated, as too many multiple accounts were registered and the bounty distribution is % from total collected money, thus those who participate in signature/avatar campaigns and other campaigns are worried that at the end there will be a mess and arguments who deserve and who not, especially if the amount will be not so high, how do you plan to solve/handle this issue? Thank you

If you have them already from pre-ICO. And soon we ll have Bounty program including signature campaign etc. Participants will get tokens at the end of ICO.
ICO will be from 28 February to beginning of April.
Good news that you will launch the bounty program soon. You mentioned in announcement that 3% of Humaniq tokens will be set aside for distribution on ICO as bounties and will be distributed within one week after the end of ICO. Maybe you could try coinizy it is a virtual credit card you can get for cheap, they have a thread in the forum in the digital goods section and you can receive a vouch for a free vcc if you qualify maybe you can try it and see if you like it.
just remember that restricts your uses to online purchases, unless you use that card to load a different account

Спасибо за совет, но увы данный сервис от QIWI не подходит мне по геолокации, они ориентированны на РФ (и может еще пару стран СНГ) с регистрацией на местный телефоный номер. Мне нужен международный сервис. |

I think what you ask is too much, there's no way you can keep anonymity while you want that debit cards linked to exchange account and exchange it to fiat unless you plan to fake your identity and use secure connection. However, you can see list and review of popular bitcoin debit cards at here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1410577.0But, i would recommend Wirex debit card since i have good experience using that debit card  Well you know, it doesn't hurt to wish or ask and who knows maybe there is something like this. And yes, I do what to keep anonymity, but I can refuse from linking it to exchange acc but what I really need is, to skip verification and be able to transfer money from the 3rd party merchant on that card and of course I'm ready to pay more for that type of service. Thank you for your feedback, I checked the website, the only thing is that I have to be verified in order to be able to receive funds from 3rd party Merchants otherwise received funds to unverified card it will be blocked and funds frozen until card gets verified. Not something I was looking for. But I will keep it in mind for verified cards with positive feedback. |

Нужна без именная карта, без верификации, на которую можно заводить и выводить фиат с других ресурсов и оплачивать международные услуги/покупки в интернете. Думала о несколькоих вариантах, карта от биржи LiveCoin, они предлагают сервис Capitalist, Coinsbank и SpectrocoinЕсли кто-то пользовался/пользуется подобными картами, не могли бы поделиться опытом/отзывами? I prefer to have a no name card, if possible linked to my exchange account thus can reduce some expenses on transactions from one place to another. I want to have option exchange fiat to other altcoins. I must have option deposit and wd money via this card from other services. I found 2 options: 1. Livecoin and their partner Capitalist .The card as I understood is not linked but can do transfer very fast from card to livecoin exchange. 2. The easiest so far would be localbitcoins but price is something you have to deal with, they offer much higher price than online. You will find it a better option to have paypal funds and buy btc online from the services or from reputable users here in bitcointalk. There are a lot of these users actually and are willing to accept paypal for a price but not as high as those form localbitcoins.
If you have a card, try jsut registering on exchange that accepts buying btc. Kraken.com and bitfinex I think are just the few.

I don't think there are virtual credit cards that can provide you without verification. Even my Local Wallet's virtual credit card needs a separate verification process. On the other hand the reason why is it more expensive in buying Bitcoin compared to its worth because that is how Local Bitcoin owners profit from their Bitcoin. When you see FOREX the Buy side is much higher than the sell side. Well, I found this but I would like to understand if anyone really used it and to get some feedback, so many website who suggest wallets and cards nowadays, and the quantity of scam shit is so high, so would like to understand whether I can use it or not. |
