Hello Doge community,
I would like to ask you a few things:
Are the developers still working on Dogecoin? Do they interact with the community here or else?
What happened with Trezor hardware? Wasn't Dogecoin supposed to be listed there?
Which Doge wallet is more reliable? I read somewhere that the devs let the electrum wallet "fall apart"meaning is not convienient to have it...

Do not DELETE your wallet.dat.
make a copy of it, and store it in 2 or more places.
That is where your 'coins' are held.
if you delete that, you delete your coins.
(if you have no coins, then its just your transaction records)
I downloaded wraith wallet 4.0.1. for mac. When I click on it, it opens but then it closes by itself. Any idea? |

To install the new WRAITH wallet on Mac do I have to delete the old wallet, wallet.dat (and some other files) and the blockchain and download the new ones or the new ones will automatically replace the old ones?

The PR wing of the Verge team seems nonexistent. I've seen so many different things about the release of Wraith over the last 3 months it's hard to put more than a thimble of trust in any of it.
Real money is affected by these things. Please, I hope the dev is considering this when making decisions about releasing info to the public.
oh absolutely. and PR is very existent. they are working around the clock preparing information and reaching out to new services, etc... Can you confirm or dismiss the release date news of wraith we are discussing with others just few posts above? |

Any deadlines for Wraith Protocol?
31st december Has Sunerok given the deadline, if yes where? However for what I know Linux users can have the Wraith Protocol. Win is done but not yet released and it just misses for Mac. I guess they will be released at the same time. On road map 2017 from their official website Wraith Protocol is not there anymore. Perhaps a sign that will be released in 2018?! The Dev in an article said that wraith protocol will be released by the end of December, don't thing it will delay further but everything is possible. Sunerok, CryptoRekt, Vergecurrency official twitter account and DogeDarkDev should be the first ones to tell us about the deadline, if any, but are silent about it... There is something wrong. As a coin investor you should be looking at the tech implemented, at professionalism of the devs and the team in general, whether the coin has a strong community or not, at the marketing if any, future plans, the state of the coin from its birth up to now , the relationship between a coin's team and its community, etc. This coin can reach .1 and more and it's not that expensive when compared to its rivals. |

If you care about your privacy then Monero ain't right for ya. P.S. I think the Verge team will release the Wraith Protocol after the Bitcoin fork (Oct 25th). Between November and December RSK smart contracts should be released. Changelly, a platform that converts automatically your altcoins into other ones, like Shapeshift, in about a week or so will add VERGE. Get ready. Fasten your belt, Verge is about to take off. P.P.S. I'm starting to love this guy. It's like he secretly reads my posts or something... I was wrong before, and rightly corrected. DECRED did the atomic swap across the live blockchain, while Komodo did it using electrum. I don't really know or understand which matters more. It'd be really cool to do atomic swaps using Tether, bypassing BTC as the altcoin reserve currency, and going straight from or to USD  One fewer psychological barrier. What will happen after the crowdfunding and how this will affect the price? |

Looking at the market it seems this coin is dying out. Is it so?
It's at it's bottom for some time now.. you know what happens next, right? There are two outcomes here, the price can keep going down or pump up but I'm guessing you bought some... If there's anything I've learned from trading the past 4 years, it is to buy when it's low and stable. I have the patience, even if it goes down a little bit more. If you look at the graphic the price is falling, it's not low and stable. You can look at the graphic in the last 7 days or months, the price is going down reaching the value it had in March. Maybe today or tomorrow will stop its downtrend and finally will start to going up Good luck. |
