2821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: have you ever play or won from a crypto exchange lottery? on: October 16, 2021, 01:29:07 PM
The thing is.... any Lottery has to have some verification system to determine and prove that the winners are drawn from a legitimate algorithm and not hand picked by the people hosting these Lotteries.

I have yet to see one Lottery system that has a "fool proof" system that verify the actual winners, apart from the one that are hosted by Freebitco.in

Most of these systems are used for cheap advertisements and people fall for this crap.  Roll Eyes

That is true. Many of the gambling websites hosting the lottery rounds are fake and probably choose a winner without and provably fair algorithm.
Just when you said you haven't seen any fool proof system I was going to say about freebitco.in when I read you already mentioned it.
freebitco.in is indeed one of the best gambling sites with the best lottery system and betting prediction models.
2822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin you hold for Next Bull Run on: October 15, 2021, 04:57:30 PM
Today 15 October, Bitcoin crossed 59000 usdt and we are waiting for Next Bull market, and all Buyer already fill his bag with Altcoin. I want to know that share your best Altcoin that you hold for Next Bull market.

Whether or not the bull run is here but I have always been a long term holder. Currently my bag for long term is BTC, ETH and SOL.
These are the most potential coins in the current crypto markte according to me which can survive very well in the long run.
For trading though, I am looking into SRM and FTM. These coins have already given me decent profits in trading.
2823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a right time to buy some ethereum?. on: October 15, 2021, 04:55:09 PM
Ethereum looks very Bullish now and likely to hit 4K in few days if Bitcoin remains Bullish. Once Ethereum's major upgrade occurs sometime in late 2021 or early 2022, one simulation estimates that the circulating supply of Ethereum could shrink by around 1.4% each year at current rates of fee burning. Is this the right time to collect eth and wait till upgrade happen?.

Ethereum is definitely a very potential coin to invest into and if you have some decent amount of money then ETH should definitely be in your prtfolio.
Apart from the developments taking place there's also a good hype around ETH these days.
ETH is already very close now to break $4k level and my technical analysis says that it might cross $5000 by the end of the year.
2824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase received over 1 million sign up for It NFT on: October 15, 2021, 04:50:21 PM
Data from coinbase have shown over a million sign up for it NFT that is set to be launch in the next two days, this high interest will not be unrelated to the trust NFT is gradually gaining from investors who sees it a new way of making profits from their investment, will this trend continue and expand to other exchange launching their NFT projects just like coinbase.

There is already a great hype for NFT projects going on. Many projects are getting launched almost everyday.
People are buying NFTs like they are getting money out of thin air. I am quite sure that this hype will stay for a while before it runs out.
Many other platforms are expanding their reach to NFT projects as well and only time will tell how huge can this be.
2825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: have you ever play or won from a crypto exchange lottery? on: October 15, 2021, 04:47:11 PM
You don't have to buy as many tickets as you can. You can buy a few from time to time if you really want to win the lottery. But the twist here is that you'll never know when exactly your ticket is going to win and this is a real game of luck. Buying a lot of tickets is likely gaining your chance but what's the percentage? you'll not even get a pinch of an increased percentage of chance because the distributors don't even have an idea if they've got the winning combination in the past until they're allowed to broadcast it.

When you have the option of buying more in one round or buying less in many rounds then the latter would be my choice.
Buying more lottery tickets definitely increased our chances for that particular round but if we don't win it then that is it.
On the other hand buying lesser tickets but for many rounds gives us a small % of winning chance multiple times.
That's still a good choice since we would at least be able to get a chance in every round.

Even though the odds of hitting 10000 or 00000 should be equal, in my own experience, I've had better luck with hitting 00000 as opposed to 10000. I've never gotten 10000 yet, but I have gotten 00000 two or three times in the past.
I also never have this magic figure of 10000 in my very long run here on this site but after checking this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1850855.0 thread sometime really feel jealousy, but it's all about luck, which works for very few peoples. This is also good point if they have some prize for this figure 00000 it's also good because I also have some good luck with this figure because few time I have this one in my free rolls.

Maybe 20 bucks is better? Even 2 bucks would have been better to be fair.
Even I have never got anything bigger than 20 cents ever, I guess if you allow to start sharing the winning of 2 bucks then all such topics will get flooded out when considering the userbase of freebitco.in. So, celebrating only winning of 200 bucks is making sense.

Wow, people have actually won the big prizes for those numbers. I haven't won the top most prize yet but there was this one time when I got the number in the range 9994 - 9997.
I don't exactly remember the rewards back then but it was surely a good win at that time. After that I never really got above 9900.
May be if we keep spinning regularly then our luck might shine some day soon.
2827  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Technical aspect in trading on: October 14, 2021, 05:12:34 PM
Hello, friends, I have a request on trading skills that prompt this request is because of my recent experience in trading I used a large amount as capital for trading and at this moment the only amount being left to trade with is $200 I lost all my funds to spot trading.
Am looking for the technical aspects of trading what are the tools needed to build a good trading career.

You are probably making mistakes what every beginner does. Even I had lost a lot of my capital during the initial days.
What I learnt from my experience and mistakes was to research on every coin before investing in it.
Learning technical analysis and buying the coin at a lower price and never ever sell it at a loss.
You only lose money when you sell at a loss and so you have to keep diamond hands until you are in a profit and only then exit the trade.
Dollar cost average is a strategy which works the best in most of the cases.
2828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advice: 1 BTC on: October 13, 2021, 03:43:17 PM
If I were to invest 1 BTC then I would rather choose to diversify the amount into various investments. I already have a list of investments though.

Cryptocurrency - why not buy some altcoins or hold some of your BTC for the future
Stocks - handpick some stocks and invest in it for long term
Gold - always a safe and good investment
Real Estate - I have  a craze for it
Startup - Always wanted to invest in startups and own business that could yield me passive income

2829  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Did I make a mistake? on: October 13, 2021, 03:37:50 PM
Since you are saying you are new to crypto there are chances that you might have entered the wrong address while sending your bitcoins.
The first thing you should do is put the transaction id in your post so that anyone of us can look through it and confirm if the casino has received your bitcoins.
Once confirmed then you can raise a ticket in the casino and show them your transaction id and claim the bitcoins into your account.

I wonder how a newbie could end up sending bitcoins to a casino which I have never heard of previously. I mean where did you get that idea from ?
Also, beware the next time you send your bitcoins to anybody. Double check the address and make sure the website/service is not a scam.
2830  Local / India / Re: It seem we are in the top 10 nations with most awareness, interest in crypto. on: October 13, 2021, 03:28:55 PM
I am not surprised to read that because lately I have been reading news where India was ranked 2nd on the global crypto adoption rate.
Now that's an achievement because the global adoption rate is what counts when we are talking about how soon the wide adoption of crypto will take place.
May be India might become one of the factors for mass adoption in crypto but we can't speculate on that for the time being.

Digging up the internet I found that Chainanalysis was the firm which reported these numbers.
https://www.republicworld.com/technology-news/gadgets/india-ranks-second-on-global-crypto-adoption-index-chainalysis-report.html

Also, another report says that India is on number 1 with the highest number of crypto owners in the world. Now that's something.
https://www.analyticsinsight.net/india-hub-of-the-worlds-highest-number-of-crypto-owners-much-remains-to-be-done/

Even I was really amazed to find India has a huge stake in the crypto community.

P.S: Even if 1% of them joins bitcointalk then our India forum will be really active again.  Grin

Not too sure what to say about those amazing amounts of shib, I mean we couldn't even place a bet or throw them to others  Undecided

Lol, that's what I think too but considering the minimum amount of Shib for betting it would take us 5 times to get 100 Shib.

You are right, TRTL has been removed from the free spin. I didn't notice it until I read your post.
I remember I got 20 Shibs today but didn't notice it carefully. They are giving 20 Shibs instead of TRTL now.
What do you think is 20 Shibs better than receiving TRTL ?

Both are shitcoins offcourse, but I think there is a little more potential in SHIB than in TRTL as it is being much more hyped/talked about. And it is traded on much more and larger exchanges (such as Binance), so I like the change. Minimum amount to withdraw Shiba is more than 3 M, so it might take a while lol.

So considering the above reply I think TRTL was better that we could at least get to gamble more times with it rather than the Shib we get from the free spin.

That was an option we seriously considered but the free roll being available after an hour is a big part of what makes the site tick. It gets people coming back regularly.

On the same subject, I recently talked about the impact of increased price on Reward Points. We have just implemented some new things to spend your reward points on. You can now get FUN or Wheel of Fortune spins for each free roll.

Just noticed this change today and I think it's great to have these options. Especially the WoF spin for reward spins my best one.
But at the same the time, while you have added all these options why not reconsider on decreasing the the RP for BTC ?
Currently we need to have 100k RP for exchanging it to BTC. It would be great if we could have it reduced to 75k or 50k.

As iv4n have mentioned, the TRTL always change from value but with some luck, we might see another massive pump like we have had in the past! In the daily wheel the TRTL coin has very recently removed and replaced with SHIB. Congrats with the 1 TRX also iv4n, you are following my footsteps  Wink

2834  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: There is a regular range of fluctuations in the market, how should we trade? on: October 11, 2021, 06:41:48 AM
I think this is a good sign because bitcoin is getting consolidate at around $56000 which means more people are accumulating BTC.
This is good because we can expect a pump in bitcoin's price anytime soon and once it spikes up then it might touch $60k.
After that though I am expecting a minor correction followed by which will be spike which will create a new ATH in bitcoin's price.

Just received a free spin on my mail today but when I opened the mail and claimed the free spin it said that the free spin has expired.
I had received the mail 18 hours ago and I am pretty sure I haven't claimed it because it was an unread mail.
Anybody has any idea about this or has it occurred the same to anybody else ?

2836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT for money laundering? on: October 10, 2021, 03:36:44 PM
Despite of people using their money laundering in NFTs many of the NFTs these days are tanking. I wonder why is that happening.
Also, when the NFT hype started people were throwing in money for NFTs that look like shit.
People were paying thousands of dollars of coins for drawings that a school kid can draw better.
So that's definitely showing how people are laundering money through NFTs.
2837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: October 10, 2021, 03:21:17 PM
I suggest not putting or leaving many in casino if no plans in playing within that day or week. We never what may happen within that time as the crypto market is volatile as well we cant guarantee the casino capability its better to withdraw if done playing or no plans in playing again in short period of time. Its like in trading we never know if the market will drop and we dont want to invest in that coins for long term then better shift it to much stable currency or safety. Its our chance to keep our self away from the burden of hack or system interruptions that may happen while were not online or not gambling.

That's absolutely correct. It's always better not to keep our coins on exchanges/gambling websites for a long time.
If we intend not to use coins on the platform then we are better off at withdrawing those coins to our wallet to prevent being a victim of a hack/scam.
Also, in some casinos USDT are deposited to our wallet when we deposit the cryptocurrencies and we have to play with the USDT then.
So if we deposit more number of coins and if the market goes in a downtrend then if we withdraw we get low number of coins.
So it's better to withdraw the coins while their value is high and in profits.

First of all if youtube showed you this video just because of the Bitcoin sign then I am shit scared of this algo, is it so good that it can even intercept which screen you saw multiple times and then recommend likewise content or is it just because this too is a new music video?

Youtube probably showed me this video because I keep listening to such music and since this was relatively a new song it popped up on my screen.

The scariest algorithm is of Facebooks. If you are using their app and have done any kind of search on your mobile then they will know it and start displaying adverts related to your query.

I am not sure if there's a workaround for stopping these ads on facebook since I don't use it much but I do know how to stop these ads in our mobile device.
Google ads are the most scary things for me since it keeps popping up ads all over Android devices.
Thankfully we have ways to remove these personalized adverts from our device. On Android, we can reset the google ads from the settings which clears the ad data.
2839  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: October 10, 2021, 02:36:41 PM
I didn't know TRTL has some value... so we need to count in millions and they will be worth something significant! I have thousands of TRTL, will wait a bit longer, and then I will try to gamble them!
For me that JB's and TRTL's are just for fun, for people who wish to test the games or to play without risking any money, like some coins for playing demo versions! People do that.

Congrats on that 1 TRX Baby, I hope one day you will hit that 1 BTC too! Smiley

Same, I assumed it to be another poopoo coin until recently came across a post that one could convert it into BTC elsewhere.

Even I didn't knew the price of TRTL until recently I noticed it in the coin selection dropdown.
When we select the TRTL coin from the dropdown we can see at the bottom that it has a price of $0.0001
So if you have 10k TRTL coins then you have $1 of coins  Grin

2840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptos and NFTs are you Excited about? on: October 10, 2021, 02:32:24 PM
With the marketcap of crypto at near 2.5 trillion now..and I think that doesn't include NFTs right?
There is a lot of saturation but I am sure there are good projects launching.

Which crypto projects new ICOs or existing you are excited about?
Yeah I don't think NFT valuation is added into crypto marketcap. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of NFT projects going on these days.
One of the main reasons why it is not calculated is because they are all unique and they each have their own value depending on the owner. I could own one NFT and believe it worths 1 million dollars, some other person who ended up with it in another alternative universe could say it worths 1 dollars. It is art and they all have their own value in their owners eyes so there is really no way to calculate it.

Like bitcoin will have maximum 21 million bitcoins in the world but they are all the same and we decide on the price, but no NFT does have a calculateable price since owners do not put it on sale and just leave it up there all the time and we do not have 21 million same NFT (usually at least). Hence why it is quite difficult to calculate it and put it on top of the coin market cap right now, that is why we have to just guess it, and yet there is still no educated guess to find it out.

That is the most logical reason that makes sense as to why NFT's value is not considered in the marketcap. You have a really good perception.
Also, the volatility for NFTs is higher thatn cryptocurrencies because there are so many people flipping NFTs just like that.
They buy it for $50 and then list it in the marketplace for $250 and people still buy it. So that's another reason why it's way harder to consider NFT prices in the marketcap.
