The SSL certificate is valid so the connection should be confidential. Check the address of the website carefully to make sure it is not a phishing website. However, this doesn't mean that the website is trustworthy. Since July 2024, people are not receiving their Wheel of Fortune spins anymore, me as well. Some other people are having problems withdrawing money from the website, other people are complaining that they are getting "Internal Server Errors 500" constantly. My plan is to wait until I can withdraw the FUN tokens I have there, sell them if they allow the withdrawal and never look back. I withdrew my BTC i had there in September last year after 2 weeks of not getting the Wheel of Fortune spins. I already figured out what the matter is. They stopped since the 19th August, followed by sporadic releases on the 21st September, 25th, 27th - 30st September. So a total of 49 days. Thank you very much. It turns out that i have not received 300 WOFs. Very angry

I am sure there is no technical reason why WOF is not working. They simply turn it on and off because they feel like it, or it is so profitable for them. And we don't know exactly how many WOFs we have missed in all this time. They do it on purpose to save money. Is it fair to act like this with your users, knowing that they are helpless and I can't do anything with them? After buying FUN tokens, users simply took their word for it that they would receive daily free spins...Scamers
What do they gain by turning off WOF spins? They gain nothing, they lose customers and it motivates everyone to withdraw their money from Freebitco.in as soon as possible. It's not going to help them to save money, it ruins their wallet. I think that this website runs on its own, the owner doesn't care about it anymore and sooner or later Freebitco.in will shut down or there will be no player. Btw FUN token introduces a new dice game but isn't this FUN token owned by Freebitco? I don't really understand what's going on with wetsuit, everything looks very strange and illogical. It seems that they are trying to get as many users who have FUN as possible to leave by selling their FUN on the website cheaper than on the exchange.

There have been recurring problems with their emails. Promo emails are still being sent but not as frequently as before. Sometimes they are two or three days apart. What investigation ? Enough lying. You lured people into buying premium accounts with large and frequent rewards in WOF, and then you cut these rewards, and now the big rewards fall out once a year. And now you have completely stopped counting WOF.

I think you should be a little be more patient. We are currently in the plain middle of the summer, when most people are on vacations. So you shouldn't expect the issue being solved within few days if they've said in their last update that "we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution". IMO we'll need to wait several more weeks, certainly till the beginning of september.
Maybe, but what makes me suspicions is the fact that the number of Premium Membership Level Days is frozen since few weeks. This is a clear sign to me that this premium feature is going to die in one or another way, or for what reason should this happen? And what about the customers discussing here how long a deposit should take to be credited? I can not understand why someone would like to deposit something at FBC under this circumstances. I don't know to be honest, but if they think the premium membership program costs too much money for them why they don't just lower the prizes of the WOF or lower the probabilities of the rewards like they've already done before? They could also change the price of each premium membership level or the duration between steps. They could also lower the APYs of the locked investment plans. They could do many things instead of suspending or halting the premium membership program actually. Redarding deposits when I made a deposit 3 week ago it has been very quickly and smoothly credited to my balance. They do not think to suspend or stop the premium program, because letters are still coming to the mail asking to buy premium acanthus and receive 16 WOF. The longer it goes on, the more I suspect it's less of a technical issue and more of a business model issue. FUN price is simply too low to justify the benefits conferred. My guess is they're trying to come up with a "palatable" way to reduce the benefits that will still feel acceptable in the eyes of Premium users. I think these are not technical problems at all, it is a simple reluctance to give money to users. The whole question is money, or how you write in the business model. They obviously realized that it is not very profitable for them... I am simply surprised that letters come to the mail in which they urge to buy a premium account in order to receive up to 16 WOF. They really abuse the users

Well, I don't think you should be so hard on yourself, you should not call or regard yourself as a fool simply because of some decision mistake you made which no one is above of making, not just you but every one of us all trusted and believed in freebitco due to their long standing and contribution to the growth and wide spread of bitcoin and crypto in general, we all believed they will be here and operating normally for a very long time to come, and you know, when every one is wrong, then no body is a fool, no one saw this version of freebitco coming, or even envisioned it for the future. So, perhaps, just accept your loss and move on, I also bought alot of fun tokens which I held onto believing the price would rise, but unfortunately, the price kept declining and when I saw that, I had to sell it off at more than over 80 percent loss, so you see you are not the only one who have made bad decisions here.. I think everyone who has invested in FUN tokens for those who understand the risks certainly will not complain about anything, because whatever it is is part of your own decision so why complain just because the price keeps going down, I think there are quite a few people who buy this token but they prefer to hold it or stay out there and it should be anyone who experiences a big loss is part of the risk that must be accepted because there is no coercion for us to buy it.  Well, it would be possible to turn a blind eye to the fall and just keep silent, because really all tokens and coins lose a lot in value, but the point here is that I do not receive WOF for a premium account.
