Customers from Europe can buy Bitcoins on BitPanda! That is correct. Customers from outside of europe can not verify further. Here is a complete list of the limits on the different verification levels: https://www.bitpanda.com/faq#faq_22I successfully completed a couple of buys on Bitpanda via SEPA, and I'm very satisfied of their service.
I also verified myself with the online procedure, and it took 15 minutes with very nice people on the other side.
So far, a recommended service!

We had an unexpected downtime in which we had to set up new servers. While we were at it we included an additional security feature and from now on we will ask our users to change password regularly. We didn't reset them. It is good practice to change passwords regularly.

dieser Thread ist wieder aktuell geworden. Wir brauchen weitere Unterstützung, 1 bis 2 weitere Mitarbeiter, im Supportbereich.
Ich bin Sebastian von BitPanda und ich leite den Bereich Community und Support bei BitPanda.

Most Neteller users had a virtual card for purchases on commercial sites and gambling, some of them were using plastic cards for withdraw their earnings.Not supporting Tunisia is missing an opportunity of thousands of potential customers.

Hi all,
i'd like to buy bitcoins with neteller wallet cause since yesterday 11/25 net+ cards service is no longer available in non CEPA countries.
In bitpanda i'm requested to verify : "We can't process your order because your Limits are too low. Please increase your verification level!"
when trying bronze verification i get this : "Sorry, our service is not available in your country, yet."
Do you plan to add Tunisia in list of supported countries?

I sent Coins with miner's fee like always, but this time it is stuck in Unconfirmed status for more than 10 minutes. The order was canceled automatically  Please advise what to do next. I have already contacted support. *edit* The transaction is confirmed now. No idea why it took so long because I paid the recommended fee. Please can you continue my order? It shows up as canceled. It's sometimes the case that the bitcoin network is overloaded with transactions and this means delays. Let me know your BitPanda E-Mail-Adress by pm so I can search for your ticket if the problem still exists. Okay I sent you the message. Also FIY I was unable to send a support ticket from my account due to some weird error. I had to log out for that, but I used the same email address. *edit* Wow!
