The Amex serve card actually only has low change on it at the moment. But you can see in the history I reload it 1-2x daily. So it's very active. And to answer your question, yes it can be used all over, no monthly fees or reload fees. And as far as your 45% goes if I understand correctly, I can actually repay 80% like I originally said |
