Bueno, al final cambiaron su política según la info de su web y permitieron solicitar devolución. Pedí que me los devolvieran y la providencia hizo que ocurriera. Recuperé mis bitcoins a pesar que los daba por perdidos, luego de caer en cuenta que la foto de la placa de CedarTec es una ATX a la cual le pegaron unos "chips". No sé cual era el objetivo de CedarTec, todo es muy extraño... pero aprendí la lección.
Por otra parte, el thread de CedarTec se volvió un autentico troleo a las fotos. No hay nadie que confie en ellos ahora.

Ok so I dont know who posted the "we need ID for a refund" earlier yesterday but this is not true. Just asked for a refund on a pre-order that was placed and simply gave them my order number and since it was from the same email address that was registered to the pre-order number nothing else was needed. Just wanted to throw that out there.
For the sake of the truth I must answer to you. First, I requested my refund, and then CedarTec requested to me for my ID card. I posted these message in this thread. Then, politely respond to CedarTec that I will never send a scan of mi ID card, and I demanded to them for refund because the mail is the only valid proof of identification. Finally, CedarTec sent my bitcoins to my address. Be that as it may, I have learned the lection and I don't trust in CedarTec. In the name of the Holy BTC, will never return to this thread, and I advise to newbies that listen to the ancients hero members, and not to be ambitious. Good Bye. |

Don't provide your identity card (in scan) for refund, because they can use this information for money laundry, or create accounts in sites like OKPay. The request for scan of identity card have no sense, because the mail is necessary and sufficient for prove the identity of costumers.

Hello, I know that CedarTec is a SCAM, but this info may be useful for other. I contacted guys from Libano for info about this SCAM in the forum http://www.lebgeeks.com. Despite attempt for calling by someone of this forum, there is no response. He think that CedarTec is shady. |
