To be very frank, nobody will hire an inexperienced person as their bounty manager. So to establish your name in this industry, try to manage first 2 campaigns for almost free . After that start asking payment in their tokens. When you have the list of atleast 5 or 6 successful bounty campaigns in your portfolio, start asking for btc or eth.

Nobody can hack your private keys. The hackers wont get your private key unless you give them. I suggest you to get a pendrive and store your passwords and private keys in that. Also dont give your private keys to anyone and allow your trusted buddies to use  your laptop or pc. Also dont try to open your wallets from internet cafes. Its not safe.

Buddy in my opinion try to choose AmaZix or tokensuite bounties. These two agencies really select good ICOs to promote via their agency. Dont choose bounties run by other persons or new managers. Because at the end, you wont get anything. They will just scam you.

For your information, ico team members dont like advertising their ico in faucet sites because of very low conversion.

My opinion is just away from this. They are scammers. I have an account in this . Opened the account three months back and received only two payouts from them. Last month I didnt receive any payout from them. So be careful when investing in Genesis mining.
