1  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-05-08] The Cryptocurrency Race Heats up as Bitcoin Dominance Drops 30% on: May 09, 2017, 07:23:55 PM
The Alt-coin market is about to pop at any moment.
It's already popping - all of the 20 top altcoins' prices have dropped in the past 24 hours except Waves, including ETH and Ripple.  It's either a bubble popping or just them reaching their peak.  Either way I'm happy.
Now I already understood why I was so strongly offered to invest Bitcoin in another crypto currency altcoin. The impression is that it was something like a financial pyramid.
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the right number of BTC to own in order to become rich in 10 years?? on: May 09, 2017, 07:19:52 PM
You really 10 Bitcoin for a fairly long time in 10 years can turn into very good condition. Of course I understand that there are users who have much more capital, but for an ordinary Bitcoin user these are golden mountains.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 09, 2017, 07:17:12 PM
I think paper money was still used by each nation because people used it as exchanged of any items or good s but, when digital currency like Bitcoin were become the no. 1 currency I don't think so if paper money were still existing.
Yeah your right, I was expecting that paper money was not fade in the market, due to paper money were symbolize the different value of money from different countries. Moreover digital currency were still not know of more people.

It is reality, in real life people prefer to use real money and paper money is real.
But about digital currency, i know only few people know about it, and a huge people don't know and if they know about digital currencies than they don't know how to use it correctly.

Even paper money/local money can be used digitally, and it is also real.
Now if you are speaking about Bitcoin as digital currency, then more than just not knowing about it, many doesn't uses it due to insecurity and fear and also lack of transacting opportunities against goods or services.
But ya I agree still now IMO very limited people know or cares to know about this.
And what do you think people should still know? You understand that in order to use Bitcoin you need to have certain knowledge. Moreover, constant access to the Internet, and for a common person this is not all there is to it, therefore, his choice is for paper money and not for crypto currency.

5  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: May 09, 2017, 06:30:30 PM
As they say, I believe only in what I see with my eyes. To date, I see much more evidence that the Earth is a planet that has a rounded shape than what other parts of the Earth say.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Isis burns Jordanian Pilot alive on: May 09, 2017, 06:27:14 PM
I find it absolutely insane what  humans will do to other humans in the name of religion, any religion.
We are truly the worst species of life this planet will ever see.

If you look at it How do people deal with other people? People have died out. And then it is possible to single out Muslims who are almost the only ones claiming cruelty towards others. I think that they themselves are to blame for the fact that in the world there could have arisen opposition to Muslims
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: May 09, 2017, 06:23:47 PM
Never out your eggs in one basket. Rather spread them out so small investments do make sense if there are enough of then spread in different directions. This is especially so with altcoins. Depending on your target will depend on the size of the investment needed. You will be forced to start small if small is all you have so yes a small investment does. cwrtaily make sense even if it's just a starting point for others to follow.

Yes, that is always the mantra in investment. Do not put your egg in one basket, and it work too since if you lose on one investment there are others  that you can recover. Even small investment if they are many and as long as invested in reliable coins, it really matters.

Perhaps very good advice for beginners. But the fact is that even in different baskets it is not necessary to lay all the eggs, because it is better to try and learn with some volume first.

http://fritzmorgen.livejournal.com/1037501.html

9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WTF@BTC transaction fee? on: May 03, 2017, 11:59:45 PM
Sad. If segwit on Litecoin have success maybe will be aplied on Bitcoin and solve the problem of huge fees.

Do you think that the problem will be solved? I wonder how, if so far, they have tried to turn things around and everyone has remained in their own interests.
10  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cloud mining/Investing or trading on localbitcoins? on: May 03, 2017, 11:55:21 PM
Theres only on selection on here which is "trading" and all or most people do choose it rather than on scam cloud minings and we know all about their scheme which would really end up on scam in the end which means its not really advisable to engage into these things and we should be careful because most of them do really offer huge returns which is really impossible to sustain for long thats why owners will ran away with all the bitcoin of their investors. There are lots of trading platforms to choose from not only on localbitcoins.
Sounds of course very nice about the good profits, but spoils the whole picture of the opportunity to steal the investor's investment. How then to protect yourself from this situation.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to pay with credit card? on: May 03, 2017, 11:47:38 PM
Not many companies in the USA are accepting credits cards from other countries. And if they do it takes a lot of requirements in order to be accepted or approved.  Anyone can tell where this can be done easily? or what other alternatives are in order to use a credit card?  perhaps there is a project to solve this need?
There is nothing complicated, the main thing is that they were cards of a visa or a master card, at the same time it's better to make out them as personal cards. And then the whole world at your feet😉
12  Local / Разное / Re: Работать после 40 лет вредно on: May 03, 2017, 11:42:38 PM
13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What going on in turkey right now? on: May 03, 2017, 11:32:18 PM
Heard something about them blocking Wikipedia and arresting 4000 people...

For Bitcointalk members? Armageddon.

For people in Turkey? Wednesday.

Seriously, you can come here and ask simple question about any country. But dont expect simple and short answer. Turkey has mixed political system arift between Europe and Asia, religon and secularism, traditionalism and modernity. You wont find any simple answers in such places. Just more questions.
You really are right. I have not paid attention to this before, but life in Turkey is really difficult because of divergent views about everything.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: May 01, 2017, 12:05:12 PM
Hello folks!

I'm thinking about starting to trade with Bitcoin, but I see people saying that It's risky & almost like gambling.

I think that I mis-understand the meaning of trading.

For me trading Is for EXAMPLE, buying Bitcoin when It's at 550$ and selling It when It's at 670$. This Isn't risky because If Its value doesn't Increase, you'll just have to keep It until It gets higher enough, Is this trading?

I would really appreciate If people clarified more! Thankx Wink
As you said, buying for 550$ and selling for 670$, yes that is the good part of trading.

But do you think of the other part, asin the opposite of what you said, at this time buying with 550$ and there was a fall in the price of the coin you bought from 550$ to 100$ or less, and its not acting to showing if it will increase soon. Now that is the risk behind trading.
In general, in my understanding, trading in securities, as well as real currency or a crypto currency, carries a certain risk. Even though the trader could have a strong enough knowledge and understanding of the market.
15  Local / Разное / Re: Стресс на работе - опасней курения! on: May 01, 2017, 09:24:56 AM
Grin
16  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: May 01, 2017, 09:16:18 AM
This is too far from happening here in my country but not impossible to happen. If they can implement this bitcoin as a payment then paying on restaurant is much easier and it is just like credit cards. Unless my country fully utilized the benefits of bitcoins then it will be a bigger help in other industries as well.
I don't think it will be much easier to pay in bitcoins on restaurant cause as you already know we are having a problem with confirmation time . Paying in credit/debit card takes a minute but bitcoin takes at least 3 minutes to confirm a block assuming that you pay a high priority fee . If the miner fee and confirmation time didn't improve itself, restaurants accepting bitcoin might be difficult to make it happen .

It can totally have an issue just like that if you are gonna pay directly with bitcoin but I think they are aware of this problem and will think ahead of a solution for this kind of problem, but if not it is still OK if you convert your bitcoin with Fiat then your problem is solve, but regarding some restaurant or merchant that will accept bitcoin I think they have a solution for this!
Just think about how to be in those countries where Bitcoin has not legalized, yet that every businessman who is going to have to deal with Bitcoin has to pay taxes , And how to be restaurants , paying for services in Bitcoin , How to register all income and expenses?
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for local transactions on: May 01, 2017, 09:04:58 AM
I mostly use localbitcoins for selling my bitcoins. They have not asked me about my personal details. But i dont know whether they bwould ask my details if i have to buy bitcoins. If they ask, then i would have to think about buying bitcoins with person face to face. However, its a very good article for newbies who have just now entered the bitcoin world.

Yup! it is really helpful for some newbies in the forum and I think I am thinking the same thought too in showing my details of my identity with someone apparently and learning my stock of bitcoin in my wallet, in the bitcoin world it is really important that you stay anonymous I think it is for your family and your own protection for safety measures.

Definitely helping newbies with this articles like me. Of course, all of us don't want to give or show too much information and we want to remain anonymous, if that is the case then maybe I agree that its better face to face when buying bitcoins. Anonymity is the big advantage who want with bitcoin if we are exposing our personal information then we are taking away one advantage of bitcoin.
Certainly, anonymity must be presserved in this field of digital currency to protect one's users account from hackers and questioning when does and how does the money went to his wallet. Thus, choose local exchanger which doesn't ask for identity. There many local exchangers that didn't requires identity in order for a one user make an exchange.
You think that such restrictions will make currency exchanges as well as the safety of users' savings safer but it is possible that it is such restrictions that cover the whole point of the safety of your money.
18  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is bitcoin a religion? on: May 01, 2017, 07:52:10 AM
No its not but Satoshi can be a religious figure if people want to worship whoever he is.
I agree that bitcoin isn't religion but Satoshi can be religious. However, decentralized is a symbol of decentralized thought of the creator
What can be common between Bitcoin and religion. These are two different things that are surrounded by completely different concepts, because Bitcoin is a high technology, a science that at some points rejects the Faith and the existence of God.

20  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do you think Bitcoin will reach $1500? on: April 27, 2017, 07:43:55 PM
At preev.com, bitcoin prices have become $ 1,366 for 1 bitcoin. I think it's just a matter of time to reach $ 1500. If bitcoin prices rise continuously like this, maybe next month the price could reach $ 1450, or even $ 1500.

The price on poloniex is already at $1434. I don't know about other exchanges. If that is a consistent price, it could reach $1500 next month.

And maybe fall down.
Yes, now is a good price to sell. Now many holders sell bitcoin at a high price.
Maybe soon we will see 1500 dollars. Now, there are all the prerequisites for this. There is good news from Japan, which means that the price will go up
