For Shuffle the deal is a good one, he doesn't have to say anything about them and they still need up with all the publicity they need but for him, someone whose life is about posting stuff online this is actually a handicap, sure he was paid for the contract but if he isn't allowed to post online at all then how likely is he to maintain his fan base, what's the point in being an influencer if you aren't doing anything, it will be counter productive for him to come back to the internet in 6 months and not have anyone interested in what he has to say anymore.
I think he could use AI advice to try and bypass these restrictions for instance, by dictating posts to someone else who would publish them under a pseudonym like "Dorothy's Shadow," or by finding some other creative workaround where he isn't the one directly writing the messages. I’m sure a solution could be devised, especially if there were a reward involved or lawyers were brought in. That said, the precedent itself is fascinating after all, anyone would love to get paid for not posting anything, though over time it would likely become tedious, and the urge to post publicly would return. The pull of that desire is probably stronger than it seems.

I used to be a data analyst before and its part of my job to check the range of the particular people with particular target and of course with the use of the AI right now its more easier to understand and analyze the data set if you wanted to check the players hobbies and activities so for me its an edge if you are into part of the marketing you have a specific target audience which can boost your sales. If ever NY wanted to pursue that restriction, I guess it's a good matter because it's for the safety of the players too to avoid getting addiction, nowdays its getting worst so its a must to at least lessen or to have a player protection.
I think this will affect more than just the use of AI in gambling advertising we will likely see lists of specific cities and countries where using AI for this purpose is prohibited. Of course, AI allows for the creation of all sorts of videos and text content that can take sales to a new level. However, if one casino is unable to use this technology while others can, the latter will gain a significant advantage and rapidly outpace the former in terms of user acquisition so this is something to watch closely. As a user, I don't really warm to AI-generated ads right now, though perhaps they will improve significantly in the future.

Honestly, I don’t see the difference at all if the casino is licensed and unlicensed especially of its from Anjouan or Curacao considering how unhelpful they are in case of dispute.
Most of the time I look the license as some sort of badge which casino pay for it which I consider an investment for casino to help their reputation boost as user looking for license nowadays regardless if the license provider is truly doing their job.
Online casino will always use for cheaper and less strict alternatives.
People want to know if the game they are playing is truly provably fair, this is also where the need to be licensed comes in, many people will feel cheated when they started losing money and truth is some unlicensed casinos can't be trusted. Sadly, that’s not how casino license work specifically like Curacao. Its main purpose for casino operations to offer gambling under the applicable licensing framework. Provably fair verification is not part of the Curacao license scope which means a license casino can still offer a shady games since there’s no one regulating them on that manner. When there is no regulation, however, there is room for the subtle deception of customers. If one casino chooses not to exploit this, others will, because the temptation to gain ever more is always present. This applies to more than just casinos after all, those who crave ever-increasing wealth risk drowning in gold much like the character in the fairy tale. In any case, even licensed casinos will employ any trick to boost profits, ranging from steep bonus wagering requirements to dragging out withdrawal times tactics that might cause a player to lose patience and return to the game before the funds actually arrive.

Until people start reading that casino require those who get bonus to wager 30-50x, and people keep on losing money while trying and complaining, we will keep having such similar topics. Until people stop thinking that casino wants to give them money for nothing, we will keep having discussions about size of wagering. From time to time I think that everyone who has accepted a bonus is casino and failed to meet wagering requirement, will make a topic here about how unfair requirements are. Sometimes I think that casinos make those requirements high on purpose. From the start they did not plan to give money, but that bonus is like a attractive banner where people only notice +100% to deposit.
Many people simply see what they want to see specifically the word "bonus" and convince themselves they’ll definitely manage to clear the wagering requirements, even though every player thinks exactly the same way. I decided to take the opposite approach: I treat the money as if it’s already lost and focus entirely on approaching the wagering process sensibly and deliberately. Of course, I’m used to playing with my own money and not relying on bonuses while I won’t turn one down if the opportunity arises, if the wagering requirement is something like 40x, I’ll simply pass on it with a clear conscience.

That is life for you my brother, those who are making the laws in countries are the ones breaking most of the laws they are making, and nothing will happen to them. It seems that the only people that they are making the law for are they less privileged, but those who are in positions and in high places in the government usually don’t get punished whenever they break the law.
Sure, the big players who have the big connections will always get freedom, it is only those who are less privileged without any connection that will suffer for it. This is how life is.
Although I don’t subscribe to many superstitions, in this particular instance, I do believe that retribution will catch up with them due to their tainted karma. While this doesn't happen every time, I have frequently observed such outcomes in real life and read about various cases. I am virtually certain that dishonest people who commit vile acts causing suffering to ordinary people will not simply get away with it. These are bad people. Sometimes, it is necessary to punish such individuals in an exemplary manner so that others are deterred and the very thought of repeating such actions never even crosses their minds.

One thing I think people should understand is that, being questioned by the bank doesn’t automatically mean one is a criminal. Banks have compliance obligations, and if a customer initiates a transaction that seems different from their usual activity, it could potentially attract attention. And this is the reason why it’s crucial to keep a proper financial records, especially when the amount involved is unusually large. That way it wouldn’t be too hard to explain legitimate transactions when there’s an evidence to support them.
Naturally, banks have standard withdrawal limits for ordinary users the moment a client wants to move or simply access their funds, the financial institution immediately wants to know the source of that money even if it was earned through honest, conventional work. Those are the rules, yet few people actually want to keep the precise records required for withdrawals though such users certainly do exist, perhaps because they have an accounting background or simply understand the potential hurdles and are preparing in advance to avoid future problems.

I've seen some cases the influencers who promoted the illegal gambling platforms are small influencers. Theoretically, a gambling site that can afford to get license has good reputation. So they don't randomly hire influencers who have low impressions to promote their platform. In this case, i'm question how big the influencers who get prosecuted by Greece's regulators due to promoting the illegal site. It's gonna be a disaster if those are small influencers with not a lot of followers.
Beside that the small influencers would be accepting any offer that comes to them because they have no legit offer by a reputable and legal gambling platform due to the low followers, small impressions and lack of popularity. But i still agree they to get punishment to ensure they won't accept promotion from the site that can lead their followers to be scammed.
Bloggers constantly face the dilemma of what to advertise naturally, there may come a point when they want to earn more money and agree to promote a casino. However, many subscribers today recognize this and might instantly unfollow them, realizing the blogger is driven by profit rather than a genuine vision or a commitment to creating content for the audience they worked so hard to build. That said, I also understand that many bloggers have a strict policy against casino advertising it is encouraging to see that not everyone is willing to promote such things, as they grasp the responsibility or at least part of it involved.

I think the initiative taken by the Thai government to blocked the casino platform is truly commendable. However, it will be difficult to control those who are operating casinos illegally because they know very well how to create a second way when one way is closed. It is true that those who are truly addicted to gambling will resort to any means to conduct gambling. If they do not exercise awareness on their own, it will be difficult for the government to completely control them.
Combating such a vast number of casinos is incredibly difficult, and as you rightly pointed out players will inevitably seek out ways to gamble regardless. However, I believe that if regulators across different countries share successful strategies for shutting down casinos that refuse to play by the rules or pay taxes, the situation will likely improve albeit gradually rather than overnight. In any case, it is a worthwhile endeavor, even if it is challenging corrupt individuals within the system could interfere with the process, potentially slowing it down significantly.

Yes, it is true that if the exchange party wants to know the income level before withdrawing a large amount of money, then the source of income must be disclosed. Because sometimes a lot of black money is entered into the exchange in this way, which if later proven, creates pressure on the exchange authorities. However, if the person can present all the data of his funds with evidence and provide proof, then the exchange authorities must definitely return his money to him because the exchange party does not have the right to withhold legitimate money with its evidence.
I don't find this request surprising, given that exchanges operate under the supervision of financial regulators who have established specific rules. If a withdrawal exceeds a certain limit, it may be frozen pending the submission of additional information regarding the source of funds. The key issue, in my view, is how a trader can actually prove the history of their funds especially if they have been trading for years, moving assets between exchanges and personal wallets, or perhaps trading on DEXs. The volume of data involved could be overwhelming, yet an exchange might demand a record of every single trade made over that entire period a requirement that seems impossible for most users to meet.

Why is this even a question. With a physical wheel you can stand right new to it and can see it even hear any interference that might have an impact on the outcome of the game. With an only roulette game you only see what the provider want last you to see or even let’s you see. There are many videos about games where the ball moved a lot after it came to a halt first, which doesn’t make too much sense and implies something like magnets or some sort of blowing device being in place. Obviously you never know but when it looks suspicious there must be something to it because at a real wheal in a physical casino I have never seen anything like this happen.
Back when I played online roulette out of curiosity years ago, the ball would actually shift position when it landed. I never quite figured out if it was a visual glitch or something else, but as a player, I disliked it so much that I decided never to play again after all, visually speaking, one could theoretically place the ball anywhere on the screen and play against other players. In any case, playing real-life roulette is better than the online version, though I wouldn't rule out the possibility that long-serving dealers can gauge the force of their throw so precisely that they could land the ball on red or black more often if they wanted to.

Unfortunately, that is indeed the case, I have often observed casinos dragging out the withdrawal process using all sorts of pretexts many of them contrived. I think this has become something of a norm in modern online gambling perhaps their finance departments decided to adopt this tactic to keep funds in players' accounts for as long as possible. The goal is likely to make the player anxious hoping they will eventually resign themselves to not getting the money, wager it instead, and ultimately lose it all. I honestly don't know how this could be fixed; the only option is patience simply waiting for the withdrawal to go through.

I believe that having Neymar in the squad was the last of Ancelotti's true wishes. I think it was, in a way, forced, because Neymar certainly brings morale to the locker room and to the hearts of the Brazilians. Also because, given his physical condition, he was absolutely not in the most suitable state to compete. Sometimes, high-profile stars players everyone considers indispensable can suddenly stop contributing effectively because they have burned out or because recurring injuries prevent them from reaching their peak form. A coach needs to spot this before anyone else does, even if the player insists they can still help the team; meanwhile, a lesser-known player free of injuries and in excellent physical condition might be sitting on the bench. I feel that a similar approach could have been taken with Neymar, even though many fans wouldn't have understood it.

Sure Bitcoin paved way for crypto casino's. But before crypto, there was already online deposit and withdrawal of money that was easy. eBay should have been said was Bitcoin created another alternative to payment online. But if we even look at it closely, we will quickly see that Bitcoin yes created such part. But stablecoins too control.
People nowadays deal with stable coins than Bitcoin. You can say I am wrong but, Bitcoin is seen more as an investment value coin than a coin used to gamble or bet. Not saying there are not people who use their Bitcoin to bet. All I am pointing out is the higher percentage of people who will use more of stablecoin than Bitcoin itself.
In my view, Bitcoin has played a major role in the development of crypto casinos and the industry as a whole over the years. The capabilities offered by Bitcoin, altcoins, and stablecoins provided a significant boost without them, traffic and trading volumes would likely be much lower today. Of course, Bitcoin is also viewed as an investment asset, and I think many gamblers regret simply placing bets instead of holding onto their Bitcoin, as they could have been far wealthier today. It makes one stop and consider whether to try one's luck at the casino and have fun, or to take a long-term view and hold onto Bitcoin.

The reason why casinos have it much easier is because they are more advanced in terms of technology to detect any form of cheating, there is no way anyone would be able to cheat the casino without them detecting it unless they have someone on the inside. This doesn't stop at the level that it's at currently, the casinos are still upgrading and improving their security to ensure fairness and avoid manipulation.of any kind by players. Due to how the system of a lot of casinos are i don't think players still think about finding any loopholes to exploit.
Of course, players think about this daily perhaps even using AI for the purpose but right now, I believe such unscrupulous players stand little chance of success. However, I wouldn't rule out a future scenario where AI makes another major leap forward, potentially catching casinos off guard with an attack they aren't prepared to handle. That said, there is another side to the coin: casinos will also employ AI and leverage the resources and accumulated profits at their disposal to mount a defense when the time comes, as their continued survival in the industry depends on it.

That is very natural, and a large prediction market should consider how their business will run smoothly. I think Kalshi should consider addressing this issue and paying taxes to the Ohio authorities. We certainly do not think Kalshi lacks the funds to pay taxes and resolve this issue. But in reality, what are they thinking with their case?
I’m not exactly an expert on legal matters, but it might be more profitable for Kalshi to simply shut down its operations in that specific state paying off all taxes and fines and instead launch a new business in a lower-tax jurisdiction. They may have already hired consultants at great expense to resolve this issue while keeping the site running after all, they can’t afford to take the site offline even for a day to switch domains, as users would instantly flock to competitors like Polymarket.
