Facebook initiated Libra has been in controversies since the day of the announcement. Their promise of giving banks to unbanked and providing an alternate payment system to the world didn't go very well with the authorities globally. Leading to which, now Paypal has withdrawn its involvement from the project. Though Libra association is going to have a meeting the coming week regarding the steps to be taken forward. Let's see what that yields.

       Crypto is such unpredictable space that only hodling for long term like other investment asset isn't really a good investment strategy. Keeping stop losses, regular market watch and changing the position is needed in regular interval because price change is pretty significant once the trends starts and this you can't afford to overlook. If you didn't exit BTC during highs of 2017-18, that wasn't a smart decision whether you were in for short or long term. There was enough hype to make you cautious of the rising prices.
       One needs to understand regular check is important even if you are long in cryptos because there is no monitoring authority and high volatility which can ruin your investment if not taken care.

The main concern of government when it comes to cryptos is the anonymity. They suspect that this will lead to illegal activities. So most of the countries are banning untraceable currencies like Monero and now the focus has shifted towards the mixing services too. Sooner or later, such regulations had to come. As the crypto trading volume has increased, government has started taking actions.

If you are waiting for an altcoin season like that of the last quarter of 2017, then that could be far fetched. But in short time frame, if BTC keeps hovering between $8000-$8300, then altcoins might see some gains. The reason behind this is that the panic sentiment has increased when it comes to BTC. So, there might be a shift towards altcoins which has suffered a lot lately and thus, give better opportunities in terms of gains. But if bitcoin falls bello 8k, then there will be more in altcoins too.

ETH has broke the resistance of $17 which is a good sign giving the market condition. There might be some resistance at moving averages but if it successfully breaches it, price might go to $200+. Traders can enter the trade here with a stop loss at $160. But if the ETH goes down at this point, price can correct till $122. But right now, that is rare a chance provided BTC doesn't slump from here.

There are different investment strategies. Some people prefer day trading, some short term and some mid to long term. People who don't have any present liability and are ready for taking risk of long term hold can any day go for long term hodl in crypto. If you remove the 2017-2018 high and then look at the bitcoin price chart, you will notice that the long term chart is rather bullish only. The halving next year will definitely bring a surge in price if history repeats itself. Halving is a big event in Bitcoin's ecosystem. More natural growth and new investors can bring an organic price surge.

I still think Liverpool has the best chance to win the champions league this season along with Juventus and Barcelona. According to Fibonacci pattern, the recent retracement to 0.786 and then a jump back to $8k indicates that the market has enough volume as of now to sustain the price above $8k. But we need to wait at least for a week to check whether the bears have been exhausted or not. There might be another wave of correction in a few days. Price might retrace to 0.618 level too. There is a decent probability to that.

You can't compare the value of bitcoin to that of gold.
Price depends upon supply and demand. Gold is might be limited but not to the level of Bitcoin. There are only 21 million Bitcoin which means it has inbuilt deflation and it will remain the same and hence, the price growth.
Added to that BTC is also a currency which enables real-time fund transfer. Gold has on the other hand, has totally different use case. They are not comparable at all.
Regarding Bitcoin price sky rocketing, it is still in its infancy stage. There's a lot of potential still lying.

I think you have misused the term "disappear" here because a coin or token never get disappeared from the market but only get delisted from the exchange due to no demand and regular fall in volume of the coin. The token is not active in the market that's why but it can still be traded if demand rise again.

Although bitcoin is undervalued crypto at this time but slowly due to mass adoption, huge investment, regulations the prices will surely go up in coming years and btc will become trillion dollars market. So i am hodling my coins until that period to get huge returns for my hard work. The prices have once again starting to rise and soon bull run is ready to hit the market.

It's a good option to buy at dips and sell at high prices to gain profits but it's not easy to determine the actual price drop to certain extent. So i buy when i can afford to buy but at lower rates and then hodl it for long term to get huge returns.

The government should regulate the exchanges that shows fake volume to deceive the traders and generate income from the false means.There were many exchanges which were shut down in China due to same reason.There are some exchanges which works in proper manner and some don't.
