Dharwad International School in Karnataka is the first school offering a facility of Bitcoins for their annual fees. The population of 1.25 billion, is set to overtake China’s by 2022 – and India’s remittance industry is calculated at a massive $50-70 billion. Experts are touting India as home of the next Bitcoin boom.

Didn't know that earlier, do other schools also accept bitcoins ?

843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: December 03, 2016, 03:43:25 AM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

bitcoin can bring your income very fast , different $ increase more slowly
844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bitcoins have Tax?? on: December 03, 2016, 03:37:54 AM
no , i don't see there is rule from government about bitcoin tax because in my opinion each tax need a government rule
845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: December 03, 2016, 03:33:38 AM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
difficult for teenager ? i think no , because my self teenager and i am fast understand about bitcoin .. but for children maybe difficult because i think chilrend still playing happiness
846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: December 03, 2016, 03:25:12 AM
I see more and more acrticles of bitcoin being used for illegal activities
will this hurt bitcoin in the long run , will governments ban this just like they started to do wih paying in cash for some services
to harden the use of illegal , and money laundering

1. bitcoin can fill your free time
2. bitcoin can get more profit
3. bitcoin can add your income etc

849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: November 30, 2016, 04:11:35 PM
Share your ideas here.   Grin

In my opinion, I think we will be stuck in one price or maybe worse we will all go down.

Here is what happened when US citizens are saving too much.

Quote
That's important because American spenders make up the majority -- about 70% -- of economic activity in the country. If people don't spend, the economy doesn't grow.

Check it out here

i think save for investation why not ? if stuck in one price we can withdraw in local money

851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: November 30, 2016, 03:50:36 PM
I myself use 3 different wallets. One is on my Android device, one on my desktop PC and one online.

The one i like the most is on my desktop, MultiBit. I like it because you can quicky generate new deposit adresses and keep track of your incomes and outcomes. I only use Blockchain for some payments, and on my mobile phone i have MyCelium wallet, which i use for mobile/QR code scanning payments.

What wallets do you use and which one do you prefer and why?
i use coinbase because i think very easy and very simple

may be if someone know your private key , so be carefull to say about your key
856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: November 21, 2016, 04:31:21 PM
is it possible that bitcoin will be accepted in local stores, shops etc. since transactions are to slow and customers have to wait until their transactions are verified. And nobody wants to wait.
Can transactions be seeded up to save customers time or any other way to use bitcoin  at local stores.
one of seeded is customers don't need bring real money , i think bring real money enough difficult not so simple
