I think the team need to paint the right picture for potential investors and not to see this as just another ICO project because it is getting difficult differentiating scam projects from real ones

Has everyone heard of the latest news that the Peoples Bank of China has had a meeting with more Chinese cryptocurrency exchanges and this caused Huobi and Okcoin to suspend all withdrawals of BTC and LTC from their sites? Others will possibly follow and might suspend all cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals.
How does this affect the Qtum ICO since it will be done on 3 major Chinese exchanges? Will there be a change of plans?
I don't think the changes in the Chinese exchange will affect our Qtum project. Its not said that every withdrawals were suspended, every small bitcoin exchanges were warned not to involve into any of the unregulated activities, every transactions need to be done based on the regulation and taxation. The ICO will be affected. How will the potential investors deposit BTC to the exchanges in China if they are not allowed to get cryptocoins in or out? How will the investors also get their QTUM coins transferred to their wallets? This has been answered in the slack. They will not host the crowd sale on Okcoin. So I guess, everything will push through as planned. Anyone want to learn more, it is easier to get fresh news from their slack channel. What is the impact of the BTC went down because of this QTUM When someone from China have become investors in qtum this crazy man!!! It doesn't speak well for this team if they can't commit themselves to a date when the mainnet would be ready. This is important and stop posting investors, even I doubt the quality of developers behind this project if they can even deliver on the product they promised.

I believe this has already been asked to some extent, but if we buy more than one package, and associate it to the same E-mail as prior packages, will we get multiple token redemption (I assume DTB will be additive) after the crowd sale? e.g. two silvers = two rookie token redemptions for the same E-mail.
