Still nothing released! Vote will be October 30 or October 31, the rumours say.
That's right, they said on Telegram that the voting will start on 30./31. (still soft date, but it looks good), then everybody will be able to vote for 7 days, after that the Tokens will be unlocked if the holders vote for it. Subbreddit is almost closed, not too much update on twitter. And for me its almost impossible to follow telegram, too many messages. Thnaks for sharing these rumors about the voting I will be happy to participate

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN: ELIXIR (ELIX) Mobile Lending App Announced (ELIX On CoinExchange)

Greetings all,
This is my first post but I have been following Elixir for a while and have bought up a few thousand Elixir for a long term hold. I'm thinking of buying up some more but might wait until the Devs have finished the new website and announced themselves.
Looking at the Elixir Road Map, as well as other possible upcoming news, what do you think the potential high's and lows will be when the following happens. (Presumed order of events though I may be wrong)
1. The website is finished and the Devs have announced themselves?
2. If/When Elixir is listed on more reputable exchanges?
3. Elixir Mobile App Public Release Late Q2 2018?
4. Elix Web App Public Release Q3 2018?
Thanks
Well, the development for the new webpage has just commenced a few days ago. I think, will be ready in maybe a month? Just a rough guess. First I think a ready product should come, with decided lending parameters, than new exchange and markting. After the mobile wallet, the web app shlould come soon IMO.

>even 33 ms is too high IMO. Ethereum is 30,000 ms. So going from 30,000 ms to 200 ms or 33 ms is a major improvement. Normal network latency for an FPS game is 200 to 300 ms for network latency. For physics updates, games run at 20 ticks per sond, 30 ticks per second or maximum of 60 ticks per second. Most physics updates are at 30 ticks per second or 33 ms per tick. The performance, exceeds what is necessary to embed counter strike on blockchain. 200 ms, is below what humans can even perceive, for the purposes of poker and non-real time games. Even 500 ms is fine for these games. Going below 200 ms for block timedoes not add any benefit if the average network latency is 300 ms. Yeah for non-actio games, like card games, etc it is quite ideal. But keep in mind that nowadays gamers love high fps, there are gaming monitors for 144hz, I think it is unnecessarily too much, but marketingwise, if everyone is running a game ~100 fps, than they won't like the low net tick rate IMO

guys how long is staking ticket time? i bought 1 ticket for testing decred stake system and i am still waiting from july 25. 3 months passed but still live owned ticket. not voted and not missed not revoked.. still alive xd when can i use this balance again?
It will expire after about 3-4 months, I don't remember exactly. I had 5 expired tickets out of 250 or so that voted, so it seems to be around 2% of tickets that expire. You seem to be either very unlucky or you haven't set up staking properly. this is too bad for me. my first experiment on decred staking will gona fail i dont think to stake with 1 ticket anymore. I feel the same... Bought my first ticket about two months ago. Not voted yet... And I have a feeling that it will be revoked, based on my luck, and in the meantime even the ticketprice has risen as well...

Mostanában megjelent egy halom POS coin. PL.: BitcoinStakeCash, KurdCoin, USDstake, Tokyocoin stb.
Persze tisztelet a kivételnek. Meg ott az a rengeteg airdroppolt eth token manapság (eBTC, eDASH, stb.), nem tudom mi értelmük van.

That is what I was also wondering (besides this is a good idea which makes this lot of computing power for a somewhat useful). Usually a lot of GPU power is paired with a very small CPU power and memory. But in the meanwhile this is also partially true for consoles. If the game is designed that way, GPUs can take off the most of the load from the CPU side.

It's always nice to read about this great project By the ways how many people are in the team of Internet of Coins, and how many of them are developers? (It's the same as on the webpage or have you already been expanding?) Hello. I've contributed to your ICO in March. Then I forgot about it What I need to do to get my tokens now if it's possible? I think you have missed that. There was a short period of time after the crowdsale's end when you could have claimed the tokens on various chains. Now you have to wail until Q1 2018 when they will release the wallet.

Update:The Skycoin blockchain programming language CX, now has OpenGL support and key input support. https://cx.skycoin.netIn theory, we will be able to embed video games (like poker or real money multiplayer dwarf fortress) on the blockchain. But we still have to figure out how to do random number generation on blockchain and on-going R&D. We will be able to get the block time down to 200 ms per block (5 updates per second), which is almost enough to run FPS games on. With independent chains for the game and using a variant of Skycoin's Obelisk Consensus Protocol with leadership election and fall over for consensus. In contrast, Ethereum block-times cannot be less than 30 seconds and has an inconsistent or random block rate that precludes applications for turn based video games We have proposals to get down to 33 ms per block which is enough for 30 physics updates for second. We might want to implement multiplayer Sim Ant on blockchain and do some test cases for multiplayer gaming. In the CX model, each game object is a software object. Each game object exports "affordances" which are actions that can be invoked upon the software object. Affordances have restrictions and invariants checks for when they can be invoked (by who, under what context and under what conditions). For instance, an object representing a ledger for a pile of money, might only allow the "send money to" command to be invoked if signatures/public key validation passes (the owner of the pile of money, signed the affordance or operation). Or a player in a poker game can only invoke or commit to a move, for their own player (verified by a signature) and is unable to make moves for other players (because of inability to fake the signature for the public keys for the the other players in the game). One of the reasons we chose a cluster architecture for Skywire, is that we expect to be running thousands or millions of independent blockchains, with each application having its own blockchain running at a different tick rate over a different set of servers. We are not trying to force every application on to one giant blockchain, like ethereum. We are only forcing users to subscribe to applications which they are using, instead of replicating the data/transactions for every user on Earth. Very interesting idea, gaming on blockchain By the way in my opinion 200 ms lateny is way too much for an FPS game, even 33 ms is too high IMO. As I see this would be the base latency of the core network, but there would be some latency on top of it from the client side as well, or not? (My knowledge is limited so it's just a guess)

Hello, when Exscudo (EON) listed in exchange ? Hopefully Price EON can up high.
Hi! We are launching our own exchange, trading starts in Q1 2018 thanks for the confirmation, i am really happy that you are taking time to make the perfect product ! that's great ,looking forward to Q1 of 2018, i sure official is working hard backgroud on this project ,that's enough for me . So it means we have at least 3-4 more months for start trading. I dont know is it good or bad cause of now btc prices. As ico price im ok even 80% of ico price.. I also don't know whether its good or bad that it is delayed a bit. I'm the tipical hodler user, so it might be good from my perspective as the EON network will completely bypass these very volatile forking and segwit and stuff times
