I did not buy from this seller, but had the same issue, trying to use Noodles & Company there was some security issue where they were told not to accept gift cards missing the first 5 digits as if they were legit you would obviously have it.  I found that out after buying some on bitify and being rejected in store,  the bitify seller was of no help (to be clear not this seller at all)  hopefully you can get the info, if you do please pass it on to me, can hope it is the same as the card I have and cannot use.
