2  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can end poverty? In a nation today on: April 14, 2024, 01:34:31 PM
Bitcoin cannot end poverty, but it can curb it a little bit, not everyone believes in bitcoin, there are still tons of people who still believe that bitcoin is a pyramid scheme, not really knowing what bitcoin is.

Investing in bitcoin is extremely risky, not everyone has the foresight of seeing what bitcoin will do in the future and holding through during the bear season, a lot of people will cut losses if they see that their investment is going down, and there's an adage in crypto currency that if you can't hold you can't be rich, if majority of newbies who are introduce to crypto don't understand this, then curbing poverty might be difficult not to talk about eradicating poverty

I need Bournemouth to beat Man United today so Newcastle can sit in the Top 6. If Chelsea will not play European games next season, Man United must not play too.
Spoken like a true Chelsea fan but unfortunately Bournemouth didn't do enough to stop United from getting an equaliser which came all thanks to an Adam Smith handball in the 64th minute which lead to a penalty kick and Fernandez made no mistake and mde it count which tied the scoreline 2all... All in all this was a great game and with few games to go, am confident that Manchester United will finish on top of Chelsea no doubt!!!!

Injury excuse is tired as well, Newcastle actually still play a good brand of football with loads of injuries & played a winger whos never played at RB before today against Spurs & Krafth at CB lmfao.

Whilst having to start Dubravka every game as well.
Talking of Newcastle, well let's just say these lads outclassed Spurs who have no excuse for that humiliating result hands down 😅🥵🙌!!!

Hope these guys continue to play like this and we can see them challenge for a top 4 or top 2 spot  someday..
That hand ball should have been overlooked by the referee, but unfortunately for Bournemouth it hunt them, they were denied penalty too, at the last minute of second half extra time, Manchester United were just lucky to get a point from today's match, they didn't play as expected.

As for Tottenham they've conceded 21 goals this 2024 alone and that's too much it shows how bad their defense is, conceding such goals being among the elite clubs in epl shows that their coach stop has a long way to go, today's result for Tottenham is quite embarrassing, it seems it's gonna be an easy win for Arsenal against Tottenham with the way I'm seeing it

Why are you so hard friend, considering that Man United also has the same hopes for the eroupa league, they have that right to continue their struggle, but indeed Bournemouth is trying to maintain its victory in this again against Manchester United, you need to see the match that Man unted is very trying to equalize in this second half, I'm not sure that Man United can win this match easily, they have to be able to equalize first to be able to surpass Burnemouth.
As I am typing that Man United can equalize the position to 2-2 through Bruno Fernandes, 10 minutes left whether Man Uinited can win this match, and I think your hopes may be lost because Man United has a chance to get a win in this match, judging from the probability it is very possible for Man United to score this time, and Bournemouth looks more tired in the match in this second half. I think Newcastle need to hold out and hope for next week, about chelsea I hope you don't expect more from the blues it's not good for your health friend. LOL
Lol, I'm an ARSENAL fan to the core, I enjoy trolling Chelsea more than Manchester United, I'm not expecting anything from Chelsea, they make jest of Arsenal when Arsenal was struggling to qualify for ucl for years, now it's their turn to do same to them LOL, it's really fun trolling them, I hope Bournemouth won't lose this match at least a draw is still OK for them, instead of to lose at home to Manchester United of all club

Well as its stands now I think your wish is coming to past because Bournemouth are currently leading 2-1 but the thing now is that can they keep up with the lead because Manchester united are found of equalizing and I expect them to score any minute from now so you gats to be very prayerful about the stand of the match. I wonder why united ought to be given that much of an odd to play against Bournemouth but I guess they have their reason and currently now it's paying off.
Bournemouth has always been finding means to torment Manchester United all this while, I knew it won't be an easy task for United, they always relax too easily, let's see how it goes if they can manage to get a draw which I doubt, united is totally different from the era of Sir Fergusson

Manchester have only improved in defence...the team is still lacking... they are just relying on mistakes and counters...they just can't hold play... any team that scores Manchester first will beat them.

I'm not really impressed by Leicester... Brendan Rodgers really needs to go back to the drawing board. First of all, Why the hell would he be playing Ndidi a natural defensive midfielder in defense. Why isn't he playing Soyuncu and iheanacho who has a good record against Man United.

Keeping Timo Weber and Lukaku would have been better than signing all these Arsenal remnant. I can't believe Chelsea let go of Wener and Lukaku and depended on Kai Havertz, Paulisic that is featherweight and Ziyech that looks like he has a sickle cell. Anytime Timo Wener played, Chelsea never struggled to create chances because the guy is so good running into spaces. What chelsea needed was a very good finisher and not let Wener go. Tuchel, while he may be good managing a team he's not a good player coach.

Leicester to win then all the doubts starts afresh. People that praised Martinez & Varane last 2 matches will  condemn them. People that said just a week ago maguire was the worst defender Manchester United has ever had will question why he is being kept on the bench. I see a changing of tune after this match,as is classical of so called football analysts and the United football fan in particular. Watch them say how Ronaldo would have converted many of the chances Rashford missed if he had started, despite same people saying he is the problem of the team

It must be frustrating for this Chelsea new owner, the more he invest the more the team is sinking. Despite investing heavily in the defence line, that department still look like that of  millwall Fc......or is it that Tuchel tactics are becoming stale, maybe he needs to reinvent himself or elso he joins Scot Parker as Co-admin of " sacked manager's. This is all on Tuchel! Why keep kovacic? When got so lucky against leceister City but tonight they are like a team in disarray. No time to experiment in Premier league, u need play your best all time, like someone said, Tuchel is feeling so relaxed compared to Abramovich era, when every losses is like a wasted life line.

Chelsea are down by two goals to one, Mason mount Reuben loftus cheek, are all average players and cant improve even if they have been in Chelsea for more than 5 years. Average English players hyped by their media. I dont know why this man keeps buying defenders ,what chelsea needs now is a good striker and a creative dmf
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be worth zero? on: August 30, 2022, 04:35:00 PM
Bitcoin can not drop to zero, it is not like other altcoins that does not have value in the market. If Bitcoin is experiencing the bear market that doesn't mean the price of bitcoin will drop to zero. It is only shit coins that have the tendency to drop to zero.
You are right bitcoin cannot drop to zero, bear market will make people think that bitcoin will drop to zero meanwhile dip is highly required after a huge pump, bitcoin was once at $50 per unit, now its worth more than $20k, such an amazing increase, and if bitcoin tries get back to $10k lots of people will be thinking bitcoin will go to zero which is not possible, for a healthy growth of the market a correction is highly important, which tends to be the bear market, soon bull market will arrive but no one knows when

Bud you're in the same boat as many of us.  Countless users here have absolutely "blown through" bitcoins.  But many of has had no idea it would take off like it did even though we had all sure hoped it would get there.  You can't change the past, only the future so simply stop dwelling on the past and make positive moves forward.  Best of luck.
it's not that easy to get past such experience, there is no way, but just have to move on life goes on, I've been in op shoe also and I know how it feels like... When you keep thinking about how much you should have had in bank account its really depressing, to the extent that you might feel like you want to commit suicide, but that's not the solution. Never give up, keep pushing WGMI

Currently nobody can compare arsenal with Manchester, Arsenal is the only team that haven't lose any match or draw any match since the beginning of the season, do you want to compare them with Manchester united that lost their first two matches and struggled to win their last match against Southampton. Manchester united fans believe they are back to the game but I don't think so, they can't even draw arsenal not to even talk of winning them.
Arsenal have been really impressive, 4 wins in a row in for four games and scored 11 goals, Arteta is building something historical at the Emirates and if they can continue in this form I think history could be made. Manchester United are making signings now, I think this signings will improve the squad when they finally play together.
Arsenal have the upper hand, they have strong attackers and defenders, on the front line they have a very sharp G jesus and at the back there is Gabriel who is very skilled in aerial combat, Arsenal is really a threat to their opponents going forward, especially MU.
Arsenal does not really have a sharp attack in my opinion, because let's assume Gabriel Jesus has an injury, you cannot bank on nketiah 100%, the bench says alot for a team, if Arsenal had players like Gabriel Jesus two in the squad as a striker there will be no fear if one has injury because there is a back up, the only place arsenal is strong is in the defence, the midfield and attack needs a better substitution players
18  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Russia Emerge As The Next Dominant Superpower on: August 28, 2022, 10:48:31 PM
With the way that it's going, Russia emerge the next dominant superpower, in as much as Putin stays in power for a long period of time, its now obvious that United States and other top European countries are now afraid of Russia, Putin is a man of his word he dare them and non of them dare to trespass in his lane, the nuclear war heads and other ammunitions Russia posses says it all
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: August 28, 2022, 01:43:58 PM
There is no need to keep advising people to hold, i have seen this advice so much in the last weeks since bitcoin started plunging, if they do not believe in bitcoin or that this kind of plunge has happened before and that it will return back up, then let them sell to stronger hands that are ready to buy at all times, and just maybe experience will teach them to research next time.
Well I think it's a good idea to advise people to hold if only you believe that there will be a bounce soon, imagine, holding  bitcoin from $60k plus and at around 19k you thinking of selling that's a huge loss its better to advise to hold, it will be a long term hold because definitely it will bounce back, those who bought bitcoin when it first hit 20k and sold sub 20k, thinking that bitcoin would not exceed 20k, they would be blaming their self after seeing bitcoin hit 60k, I believe such scenario will happen to people who sold their at loss, in as much as you are not trading on future, there is no fear of manipulation, just hold it would definitely take a longer time but at the end it, the wait will worth it
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading gambling in another form? on: August 28, 2022, 01:06:15 PM
Well it depends on how you take trading, if its on leverage trading that is with high leverage of like x20 and above to me I consider it a gambling because within a twinkle of an eye you might be liquidated, but from the angle of spot trading I don't see it as gamble because there is chance of you recovering your money back, as compared to trading on futures
