Hello
today i got a good respond from cryptonator.com stating the following :

===============Original message=============

Hello

Fortunately, one of our clients pointed out to this post on the bitcointalk board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1686518 and we were able to identify you in our system by the address on the attached screenshot.

The last message we have received from you was on the Dec 13, 2015 17:06. In our reply we asked whether to refund the payment or send in to the target address. And since then we didn't hear from you due to a possible bug in the Zendesk ticket system, which is no excuse anyway.

We have refunded the pending transaction of 3.987 BTC to your bitcoin account and also added 3% atop that amount as an average annual interest banking rate.

If you'd just have contacted us from any other email address, this could be resolved way faster.

We deeply apologize for this delay and the inconvenience caused.

==========================================

therefore it is my moral duty to inform everyone here about the solution i got from them after posting in here , and that i would mark it as a resolved problem .
going to move to printed wallet for best protection and stability since i do not intend to move them for years .

i appreciate everyone's respond and taking the time to read my problems !

We also would appreciate if you could post on the board that the issue has been resolved.

Hello
After a lot of Googling around and asking sending support requests that always end up being ignored by Cryptonato's support , i even paid for a month's subscription to get priority in support , they still ignored me .
On 31th of November 2015 i have sent 3.987 BTC to my other wallet and it stayed in Pending status , first time  i reached out them about it they responded saying :
---------------- ticket number  7340 date 7th of December 2015
Hello

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed reply!

Our hot wallet was swarmed by thousands of incoming micro-transactions, which causes issues with signing outgoing transactions. The issue is caused by too many tiny incoming transactions automatically included in larger outgoing transaction, which exceeds the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the Bitcoin network.

Our developers are working to resolve this problem asap.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
--------------
 6 days later they responded to another ticket i asked them about my transaction's status they replied
--------------------- ticket number  7596  date  13/December /2015
Hello

Thanks for reaching out!

We are experiencing issues with signing outgoing transactions. The issue is caused by lots of dust incoming transactions automatically included in larger outgoing transaction, which exceeds the maximum transaction size in bytes allowed by the Bitcoin network. Faucets payouts literally spammed our wallet.

Our developers are working to resolve this problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
-----------------------

Months and months passed with my transaction still pending and no respond from support and me not being able to do anything about it .

as a proof i have a picture of my pending transaction
