Looking for one API that can provide both exchange rates info and address balance info across multiple cryptocurrencies(BTC, ETH, ETC, LTC, NEM, WAV....etc)

I understand for exchange rates there are multiple solutions available coinmarketcap, cryptonator, cryptocompare, lionshare, etc....and for address balances I understand I'll require a block explorer for each individual cryptocurrency, such as blockcypher, coinbase,  blockr, and for the other altcoins individual explorers....wavesexplorer, etcchain, chain.nem.ninja....

Is there an all-in-one api solution available as there are for exchange rates for address balances? If not what is the most popular for exchange rates and if not for multiple cryptocurrency address balance, then how about just BTC and ETH??
