I having difficulty when switch from one game to another game. Ex : from dice to multicolor
I played dice with BTSLR coin, but when I switch to multicolor , the currency always back to bitcoin. As I play from mobile , i have difficult to click or choose the currency I want to play.

is there someone who experiences something similar to me. These few days I have experienced lag and freeze when playing via mobile. Sometimes my roll stops a few seconds. And when I switch tab, the bitsler display becomes blur and stop
I have cleared cache and cookies, restarted my mobile, and logged out then logged back in.
I don't think my connection is a problem, because this only happened around 3 to 4 days. (I previously played via mobile and nothing like this happened)

This week can be my best week at stake, 3 times on the highroller although my bet is just small amount but hit big payout in plinko game and I have just got my best payout few minutes ago by hitting x420 with 50k bet. Afaik you can see your stats by clicking your own username under the all bets tab once you make a bet or maybe by clicking your name once you post a message on the chatroom. While your bet ID is located under the My Bets tab, I think their mobile version is not really different with the PC browser version so there is no big differences about its feature. I mean you can get the same experience while using mobile browser. They are ripping people off. Deposited 0.07 BTC, so not too much, but still money. Gambled a little bit, then submitted a withdrawal. It has been declined, and they asked me to prove (by making a screenshot with bitsler.com opened) that it was I that ordered it. OK, sent.
Then, they asked me to submit my passport. I do not have one, which they probably know actually (filled in my personal data in their website) - since we do not use passports to travel abroad (I'm EU/EEA citizen), only to leave our continent which I didn't - most of EU citizens don't have passports.
And, still, they have totally no verification procedures in their Terms and Conditions, no compliance with EU personal data regulations - and ask for that? How? On what basis?
Simply scam.
I dont think big casino like bitsler will stake their reputation for just 0.07 btc. Maybe they have own standar of procedure to withdraw. Anyway bitsler is their site, wheter you like or not you must obey it. |
