A wallet that you can activate a program that a member of your family takeover your crypto assets whenever it happen to you.
I like the idea of having a family take over the crypto assets on whatever bad things happen to you as an accident, death or other valid incidents. This is possible but it has many security flaws maybe KYC is required on this kind of feature. Even though bitcoin is down to almost $7000. I can still say that bitcoin is still a good investment because bitcoin is still growing that more people still haven't discover bitcoin yet, so there is a huge chance that bitcoin will still continue to grow or increased it's price far from the price that it reach in the year of 2017, and that makes bitcoin a good investment.

The password is irrelevant, only the seed words matter. When you create a wallet, you are supposed to write down a series of words in a piece of paper, you can recover your wallet with that.
It's not irrelevant, wallet file + password allow you to access your coins, so it's a really bad idea to be careless about it. As for seeds, not all wallets have them, Bitcoin Core doesn't use them and will not use them in close future. If we are talking about wallet files from early days, there's almost no chance that those wallets have seeds, so finding or cracking password is the only way to access the coins again. I believe 2020 will be a good year for cryptocurrency. Currently the price of Bitcoin is hovering around $ 7300, I believe it will soon recover and break the peak of $ 20,000.
