Event: Darknet Breakout

Somehow the NPCs from the Darknet Beta managed to breakout again!
As the whole arena of Clickfight is threatened - we need your help!

Fight against those NPCs and help us to push them back to their origin.


You’ll find those event NPCs throughout the whole arena; some will give you useful equipment helping you to get stronger at the beginning or to stay at the top and be one of the strongest hacker of all time.
All-in-all you’ll receive great rewards from those NPCs!

Don’t forget to use the Eventcoins which can be earned by killing the event NPCs. Those Eventcoins will give you the ability to buy the best equipment in the black market!
But keep in mind that the black market is closing shortly after the end of the event! Therefore, don’t wait too long else you’re going to miss a great opportunity to get stronger!

The event will start on the upcoming Monday, the 02.03.2020 at 21:00, and will end on Friday, the 13.03 at 21:00.

Tidy up your inventory!

We know that over the time you gather items that you don't need anymore.
Therefore, we added a feature giving the ability to delete old items - restricted to bn1, bn2, fw1 and fw2.
We therefore added a feature where you can delete old items - but only bn1, bn2, fw1 and fw2.
As those items don't give any advantage to the strong players anymore.


Changelog:

- Fixed a bug, causing players of being able to attack faster through repeatedly pressing Q and W.
- Fixed the bug of equiping too many weapons / firewalls.
- Fixed the bug of jumping from arenalevel 1 straight to arenalevel 13.
- Improved the animation of appearing and disappering players and NPCs.
- Bugfix of aborting a jump through quickly requesting another jump.
- Fixed typo in booster description.

We received a report regarding a major bug, giving players the ability to abuse the equipments.
After we received that report we started searching right away and found the error.

And therewith: The error has been removed!

Rework of the daily challenge

The rewards of the daily challenge has been adjusted - giving the days a higher value than before!
Therefore, make sure to receive the rewards of the higher days (4 and 5+)!


Changes for the PvP Competition:

The aggressive NPC will now spawn after 5 minutes and has a increasing chance with increasing duration of the PvP competition.


Warning for everyone!

Every detection of bot / script usage or anything else, not provided by us, will result in a permanent ban!


Changelog:

- Every Sunday competition rewarding you with satoshi will at least grant in total 100.000 satoshi!
- Removed the possibility to jump into a Darknet from the PvP Competition

Rework of the ban system

We have improved our chat ban system. Two changes that were made: We added a warning method and we changed the duration of the chat bans.

The new durations are:
•   If you have been warned once within the last 2 weeks, you will automatically receive at least a 1 hour ban.
•   If you have been banned for 1 hour twice within the last 2 weeks, you will automatically receive a 24 hour ban.
•   If you have been banned for 24 hours once within the last 2 weeks, you will automatically receive a 168 hour (1 week) ban.
•   If you have been banned for 168 hours once within the last 4 weeks, you will automatically receive a 1 year ban.

As you can see, those durations will increase through repeated offenses. Through the transparency of the new ban system, players now can figure out the length of the next ban.
Due to those changes, every current chat ban will be resetted and every player will start at 0.

Another change is that chat bans won’t be posted in the chat any longer to eliminate a negative vibe that might occur in the chat. To keep transparency, the last chat bans can be seen on the bottom part of the chat rule page.

We know that some players wish to have a mute function for the chat, we discussed that topic and decided that it will come, but we first want to add new features to increase the game experience for every player.


The new PvP Competition and Relaystations

In the upcoming PvP competition stations will be counted, as we think:
-   Every Association (with players higher than level 20) has the chance to get at least one Relaystation.
-   We want that you fell your hard-earned progress also in the PvP competition. That's why we include weapons, skills, booster and of course relaystations, as you have earned them with your association.
-   We want to reward every player for tactical playing (e.g. capturing the Relaystation before important events)

We do have changes for the Relaystations in mind within the next weeks which will make the access to the Relaystations more easier and give it a more tactical gameplay.
We are open to re-discuss this topic after the changes have been made.

At the moment our Plan is to have the PvP competition every second sunday where we are giving away great rewards - for example the bn-op, the fw-4 or bn-4.

Therewith, there won't be any "normal" Competition in those sundays.

Yes we had some issues with showing the results from the last competition - but only showing. We have fixed the issue now and If you have a look at the competition page you'll see the results from the last competition.

To make thing clear: We want to treat every player the same, therefore if you see any violation of a rule and no chat moderators does anything please make them aware of the violation. If still nothing happens, please contact us (via email, forum or via discord) so that we receive the hint and the evidence of the violation shortly after the "act". Only then, we are able to pursue that violation.

Regarding your accusation that I was online during the time you got banned - that's true I was in the arena due to the fact of the PvP competition.
But: I left the PC shortly before the competition ended as we didn't detect any major errors / bugs and the dev was still active. Therefore, I was in the arena but wasn't active.

What are the results now: We are going to have a extra call to discuss how to implement your idea of having a mute function for the chat. Afterwards we are going to discuss how to create a clear guideline to ensure the equal treatment of every player.
These are now our number one priorities to have those as fast as possible.

I must say that I wasn't online a lot the last days, today to watch during the PvP competitions.
Otherwise, I'm quite busy at the moment.

Therefore, if he really does write such things, make every chat moderator (matinto, lyriass, JustClean and lextalionis) aware of that and if nothing happens report them quickly to us via email, here in the Forum or via Discord to ensure that we see such violation of breaking our chat rules fast enough.

We both have some ideas how to implement such system like mute of global chat etc. - we are going to talk about it and then try to implement it as fast as possible.
Afterwards we are going to tackle the guidelines to ensure a fair treatment of all players.

Regarding solving this problem: We moved up that topic in our priority list to the very top - as we have to achieve a solution now.
Therefore, we are going to discuss how to design such solution and than how to implement it.

If they did treat players unequal, than I'm sorry for that. But therefore we want to creat a clear guideline to solve that problem.
Unfortunaltey, we don't see everything and we don't get everything reported.
Only then, we could have been able to tackle this problem earlier on.




I never said that the next ban would be permanent. I just copied the chat rules to have the full context of that specific rule.

We are going to work on fixes for those problems.

We are going to work on the one side on a clear guideline so that we can ensure a fair and equal treatment of all players.

And yes, we are going to discuss the idea of the ability to mute or anything in that direction.
As we are all quite busy at the moment, those things won't be done in one or two days.

Of course we don't see everything, that's part of not being able to be online 24/7.
Therefore we have our chat moderators helping us - they are doing that witout getting paid and next to their normal play of Clickfight.

But as I said now several times: We are going to work on a clear guideline so that we can ensure that everybode is treated the same.

And for your ban, it seems that the dev saw an insult from you against slasher.

And no: We don't decide in favor of a player or against specific players!

First: You weren't banned from any chat moderator, this time it was the dev.

From our chat rules: No inappropriate language, keep it clean. We are strongly against racism, sexism, swearing, threats, discrimination, disrespect, and other forms of inappropriate language. Be friendly and polite in the chat. Not following this rule will result in at least a 1 hour ban. Excessive offenses may result in longer ban or even a permanent account ban.

That's the reason why you got the 7 day chat ban - we clearly saw that you were spamming in the chat and also verbaly attacking slasher.

And to make things clear:

- Our chat moderators are trying their best to treat every player the same.


But as I said earlier on, we will look into it to get clear guidelines.

As I said before, we are now aware of this problem and are going to talk about it in the next days to get to a guideline to ensure that everyone is treated the same.

Another PvP Competition!

There is going to be another PvP Competition, starting today 08.02.2020 at 18:30. Don't miss you chance.

After starting your goal is to survive the longest and eliminate any other player!

Now featuring an aggro NPC attacking you if haven't jumped in a while. Don't get cought by it!

New PvP Competition!

From now on, every two weeks there will be a PvP Competition where you can win great rewards by surviving the longest or eliminating every other player!

Those competition will take place in an extra arena where everything will be anonymized - player names, association and rank. This ensures that everyone can fight against everyone.

The chat will be active during the PvP competition - if you come up with the idea to team by using the chat: Keep in mind that you don't know who is in your arena and teaming during the PvP competition is forbidden!

To join the competition, you must be in the arena. 10 minutes before the competition starts, you’ll see a text in the bottom left corner with a button to join the competition arena.

The first PvP Competition will start tomorrow, the 08.02.2020 at 15:00. You therefore can join the PvP arena from 14:50 until 15:00. Starting at 15:00, your goal is to survive the longest and to eliminate any other player to get the best reward!

Textes against any players - chat moderator or player - should always be punished if they get personal.

As I said before, we are going to look into our chat rules, make them more clear and therewith ensure that every player will be treated the same.
