Partnership? It was only one project and ASICminer was a customer. Now AC can sell their technology to anybody. No share from profit for ASICminer, its completely different company.

What has ASICminer in common with immersion cooling from Allied Control other than one small room filled with "proof-of-concept" which is anyway in every day loss right now? Is ASICminer officially building any mining farms ? No. Unofficially behind our backs? Maybe. What is crucial is timing. And I see only delays and empty promises over last 6-8 months here ! Timing is everything and Friedcat is very slow. He knew like 6 months about tape-out timeline, he should have everything in place ... and now, when chips are finally out he is unable to do anything for 3 weeks? And no communication with shareholders? What the... ? So much for "overpromise and overdeliver" ... yeah.

Same here. Also "everything is still on track MASS delivery in March" is mid-April and ... nothing. Silence. No divs. No PR.

No. Its not. But ASICminer paid for R&D of these "proof of concept" 2-phase immersion cooling datacenters, but Friedcat suddenly decided to abandon this manufacturing and mining path and only sell chips. 

Frank, it's about time to get some complex update about future of company, last one was more than 6 months ago.

From "public clients" we also know about Wasp ... but ... we don't know about others, we don't know about size of "test" batch, we don't know about size of next batch, we don't know if this test batch was sold or give away for free, we don't know about performance, we don't know on what is ASICminer working now, we don't know if there was board-meeting about recent !huge! concerns, and also we don't know why this week dividend wasn't distributed. This is AM great PR.  

Seems like Jutarul is only one from board who cares about PR and shareholders. Others doesn't give a shit about us. Sad.

Motivational force? I am just curious whats new. I was following WANNABEE from beginning. I was checking the threads every day for past several months, it becomes habit. I was a fan ... i had 5digits of shares from day1, but when i saw many red flags I get out sooner, but still I am disappointed about whole thing.

Because you don't know if company which shares you own still exist or if its functional, or what to expect from tomorrow? Because you don't really know what you own, and now about that NEOBEEQ, you don't know twice. Because that I call it bagholder.
