I just took a peek and it seems we have over 90 movies approved on the site since the switch to ipfs! Very happy to see so many people adopting the new protocol! As promised earlier in the thread, as we finish doing our ipfs integration tests and looking for possible flaws in the system, we will then be posting a full tutorial on how to set up your own IPFS node!
I would love to see a Total Views number or Average Daily Views in the PureVidz header (to start, eventually Leaderboards)... It's a central marketing tool for the likes of YouTube and McDonalds (billions of hamburgers served)... Though some content (like Babadook with 2000 views) would have to be adjusted. something like that could be done in slack or sth. that posts it on daily bases but i wouldnt put it on the site 24 Hour Views Estimate ---------------------- Jan 28................. 500 Jan 29................. 900 Where did you see that on the site. I cant seem to find those numbers. |

Excuse me, but am I right assuming the 50% of ICO is already released, and now the next 25% is going to be released, so the released funds percentage will reach 75% of total funds? I agree the devs are doing fantastic job, but the speed of releasing the funds does make me worry a bit. Devs are working really fast, but would be great for them to have some tangible incentive to continue that work in few weeks-months too. And the milestones here: 25% after the first major update to our website

Are all of them met already? If they are met, then of course, the funds should be released. Don't take me wrong, I really like the work devs are doing, but I want to make sure rules and agreements are not changed on the fly. I dont see subscriptions, or playlist management. I cant believe that my investment is doing so well so early on. I knew vidz had what it takes to be a real game changer but I never thought other people would realize it before the site even went full on live. Time to settle in with the mindset that vidz can actually be a top 25 coin and it might not take that long to happen.
