121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good Altcoin for longterm investment on: May 24, 2017, 08:03:59 AM
Gulden is by far the cheapest and most valuable coin on the market today, especially with the usability, development it already has done and with PoW2 coming. It was 0.00000075 sats in 2014 with a much lower bitcoin price and today it's steady at around 0.00003000 WITH NO HYPE from the crypto media. It is also not on Poloniex so you can already discount the value by 400%.

122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The PUMP/DUMP power of Poloniex on: May 23, 2017, 10:26:46 AM
It is a common knowledge that the coins listed in Poloniex will usually have a huge volume and so is the reason the developers are trying their best to list their coins in Polo because of the volume and the reach the coins listed in the exchange gets, not only that coins enrolled in majority of the Asian markets will have a really huge volume.

This is true with the exception of Gulden who aren't pushing for a listing on Poloniex, i believe the devs have requested no Poloniex listing. Which is a shame with https://gulden.com/pow2 coming, however they are a very usable currency already and don't want to be subject to pumps and dumps as it could tarnish the price stability.

Waves has the highest marketcap outside of Poloniex but they do have a large financial backing and they are trying to get on Poloniex.

Regarding Dash it has definitely benefited price wise being on Poloniex.

Gulden is by far the most undervalued coin. They busy innovating the hell out of the blockchain and imo the safest bet.

PoW2 is coming from the Gulden team next month.

Gulden Coins seem to have never heard. It seems to be a heavenly guest Grin

Oh don't worry you will hear about it while you guys keep pumping the trash coins Wink
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: May 21, 2017, 06:21:38 AM
I have looked at the top 100 coins and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Gulden is the best value coin at this moment.
While it's nice to see other coins on the rise it's a no brainer with PoW2 coming that to invest in these other coins that have moved up > 20 fold in less then 2 months (with no projects coming like Doge) and compare it to Gulden it's laughable.

Best thing for investors is to keep the PoW2 release quiet and give no marketing and awareness to it so we can still acquire as many coins as possible at these prices.

We're happy to announce that the #Prime whitepaper will be available tomorrow may 18 2017

Great news: https://gulden.com/pow2

...and this why Gulden is the only digital currency I hold still. Mind blowing changes appear to be coming with Prime. How far along is development?

Good question?
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: May 17, 2017, 07:30:15 PM
My GOD. Can't wait to get my paws on this whitepaper.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: May 13, 2017, 11:09:50 PM
If you want a decent coin you gotta aim for the liquidity on poloniex. Bittrex only has between 30-40 btc in buy orders. Poloniex has big trading bots that can keep you coin stable. But possibly there is something in the whitepaper that offers an alternative solution.

It's embarrassing, 40 btc in buy orders , I would kill myself if all I had was 40 btc in buy orders for 3 years worth of work.

They won't listen. No marketing and no Poloniex gets you 40 btc in buy orders.

Don't you give up? Keep your bitcoin on Poloniex and have fun trading Ponzi Schemes. It's becoming apparent to people who use Gulden that it's already better then the shit traded on that exchange. Hype hype hype hot air and fake trading and volume. Fuck Poloniex,
those scammers will never add a coin like Gulden because it's the real deal.

Besides bittrex deserves to have Gulden to itself. They are run by a very good and honest team.

People are moving away from Polo after the shitstorm of the last week with their "security issues". Due to lack of trust and support, traders are moving to Bittrex

Could be another Cryptsy / Gox situation starting to unfold, if so, many coins will lose a ton of value including the big names like litecoin/ETH and Dash ( Sad ) which are all being propped up by Poloniex.
Give the Gulden developers credit for making smart moves.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Gulden is fucked (official now by Apple!) on: April 24, 2017, 07:08:05 AM
BIG SCAM !

Gulden has never been on Poloniex yet the value keeps increasing over time. When people download the wallets and do research on what the developers have done already their jaws will hit the keyboard. This is the hidden gem of the crypto world. $15 million marketcap and not on Poloniex , if on Poloniex that is instant doubling of price. Keep that in the back of your minds.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: April 23, 2017, 09:26:53 AM
I didn't want to post this in the Gulden Announcement page to avoid bias opinions but wanted to know if Gulden is a safe bet compared to other alt coins. The reason I am asking is I noticed there ranking on coinmarketcap is way below other coins that have nothing going for them or is it that the other alt coins are way over priced?

Is Gulden a good investment? posted on June 02, 2016.
Simple answer: yes.

Why? Price on June 02, 2016: $ 0.001972.
Price today: $ 0.0433909

If you bought for $ 1000 that day, you would have had more than $ 20000 today!

Now you know Gulden's price is increasing. And coming months/years, it will continue increasing.

Have any details on Prime surfaced on slack ?

Developers don't answer on bitcointalk, you have to join slack. What has been told is no whitepaper but prime will come next month.

speculation is copy of Dash masternodes and why there is no whitepaper.

A whitepaper would push this coin over $50 million in marketcap very quickly. It's the one thing Gulden does not have but it has everything else going for it.

Masternodes wouldn't be bad for Gulden but the developers have said they don't want to go anonymous. I think Prime is a truly innovative project without a whitepaper.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: April 05, 2017, 05:06:08 AM
The community must be patient , Prime is a new innovative project and it must be done right. The devs proved with 1.6.0 that they can add innovative features.

Prime from what I understand is totally innovative and not only parts of it.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: April 02, 2017, 09:04:44 AM

My thoughts are that Gulden will create some kind of masternode with a balance, just like Dash with their instant transactions, and call it Prime.

You act like that would be a bad thing?!?!?! Gulden would be ahead of Dash in this case because Dash only 0.10 code base, Gulden will be on the latest code base and have masternodes. Gulden also has other features that Dash doesn't have like linking your Android wallet to Desktop, new account system etc People have forgotten quickly about the 0.16 Gulden update.

Lets be patient and see what the developers do, if it's masternodes it's time to stock up on Gulden.

134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: March 20, 2017, 05:04:10 PM
These dick bags did beat every other coin including dgb to the 0.13 codebase update and they did other shit.

They don't have the marketing to compete with dgb long term but the development of this coin is fast , real fast.

Yeah, real fast in robbing community from BTC. With 15BTC any dev team can do upgrade to 0.13 in a month. This team took 160BTC out of 550 and did crap!

That's not true, Dash has not updated and the devs are well paid. The 2 new developers are payed another 50 btc each to join Gulden?

Who said Dash? Two new dev for NLG are hoax dev's. One is brother of leader, other is homebro of Day of Tentacle addict. They brought on to make large sum of BTC robbed from community look sensible.

What has been robbed? Robbers run away and I don't see the dev team running away?

A whitepaper would be nice and push it further than the vapourware Prime currently is. For me it's just a hype train that you can follow or not. Until provided with more insight on how it would work, or an implementation in the code don't bother with it.

As for the devs: both coding devs have apparently a full time paid job (translation software development, http://tshwanedje.com/about/ ), I still find it strange that people bought into the idea that they would work full time on NLG.

Hey Mike; you can act "meh" on bct but you wouldn't be holding if you didn't believe it'd be a success in the end 😉
On the other hand; I suppose it's parts of the game for many larger bagholden to extend your Wallet. That's OK.

See my comment above. People have recently offered me NLG for services... I declined because I already have too much of it (yes, that is possible). I'm not saying these things for buying more at a lower price, (read again: I have enough NLG). With the recent pump and dump I'd rather see a stable NLG price for a few months. That would be a signal for me to buy. I always do things targetted at long term.

A white paper is interesting though if delivery is on time as scheduled I couldn't care less about a white paper at this time due to it being released very soon. I understand it's more fun to make comments that make people fee less secure so you can scoop up more coins but ultimately it's not a big deal as long as they deliver. I doubt you don't agree. Sure; a white paper could be beneficial but it won't dictate success or not in the end pending proper releases.

Like I said: whitepaper or code implementation release would both be fine for me. I'm more interested in how they would achieve things that the whole crypto community hasn't been able to solve yet. Credit where it's due, but not on vapourware.

A whitepaper could also help other people to look at it before it is released. It is easy to miss errors or loop holes, which could be removed before actual code is in production. That things go wrong are shown quite often (even NLG hasn't got a clean track record in that respect). I'm an foss supporter, this is in line with the same principles as in the FOSS community.

OK,thank you for the honest feedback. 👍

What is it about Prime that is making people go crazy? There is a lot of trolls surrounding the project.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: March 19, 2017, 08:48:46 AM
I was told by a slack community member that there won't be a whitepaper for project Prime. I am disappointed as this was promised on the roadmap before it was removed.

Who told you this?

Whitepaper is a nice to have but I would rather have the devs doing development instead of creating hype.

I would not dismiss the power a well thought out whitepaper will have on the market. More then the development itself. It shows that the devs can articulate their innovation.

This will give the market more confidence.

It won't make a difference in the long term.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dash about to rise up again? on: March 19, 2017, 08:46:00 AM
There has to be profit taking at some point if we being realistic but it will be a much higher low then before. Dash deserves this price.

Ignore the premine BS, devs can't work for free. Gulden gets the same hate.
