Company shares
One of the questions we’ve been asked a number of times is how the future swap of ZrCoin tokens for company shares will operate. We’d like to say a little more about this now.
There is, of course, no onus on investors to swap their ZrCoin for shares. As a blockchain token, ZrCoin can be held, transferred and traded freely on Waves. We imagine that many investors from the crypto world will do just that, opting to sell their tokens during one of the coming buybacks that will ensure they see ROI. At this point, having sold their tokens, they will have exited their investment (at profit) and can use the funds for whatever they want.
However, we wanted to offer our investors more than this. We appreciate the opportunity you are giving us to launch a totally new and environmentally-friendly manufacturing process. So, for those crowdsale investors who are interested and who are willing to go through the necessary identity verification processes, we are making available shares in our company. 49% of the company will be available to swap for ZrCoins, via the Cyprus Foundation that is dealing with our finances. The percentage of our company that is ultimately owned by our crowdsale investors will depend on how many decide to redeem their ZrCoin for shares, rather than sell them in the buybacks.
In due course, when we know more about our funding, we’ll publish exact figures. Я несколько раз задавал один и те же вопросы, найдите время на них ответить.
Здравствуйте! Да, напишем попозже ответы. Боюсь, к сожалению это все утонет в массе других сообщений и забудется. А ответы мне, как технарю, очень интересны. Я извиняюсь, что не ответили пока. Напишем. Я так понимаю, что речь шла про этот пост и вопрос. Из 1 тонны лома. Мы получаем 80 процентов концентрата циркония с содержанием ZrO2/HfO = 70%. Считайте сами. Иными словами, бакоровый кирпич (который у вас идет в качестве сырья) на 80% состоит из природного циркония (допустим), который вы потом синтезируете в синтетический? Т.е. по сути такой кирпич эдакий циркониевый слиток? Понятное дело, что сам цирконий там хуже вашего, т.е. меньше 70%-й. Я вот немножко недопонимаю - вроде как что б из чего-то "плохого" получить что-то "хорошее" плохого, на входе, должно быть больше чем хорошего. В моем понимании из 1 кг. циркония "природного" с 60% нельзя получить 1кг. циркония 70% Наверное? Его ж там просто нет столько. "Вы говорите", что из 1 кг. сырья (которое содержит, допустим цирконий 60%) вы получаете 800 гр. циркония 70% и 200 гр. "шлака". Если бы речь шла о получении из 1 кг. циркония 60% 800гр. циркония 70% все бы более менее могло сойтись (не вдаваясь в технологию процесса "синтеза). Ибо из чего-то большего, но плохого, получили меньшее, но хорошее. Бакоровый кирпич же не состоит на 100% из циркония 60%. Так? Извините, просто я не совсем понимаю, как из 1 единицы вещества с содержанием 60% можно получить 1 единицу вещества с содержанием 70%? Но мне позволительно, я не специалист.  Наш концентрат синтетический он прошёл термическую обработку, так как был огнеупорным кирпичом и у него отсутствует радиоактивный фон.
Вопросов нет - на выходе вы "можете" получать совершенно не радиоактивный продукт, однако, до момента финальной переработки, "сырье" может излучать радиацию и вполне себе не очень приятную. Т.е. по части вашего оборудования (до финальной стадии) будет двигаться радиоактивное сырmt. с которым будут контактировать люди (будут все равно, даже на полностью автоматизированных линиях) + общий радиоактивный фон на предприятии будет "завышен". Я могу быть не правым - поправьте. Ну, так вы же сами на него и отвечаете. Если бы речь шла о получении из 1 кг. циркония 60% 800гр. циркония 70% все бы более менее могло сойтись (не вдаваясь в технологию процесса "синтеза). Ибо из чего-то большего, но плохого, получили меньшее, но хорошее. Ну, так речь об этом и идет. Из 1 кг с 60% содержанием получается 800 грамм с 70% содержанием. Ибо из чего-то большего, но плохого, получили меньшее, но хорошее. И вторая часть вашего вопроса. Вопросов нет - на выходе вы "можете" получать совершенно не радиоактивный продукт, однако, до момента финальной переработки, "сырье" может излучать радиацию и вполне себе не очень приятную. Т.е. по части вашего оборудования (до финальной стадии) будет двигаться радиоактивное сырmt. с которым будут контактировать люди (будут все равно, даже на полностью автоматизированных линиях) + общий радиоактивный фон на предприятии будет "завышен". Как вы правильно заметили, что после сильной термической обработки, если что-то и было, то потом пропало. В плане радиоактивного фона. Но дело в том, что на тот момент, когда лом становится нашим сырьем, он уже прошел сильнейшую термическую обработку. Это уже лом, который был в кирпичах, из которых были построены печи. Так что нет никакого там радиоактивного фона. Я надеюсь, вы удовлетворены ответами. |
