Exchange Rules:

During the period from Dec 24 to Jan 24, we will calculate the Average Transaction Price of YBC, HLB, XCN, WDC, MEC and RIC. We will choose the lowest price of BITE as the reference standard in the following three cases, and convert the old currency to BITE (with 20% bonus):

1. The Average Transaction Price of BITE on AEX and ZB(Average Transaction Price = Total Volume / Transaction volume) in past 30 days(From Jan 3 to Feb 1).

2. The Average Transaction Price of BITE on AEX and ZB(Average Transaction Price = Total Volume / Transaction volume) in past 7 days(From Jan 26 to Feb 1).

3. The Average Transaction Price of BITE on AEX and ZB(Average Transaction Price = Total Volume / Transaction volume) in past 3 days(From Jan 30 to Feb 1).

For example: The Average Transaction Price of RIC in the past 30 days is 5 CNY. And the price of BITE in the past 30 days is 2 CNY, in the past 7 days is 2 CNY, in the past 3 days is 1 CNY. We will choose 1 CNY as the standard of BITE. So each RIC can be exchanged for 5 BITE (and the bonus is 20%, so that you can get 6 BITE in total).

Exchange Times:

replay from staff of bx was "resident in thailand". only way i've found is to declare myself "buddist student" but will take months, and i will need an 1 year visa.

I respect @crysx point of view and also @Eddy-Thailand point of view.
Unfortunately, bx closed his doors to foreign traders half a year ago. I used to trade there and i even communicated on chat (google translate, of course) many times, in thai language.
So, a question for @Eddy-Thailand: Why should any of us (devs, supporters, community, etc) be interested in a market where we have no way to enter and participate?

Kindly note "Novaexchange" will have new owners and management effective April 2018, with major upgrades to the exchange to better handle scaling, stability and security.

I've looked of some rewievs from 2014 to today, a lot of interest from community, no negative feedback at all. Just google it, and you will see.
And dispite that.... nothing. Just silence. And still is an unique concept.
And interest from people like me, with few money (couple thousands), and manipulated on china's exchanges with millions, and now china is gone.
I have not lost money with xcn, i've gained, and i've come to like this coin, for his improvements to the ecosystem.

I think bter is moving trading operations from china to the British Indian Ocean Territory (.io domain).
gate.io should be the new bter.com, out of china.

Unfortunately, they did not add all coins listed on bter to gate.io. XCN was not added.
