Well. I thought there was an agreement to launch within the following next 4 days. Wink No need to yell refund here before that.

Even if they launch within 4 days I will yell refund because what we will get is not what we signed up for. They can basically just fork bitcoin in an alpha version and it would count as "wallet released within 4 days"! This is still fraud man! What we will get will be worth nothing and the heat team has the decission now between keeping the funds and thereby pissing everone off and have a company that is already doomed or to refund everyone and look for another project.

I think C-cex is more savvy than to not refund investors if they just fork an existing client.

Shame about investors who invested not using C-cex.

I want a refund! Angry

I did not order a yacht in order to get a 6 months delayed lifebelt!!!

Instead of trolling stewie,
how about you release what you promised

While I do not like Stewies style and FUD attempts I agree with him that we deserve a refund and we are eligible for it. Since Stewie was the one who opened communication with CCEX it would be good if he could contact them and make sure we get a refund if the launch is incomplete.

Well done Stewie,
I was going to leave it untill Monday to contact C-cex.
Atleast i now know my funds are now alot safer.

I hope when Dennis and Svante see your replies they will put you off the investors fund. I will ask them personally to do that. Yes I am in contact with Svante! You don't deserve the HEAT! Let's see who laughs then. HAHAHA  Grin

Yep, that seems up their street,
Especially considering how they already tried to take 2.5% of all of our Heat Investment.

Yep, your starting to see what i am getting at....

we have to consider all possible scenerios at this point as things aren't squaring up

As you are probably reading this Elphiaz, if i were you, i would make sure that i am very very clear as to what is being developed by your partner.

I know you might not understand anything he shows you, but you might be in a very legally compromising position without knowing it.

So be very very very very clear as to what Dennis de Klerk is working on. Push for a third party reviewer. Dennis de Klerk might be very against this and you have to question to yourself why.

I have seen more fucked up things than this possible scenerio in the 5 years i have been in crypto.

Take Moolah for example. Nobody who was working with him knew that it was a con.

I am not making a rash accusation, i am just telling you to be very clear as to what is going on.

Software schedules, expectations and feature readiness levels are always estimates that change until delivered. Expectations aren't promises. Estimates are in best case scenario spot on, usually they're more or less flexible - a fact I've personally hated too but have come to understand and accept when being forced to experience it first hand as the responsible party, yet outside immediate personal control.

Elphiaz Fimk doesn;t havnt a clue whats going on.......
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HEAT: 3.0 crypto*multisig fiat*a2a hft*1000tps*DSA*PoS+PoP*e2ee chat* on: January 20, 2017, 11:07:45 PM
Hmm,
I can;t see it being the other way round.
In any case, De klerk would be apologetic as has something to hide and is trying to please investors.
Elphiaz Fimk ( who is being duped) thinks he is the shit & involved in a real (yet phoney) project.
That is why he is so arrogant and brash with his responses.
All the while he is being played.
With the funds raised, they could easily get someone to review the code over 2 weeks. They could easily get a third party auditor.
Klerk is not doing this for a reason.

They are not even chosing to hold a zoom conference with investors or with experts in the feild.
If they are this stuck after 5 months, you would think that they would look for help.

why don;t they send the code to

https://coinspect.com/

https://www.nccgroup.trust/uk/

But they never will.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HEAT: 3.0 crypto*multisig fiat*a2a hft*1000tps*DSA*PoS+PoP*e2ee chat* on: January 20, 2017, 10:39:45 PM
Ok, i thought of something,
Maybe Elphiaz Fimk has no idea that his partner can't deliver,
Maybe this Klerk guy is scamming Elphiaz Fimk & the community,
This could explain why Klerk is refusing to hire another developer as Klerk  doesn't want oversight.
I mean Elphiaz doesn't know anything about coding right?
How would Elphiaz ever know that Klerk is building a product as advertised?
How would anyone every know that Klerk is building a platform as advertised?
If these guys were actually building a 3rd generation codebase, don;t you think they would get a reputable and know 3rd party auditor to review the code? Zcash did that, Ethereum did that. Klerk knows that this would be standard procedure but he doesn't want a 3rd party auditor as it would foil the whole scheme. Instead he keeps delaying.
Klerk basically uses Elphiaz as a front man to deal with the investors & keep the project running as long as possible until it reaches a point where he will say that he failed in delivering but he tried & thats what a start up is about.
All the while, he is benefiting from a salary at the expense of investors.
Elphiaz could just be clueless about this all, he is being fed BS information by Klerk.

Its a possible scenerio.....

I am happy i bought through C-cex, we should be able to redeem our BTC.

@ MoveCrypto You can delete your false posts really fast  Wink
Don't turn yourself into a joke!

When are you going to switch your HEAT fudding account into pumping mode?  That's usually the way it goes with icos, extreme fudding before coins/features are released, then switch to pump mode after.
Won't happen! Ususally you don't have to deal with underdeveloped morons called the HEAT team, so you see nothing here is anything near usual! There is another reason I can not even sell right now. There is no HEAT! The coin does not exist. The only offer I would accept is give me half the dollar price in Bittcoin. This would need to happen right now! I don't want to wait until release to receive my money! This can only happen if somebody would trust me to not withdraw the coins on HEAT release as all they would have is the passphrase to my account and that password can not be changed until HEAT launch! Unfortunately there will never be a release! So I will never receive my money but people will then tell me to shut up because I sold my HEAT! So you see there is no real option for me but to hold my HEAT.

Look I put effort into creating a timetable, into showing you that HEAT is very likely a scam! If you can show me where I made errors I would appreciate it! I too would like to believe that HEAT is not a scam, but look at the facts and tell me wy you think it is not a scam. ARGUE AND DON'T ASSUME all the time! You would help everyone by doing that, if you only assume you are the fudder you accuse me of being!

HEAT IS A SCAM!

I think you have a point. You gave numerous reasons why HEAT is likely a scam and you clearly put a lot of research into it. Anybody has a reason why it is not a scam? *crickets*

Say what you want about Stewie but he doing an investigators job for them!

Hell, i will just use StewieG research when i contact C-Cex if this isn't delivered.

Thank you Stewie!

My offer still stands Stewie. Are you ready to take it already?

How much is your offer?

I highly recommend just ignoring every poster that mentions anything about price.  They contribute nothing to any conversation on low volume alts where fundamentals rule.

I'm excited about today's release, but don't mind any delays. 50% airdrop was super nice.

Wrong thread,

NO release, NO airdrop

Regarding release time estimation, we made a mistake by again stating expected dates for fluent case scenario and having to fall short when confronted by unseen issues, as usually happens in software development.

Obviously as has been demonstrated, I'm not adept in foreseeing the completion of what's primarily my partner's extensive coding plate, so we'll have another attempt at avoiding that kind of policy despite the pressure to estimate release dates.

We're getting very close. However with a piece of tech that's been sweated on for soon 3 years, very close doesn't unfortunately mean a few hours. That much I know, though I suspect it's not a surprise!

It's good to remind myself that we were able to release FIMK comparatively well within the schedule, and it was our first strike at the crypto. While FIMK was technically nothing to sneeze at, the complexity of HEAT is on another level, which reflects into the recurring and continual birth pains, surprises and requirement to maneuvre. This could be considered a merit by the insightful who understand that nothing valuable comes easy.

As someone who has invested in over a dozen ICOs I can say the trolling of this thread is very typical. Look at most of the trolling accounts - very new - and most likely all created by one or two individuals. These individuals are trying to do two things. Put doubt and worry in investors minds so that lots of selling occurs on release and also to try to speed up the release. This happens with every ICO issuance.
That's a healthy statement, greatly expanding views for many who may not be following the "trends". Thank you for coming out with that.

I just tried out a working draft UI of the test A2AE on p2p network of 3 inhouse servers. Having come this far and seeing concrete functioning was a fairly pleasant experience. We continue on Friday and try to get it in a form for the stakeholders to try out, and will keep going throughout the weekend if necessary to release the overdue HEAT tokens asap.

HOW CAN WE TRUST ANYTHING YOU SAY ANYMORE!

The truth is you can't trust what anyone says in crypto. To think otherwise is naive. In crypto, you make decisions and then you TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for those decisions. Bitching, whining and moaning only show as cowardness and immaturity.  There are people on this thread willing to buy your HEAT right now. You can leave.

Wrong! IF anyone wants to buy a SUBSTANTIAL amount of HEAT. Please place a large bitcoin sell wall at 0.00015 and your order will be filled.
But Nobody is going to do it. There is no liquidity.
I have been around in this game since 2012 to  know when a project truly stinks.
I have remained & tried to be optimistic for a VERY long time.
We know absolutely nothing about the code base.
We are just being fed lies & procastination of the release.

Oh ok, you want to sell for a profit today? Well, guess what. You can't. So take responsibility for your investment and either shut the fuck up or sell for a loss.

You made a decision to invest. That's on you. Even if this is a scam that choice is still on you. Deal with the consequences of your own decisions and grow the fuck up. This is real life. This is how it works and how it has always worked. Grow. The. Fuck. Up. That goes for everyone on this thread complaining.
How do you know whether i am selling for a profit or not?ot  how do you know i didn't buyin at that price.
how do you know i didn;t buy in at 0.00023?? and i am offering it a fraction for what i bought it for?
Oh right, you don;t know any of that, you are just making assumption Smart ass.
The real life works very differently than you think and stop talking so condescendingly. Is it becouse of your legendary status? YAWN, got an account with one of those too.
You are failing to truly realise the situation here. Or maybe you just tossed some lunch money into this and don;t give a shit.
FOr the rest of who are complaining, we see a shitty situation. 5 months of constant BS and we are complaining about it.
If it wern't for ppl like us who stand up to bullshit, there would be no law and order, or any justice in this world.
At the moment we feel that this is a bullshit situation and it is our right to express our concerns.
