@ElixDev & @ElixirDev2 Are you guys considering implementing pooled lending? I.E. when someone requests a loan of X amount, and multiple lenders lend them different amounts of money to make up the total they requested? I think this could be a way to make your product see significantly more usage. A kind of kickstarter. It is the type of idea that excites people and make them write articles about the "end of banking as we know it" etc, I reckon.
Can you imagine how utterly groundbreaking it would be if this got pulled off. Need a startup loan for your business? Open the ELIX app and request the loan. Perhaps, if possible, include a link to your business plan/website in the loan request. Potential lenders can then view this and offer to loan whatever they are willing, and once enough lenders have loaned you reach your total requested and you have your loan to startup your business! Who needs banks any more?!?
Seriously. Please could you implement this into your roadmap/project eventually. This will be massive.
We keep a separate repository that contains an early functional prototype of this idea. About a month ago we spent some time testing it with positive results. We plan to come back to it in the future after the app is up and running. Wtf.... Amazing! ... I am speechless! This means Moon. And when you say you tested some prototype a month ago-it means your Lending platform is good in time?! @Elixirdev: i´m really happy that i invested in Elix. Keep up the good work! Ok with pool lending it opens not only loans, it can be extended to any kind of crowdfunding. Like gofundme like nonprofit etc. So There can be many good implementation possible. So glad to here that thought process is widening scope of Elix user and hence strengthening project outlook. |

Maybe I will invest in this project, but there is a think that is not clear for me:
today the price is $0.091222 and the supply : 23,144,979 ELIX
When Genesis end if the total supply is for example 83,144,979 ELIX
the price with the current market cap would be less, around 0.32 usd or I am worng???
So if you invest now before Genesis end maybe is it a bit risky ?
I cant decide if Invest or not knowing this. Please give your opinion.

I trust this project  True, this project seems to be a long vision based, waiting for whitepaper. But certainly its not like other new coin, which are launched and went on exchange quickly and died. This has my trust. why you are saying that. what is the diffrent in the proejct and you didn't see anything no roadmap, no whitepaper the real question how much they pay to you to say that  As I have mentioned that waiting for whitepaper. Why I have trust is, because many new coins launch and goes on exchange because Dev's wanted to cash out. Here no hurry by dev for exchange, which means objective is not to make money. Since project details are not out, so I can not think positive or negative till we see details. |

Looks like pools have technical issues. because i checked EU and US pool, both are stuck, so may be stop mining and wait for Dev team to resolve that issue. I am not mining till pools are up and running.

I mined at > 5kh/s for a month. The network hashrate went so high few times, that's instead of getting 70,000 coins in 24 hours, I got 5000 many times.
I looked at the source code and it's a cryptonote fork. The daemon wallet files had leftover 'names' from another coin.
By the time it hits an exchange, it could be cheaper to buy, unless everyone dumps at once.
Like someone said on here previously, there are many alternatives.

If in the very near future there will not be an exit to the crypto exchange, then many miners will pump 1,000,000 coins. The price will be very predictable, 1 sikka = 1 satoshi. It is necessary to go to the crypto exchanges which have a cheap way of withdrawal, otherwise sikka can comprehend the fate of many other coins.

GUI wallet works, import of CLI wallet successful. Good job! I'm a mining noob and the wallet runs inside a VM. I'm currently CPU-mining at 40H/s. Please confirm that this is ridiculously low hash power and not worth it. what CPU you have in your VM and what threads your selected in your wallet mining? may be you get more speed once you select more threads. |
