So it again got postponed. Why they aren't willing to even hear the case? I'm not being negative now and am absolutely clueless whether they want to ban it or not. Sad thing is that our Government has strong views when it comes to politics and nothing else and due to this so many exchanges went bankrupt inspite of following all legal norms.
The postponement of the date could be because of holidays. What's exciting is this : "..many countries were cautioning on rushing into this; - Sitharaman Despite the negative pressure from the govt. they haven't outrightly said its something that is entirely a bad thing or banned for non-commercial use. They revolve around the word caution. Sooner or later they would have to realize that their caution to the public of the virtual money being used for terrorism or to invade consumer privacy is pure bullshit that the average person can see right through. It is then when they will have to shift their narrative. |

Found this chart on reddit that suggest that the 2015 is already past. Jolly 2016 ahead.  I'm, not good at interpreting charts, can you explain this too me? Wow, there is a lot going on here it seems like. I could be wrong but there are EMA and RSA in there? I am nowhere near expert enough to take a guess at these either. @FEBO could you please share the link? I'm curious to know what this chart represents as well. |

What is Telegram Open Network?

Does anyone know what happened to the 25th September date? (or the 1st October date) .. Was any progress made or was it postponed? (again)
The case was listed down the order on 25th Sep and 1st Oct causelist, so the case was not heard. Now the case is listed for hearing on 15th Oct on top of the board ie. Its 1st on the causelist. So the case will definitely be heard on 15th October. Speaking from experience. Getting on the monthly causelist does not mean it'll def. be heard. It could be pushed down again. Seeing how little hype there is during these dates, I think it might not get covered either. Let's see what happens on Tuesday. Out here in Calcutta, this date comes under the annual vacation dates. Not sure whats the case there... |

The firm is planning to expand its services to India by partnering with local crypto exchanges Here exchanges are struggling to catch a breath and they are looking to partner with them. This could, in fact, bring some respite into the region. What we lack here are big players in the industry willing to take up the mantle of regulations, enforcing of those regulations, but most importantly, lobbying politically for a better conducive atmosphere for businesses to work here. There can be no progress in a vacuum. |

Let me draw an analogy here.
You see there are hundreds of pizzerias in this country. Some branded, some internationally branded, and some like the ones you see in your canteen.
Now, the motive of all these "businesses" is not to feed the most amount of people as possible. The idea is to make the most amount of money.
Something that is against the core value of a Pizza. You see, Pizza, like Bitcoin, was made for the poor. It was made without a recipe and was made to feed the most amount of people with the least amount of labor per serving.
Bitcoin is pizza, and so is Bitcointalk.
Now why did I make this analogy?
The cryptoverse is now being controlled by people with a lot of money. Both black, white, and grey.
In such a situation, there would be ignorant governments, like ours, that would likely rebel against it, try to seclude people from it. Keep the masses underinformed.
I think, dividing the Indian community away from Bitcointalk is a bad idea. This ideology is what has kept me from diverging away from Bitcointalk for all these years and I still believe in it.
For good or worse, this place is a treasure trove and more than that is a uniting force that can let people connect with BTC people from around the world.
Do not tribalize the subject of Bitcoin so that it concentrates into small communities, do not let the Pizza become a luxury food. It is meant for the masses. Do not slice this pizza into individual Indian, Italian, mexican flavors...
Do note, I do admire that forum, I've checked it out, pretty neat and clean, exactly like what a good forum should be like.
It should focus on content generation, instead of user acquisition. I wish the Indian community was strong and large enough to support this division.
TBH, in this instance, I hope I am proven wrong and our community turns out to be really strong enough to sustain a healthy population and activity on both these forums.

You should be knowing by now that red trust is not given by the forum but by individual people.
If they would remove the red, it depends on your communication skills, the severity for which you are red trusted and the extent of damage you have (or could have) done to this community.
You do not abandon it. You learn to live with it.

Nope. Please read what you said and read what i said again, as there appears to be some confusion here. 1. It was not for stating facts about your experience which you didn't do, but for your sweeping generalization: You will not get your money back. See, exchanges, no matter what, will not take out a wrongly sent transaction to a wallet, even if they can.
Unless you are representative of this exchange (or have experience with them), you are in no position to be making this bold claim. Not to mention we already know that this sweeping statement isn't true (this makes it misinformation): This is not a courtroom, nothing said here is actually an obstruction to anything since I am not legally or financially advising anyone to do anything. I am not forcing anyone to shut this thread down either. Try to read between the lines and discern where sarcasm is applied. If you cannot do that, steer clear of socializing.

I do think when you're dealing with different exchanges it's a case by case matter.
Just a heads up when I checked my EXXA wallet, my original deposit of 0.115 is now showing 0.11464805, so something is happening.
My personal TUSD wallet still shows nothing.
I'm hopeful and things are still looking up.

Can someone please tell me where the new dildo came from? I mean is there a particular event that I missed or what? I woke up today dreading that BTC price might have touched $7200's again but it seems like since my absence of about 18 hours from the crypto world, the price has now reached $8600 and on the way to break $9k soon. So, what changed? Edit: I am not complaining. I just need to know. |

Just curious really and NOT because I am interested, really I am not...  How come such offers are not being stopped, is this allowed? Sadly sales like these are not against the forum rules. However, there few of us that vehemently oppose account sales and tag any accounts that are involved. Unfortunately, it is not always trackable. |
